Finally found my go-to nail place. I am 100% impressed, I went in last minute they got us in as soon as we got there. Super sweet ladies and I'm in love with my nails. They can do anything you want and have a great selection of colors and things to design with. My mom had the best pedicure of her life she said. They also are extremely reasonable with their prices. First they had 5 people booked and 2 people working, leaving 3 people very angry. Then I get the cheapest, fastest pedicure I have ever had and she cuts 2 of my toes. Not just cuts, slices. It bleeds the entire appointment and I'm now on antibiotics with a super infected toe. I carry on to the manicure like an idiot, and she doesn't even soften or push my cuticles back. Just slapped some paint on. No where worth the cost of these procedures! read more

So the first time I went to this place, it was for Mother's Day, my mom really wanted to get her nails done so we took a bus then walked here when we entered the salon we expected to be gently welcomed, but instead of being welcomed silence entered the room, she went to get her nails done a short women sat there waiting for her to choose quietly. My mom wanted a "bright red" she told her nicely when the women had a concerned look she pointed at the dark red as she said "no no no pick this one" my mom politely declined the dark red. "um I'm sorry.. Can I please have the bright red?" the women took the nail palette away from my mom, "no no I don't like that one you should get this on I like this one" as the women demanded my mom couldn't get her bright red nails done when we arrived home my mom reviewed her nails once more. They were cricket out of the lines, too many white spaces, and fragile my second time going there today was much better there were better people but maybe they should show the other employees to respect the decision of the customers choice otherwise it was pretty good I do recommend this place if you need a manni petty, a manicure or nails, sometime read more

I have been going there for over 18 years. It was always great before but the last couple of months Kim has become unprofessional. She will not post her prices and charges whatever she wants depending on the day. She is always on the phone. She also tells people her debit and credit card machine is broken trying to get cash so she does not have to pay the GST or fees. One time there was a group of ladies came in and spent over 500.00 and she told them the machine was broken so the lady went to the bank to get cash. I have great experiences with Lisa!! Absolutely terrible service. The first time I came in I had the older lady with darker skin and drawn in eyebrows. I kept telling her I wanted my nails short for work because I type a lot and it's hard to type with long nails they get stuck between the keys and press other keys. She kept insisting that it looks nicer to have long nails, basically trying to make me feel bad if I wanted them short and arguing with my preference. I'm not the only person who doesn't want nails that are 2 inches long, I've heard many other people request shorter nails for work, they are still nice and look polished they just aren't so incredibly long that you can't do anything with them. So she didn't do them as short as I wanted the first time and I ended up back 2 weeks later because when they started to grow out it became almost impossible to type. It was a bit annoying that I couldn't even make it to 3 weeks with the first set because she did them so long. I decided to come back, I came in on a Saturday and was excited yet surprised that no one else was in the salon. I was taken in by the younger girl and was excited that i didn't have to deal with the same rude lady as before. She started my nails and was very gentle and polite. Then another customer came in and she said she had an appointment. All of a sudden I was told to move to another chair and the new customer sat where I was sitting. Then, to my horror, the lady from my first visit came out to see me. She was so incredibly rude I was visibly pissed off and she didn't seem to care. She had headphones in and was on the phone the majority of the time. She kept asking me to pick a colour and I kept trying to tell her I still hadn't seen the samples but she was so busy with her phone call she wasn't listening to me. She gave me the sample wheels finally and she wouldn't even wipe my hands off of the dust so I could look at the samples, forcing me to get dust all over myself just so I could awkwardly flip through with one hand while she did the other and chattered away on the phone. I found a colour i liked but I wanted to make sure that it wasn't one that changed colour. I kept trying to ask her and she kept ignoring me because she was still on the phone. My husband finally came (he dropped me off to pick something up and came back to join me) and I asked him if he could hold the samples up and help me. He asked me if she had been on the phone the whole time and I said yes and I said she was being really rude and wasn't listening to me. All of a sudden her partner said something to her in whatever language and she hung up her phone so I'm assuming she told her what we said. she asked me what colour I wanted and I asked her if the one I liked changed colour. She said no and asked if I wanted it. I said yes i like it if it doesn't change colour. She said it changes colour. I asked her why she just told me that it didn't and she didn't answer me so I told her I didn't want it. I finally picked one and she continued to work on my nails. I kept having to tell her they were crooked and different lengths. She also got the gel on my finger and I had to tell her several times to wipe it off so my skin wouldn't get burned. She was rushing so much she touched my hand to the table and got nail polish on it and ruined the picky nail. Some of the nails are longer at one corner than the other. I told my husband that we wouldn't be doing pedicures there and we would do them somewhere else because of the poor treatment. A man came in who was affiliated with the business and she began talking with him in another language so loudly that my husband and i could barely hear each other sitting next to each other. Then she grabbed the cordless house phone for the business and put it on the table and began to dial phone numbers and putting the people she was talking to on speaker phone. All she was focused on that day was making phone calls during my appointment. At one point she stopped and was fiddling with her cell phone for like 5 minutes with no regards for my time. Also, her putting the phone on the table on speaker phone was incredibly rude and annoying. Again I couldn't even have a conversation with my husband because of how loud and obnoxious she was being. Worst experience ever. Will never go back. We didn't tip and if it had been more than $35 I would have told them to take some off the price of the terrible job she did. OH and she was also so sloppy that she broke one of my nails while working on me read more

Went In for my first time at this salon and the service was great and I was happy with the look of my nails, but I went in last Tuesday and a week later putting my shoes on one nail snapped right off :/ super disappointed, I went for a hour drive for these nails, plus they were only supposed to be $35 for the set on their special plus $5 per nail for gems and I got gems on two nails and got charged $55. I know that still cheap but would be nice if they went by the price that's stated :/ read more

My nails don't look good at all... Not even 10 feet away. She filed my nails to much making them very sore and very thin, (which isn't even the worse of it) while she she was using the electric file she filed my cuticles causing various cuts. So by this point my nails physically hurt.... She then continues to put the tips on crooked and kept telling me I was wrong that once she put the white gel on it will look right.... My mistake to believe that. The lines are no where near straight and are way to thick. Now I have had the UV gel before so I know after a few seconds under the light it starts to burn and knowing that I took my hand out before the burn. But while it was still hot, she put my hand back under the light not giving it a chance to cool causing it to burn as it was way to hot, to the point that I actually thought I was going to be sick and continued to do it even after I said it was to hot.... When the gel was finally dried and cooled she was back to electric file and filing my cuticles... Causing more cuts. But the time I left my nails and finger tips just hurt. The two things she did right were she got the nail shape and she filed the gel down smoothly read more

Lady was nice but we made an appointment for 3 of us to get pedicures for my sisters wedding and she did us all one at a time instead of having 3 staff members on. Like no one wanted to sit there for 2 hours. If they didn't have the staff they shouldn't have booked us the appointment. I won't be back. read more

I'm new to the area and I've been looking for a new nail salon so I tried out Skyview Nails on my way home from work. Overall, I had a good experience! Lisa was quick and efficient, and I was pleased with my results. I got Gel nails with a coat of gelicious polish on top. It cost me $35, plus a small transaction fee for using Debit. My nails look great, however, I probably wouldn't get the same colour next time. I chose a mood changing polish that looked great on the display but looks about 3 shades lighter now that it's on my nails. read more
