She did not wash her hands, she did not hold the skin down with pressure after each pull and she left a lot of hair on the front. She used no oil or other product to soothe afterwards. When I asked her about it, she sold me a $60 skin sloughing instrument with a liquid soap for the area. I've never used it. I called the manager and left a message, and nobody ever returned my call.
