I'm a huge chicken, it took me forever to work up the courage to even call for a consultation. I was nervous back when i got the tattoo, but it didn't even compare to how nervous i was for this. I called and wanted to just book a consultation and the receptionist couldn't have been more nice and helpful. She was actually able to book me in later that same day and said if i decided to go forward with the removal after talking with Ben, he could even do my first session right then and there (Pretty sure my heart stopped, i wasn't prepared for that lol) But i went in later that afternoon and ended up having my first treatment! Ben was SUPER calming and and awesome. Explained everything and was honest with me. Said it wasn't going to be fun, but that he guaranteed it wouldn't be as bad as i was probably making it out to be. And he was right. He even gave me a sucker right before he went to town lol. I was really surprised how quick it was. My tattoo isn't big by any means, but i'd say it was about a minute tops. It feels and sounds EXACTLY like an elastic band being snapped on your skin. Mixed with a really warm sensation. He uses a cold air machine which REALLY helps with the pain. I'll be back for at least another 3-5 sessions i'd say, but having gone through it now, i'm not nervous at all. I highly highly recommend this place if you're looking to remove a tattoo. Its very clean and tidy, and Ben is really great at what he does. You can tell he takes his business very seriously and knows what he's doing.

After returning from a…read moretrip, my son developed a sudden skin reaction, and Dr. Longowal provided prompt, knowledgeable, and compassionate care. He identified the problem right away, explained the treatment clearly, and made the whole process easy and reassuring. My son improved quickly thanks to him. Outstanding doctor and highly recommended he and his team.

As a doctor told me many years ago, "You find information on the internet and knowledge from a…read moredoctor." I have never encountered a better clinic than Rejuvenation Dermatology. The front staff knows my name after two visits, and are perennially friendly and smiling - also extremely efficient. The nurses are obviously well informed and well educated, also very polite and respectful. I have seen Dr. Maninder twice now for a rate skin disorder. He had to be a medical detective to diagnose it right away, and treated pre cancerous lesions on my face right away (which I hadn't known about), examined me from toe to head for evidence of a former melanoma having reappeared (it hasn't), and his nurse injected the nodules on my back and face with a steroid, which completely cleared them up. I was prescribed three ointments for my face, scalp, and back/shoulders and advised to return in three months. I called his nurse four weeks later because my face had in the meantime broken out with a rash and itching. The nurse made an appointment and Dr. Maninder saw me and listened to me. I had a choice of oral medication or light therapy and I chose light therapy. The clinic is so well equipped! I've had my second light therapy session today with Pia from the front office. She is also very well trained and very pleasant. I know that dermatology clinics now offer a lot of cosmetic treatments such as Botox and so on, which I'm not familiar with. But I went there with a medical condition. My family doctor referred me. Rejuvenation Dermatology has clinics on the south side of Edmonton, in Calgary, and several other cities around Alberta and maybe Canada. Note I was 80 years old last October and quite opinionated! The doctor and staff listened to me and I am a happy patient. I know that the treatment will be successful - it may very well take another 4 months or longer but good health can't be rushed. In my possession are prescriptions for 3 ointments and more that have repeats, which will be fine until September when I see Dr. Maninder again to report progress. The light therapy is easy and fast, and also one of the latest treatments for urticaria nodularis and other recalcitrant skin disorders. The clinic I attend is the downtown Rejuvenation Dermatology clinic on Jasper Avenue and 107 Street, in a high rise office building. Easy to get to and there's a Timmy's on the main floor for an after appointment coffee!

I am absolutely sold on Pain Free Laser hair Removal! My technician was so knowledgable and helpful. I was a little nervous to have my brazilian done but her professional and friendly attitude really made me feel comfortable. My tech(I believe her name is Kaylee) is not only a certified laser technician, but she is also a certified Professional Advanced Aesthetician. She helped me with some ingrown hair issues I was having and gave me advice about hair growth/hair growth patterns that I would have never learned otherwise. She covered everything I would have needed to know during our consult we had before we began the treatment, that was very comforting. I booked my next 3 appointments with her, and am so pleased to already have seen results after the first treatment. I've heard horror stories about how painful and tedious laser hair removal can be, and the experience I had was so opposite of everything I have heard. The laser they use at Bushwhacked is totally pain free. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an awesome, comfortable, pain free hair removal experience!! read more

I had a wonderful experience at Bush Whacked! I had never had laser hair removal done before so I was kind of nervous of the pain, but was pleasantly surprised that it was absolutely pain free. I had my under arms done and it took about 10 minutes. The lady who lasered me was really nice and I was totally comfortable. Her attitude was great and she made a shy person like me feel at ease. It's been about 5 days since my first session (she said I'll likely need four, $150 altogether) and I haven't experienced any redness or little bumps that I usually get when I wax. I am so excited to think of never needing to shave my armpits again. I will definitely go back for my other hairy parts! read more

It really was pain free!! I highly recommend Bush Whacked to anyone who is nervous about getting laser hair removal done, I'm already seeing a difference and I've only had one treatment! read more
