if y have love for you eye. please do not go to this please for eyelashe. had book for 10:15 am the lady show up at 10:45. she did my lashes and soon a got home the lash started to fall. went back to the salon and she fixed. 1 hour late my eyes started to burn and feel like I had sand inside my eye. 7 pm I call them back on the same day an explain the situation , but the lady was not there. was just a guy and I ask him if he could remove the lashes and he did. now I'm home with my eyes burning and my lash is all full of glue. my eyes are so red and . hahhaha and after all that. they said there not going to refund my money . hahahahha joke place. The quality of materials they use are excellent, my nails very seldom break or chip in between fills , unless I'm doing something silly like using a chainsaw or a x! I love this nail salon. It isn't in the most attractive location but the team there is fantastic and so friendly. Ana is the girl I usually see and she takes such care doing my nails. I'm giving this review 2 stars for the friendliness of the staff. I got my lashes done here. Told her I wanted classic natural. I got voluminous glam in my opinion. They felt heavy on my eyes and as time went on I realized she used WAY too much glue and glued the lashes to my actual eyelid. So they would not grow out like they are supposed to. Went to another professional 3 weeks after I had them put on to get them removed. Needless to say the girl said they were not done properly and she salvaged as many lashes as she could. I lost about 3/4 of my natural lashes due to them all being glued together. Save your self the grief and go to a more professional salon. I feel like the girl at this salon is possibly self taught. After 7/8 yrs of doing lashes she should be able to put them on properly. Not impressed! read more

I had my lashes done here and...they used nail glue and made my eyes burn...not to mention infected...so I thought I would go back to have them removed BIG MISTAKE...they did try to remove them only to have my eyes burn and swell up.....Not recommended for lashes at all....horrible nightmare. read more

I've been coming here to get my lashes done for more than 5 years and not have I once had any problems about my lashes being done here. I'm really satisfied with her job. Ok I dropped in with no appointment. I wanted eyelash extension. Chez asked what kind of extentions. I said big long flirty kind. Omg so amazing work. Chez was so professional and kind. She explained how to take care of them. She is fast efficient and sanitary . She washed her hands before touching me. Made cwtain glue was dried before she allowed me to leave or drive said only air dry. Great service great salon. Highly recommend this salon ask for chez. Beautiful lady. Thank you lively nails. I am not happy with my last visit to this Salon for eyelashes , i told the lady to use #13 eye lashes but she has no 13 so I said just use #12 but then she used #15 and said it is better but already told here earlier that i dont like too long and said she only put few but when it's done, I really feel bad that moment seeing what i dont like to be,nd she suggested to cut them and thought would be better and when i got home i checked again in the mirror and it's horrible ! and the eye lashes are heavy cuz she glued the eyes lashes together that make it thick and heavy, now irrating my eyes and can't read well . Not going back to this salon again , not recommended for eye lashes. read more

I was able to walk in and get my nails done so that was cool. They are very friendly and that's why they are getting the 2 stars and not 1. My fill was bad. Like bad. Lumpy, thick in some spots thin in others. Hooks from the acrylic sliding under my nail. Also could still see the red polish I was wearing through the acrylic in some places. The polish was see through. She asked me several times throughout the fill if I was happy and if I liked them. I had her "fix" a few crooked ones however at this point I felt like my expectations of getting a decent fill were shot. I also had another appointment to get to and so advised I was happy. Do yourself a favour and do not get your nails done here. Nope. Hard pass. read more

When in for a takeoff and new tips added. She tore off half my pinky nail. She cut 2 other fingers while she was trying to file the edges. You can see the edges of my actual nails where she missed putting in the acrylic. The shape is not right, some nails are cut way shorter than the others. I have glue all over my fingers. The acrylic is bubbled in places. Worst experience at a nail salon ever, and I've had more than one bad experience at different places. My fingers are throbbing. read more

This place is awesome, the girls are always friendly and so is the husband of one of the girls that runs it. I always go here, always quick service and the girls are friendly and always take into consideration what you want. Good prices and unlike alot of places that have asian staff I don't feel like they are ignoring me and talking amongst themselves. I fully recommend this establishment. read more

I went to Lovely Nails once for a pedicure and am looking forward to returning - they have very reasonable prices, friendly and professional staff, a nice, clean salon and most importantly, did a really great pedicure.
