She didn't leave the room while I changed out of my pants and underwear. I lay on a table with a paper sheet overtop. It was super painful and felt like it pulled my skin. When I got home my bits were all swollen and red. As the days went on I looked all spotty and blistered. My partner looked at this and was shocked as I have never looked like that before. The wax was either too hot or too cold. Would not recommend this place at all. I am going back to Focus on You, she did an amazing job and not sure why I strayed. Would pay the extra money to have a nice quiet room, fresh towels and a towelette to clean before you get on the table. And I nice spa-like table with a room that has ambiance.

When you enter I have always been welcomed warmly and the technician during any appointment has been great. I had an especially good waxing appointment with Shannon. It was quite painless compared to a number of other places I have gone and will definitely go back specifically to her again. There is also a little boutique with beauty things to buy when you step in and I think they have some of their own products as well. Beautiful little place!

I absolutely love their online booking system. It's so handy to use and if you ask a question during the process, they respond with an answer very quickly. And of course, they call the day before to confirm the appointment. I saw Elisha for my first appointment and I told her that I was nervous. She was great at keeping the conversation going and keeping me at ease. I honestly can't wait to go back! There's some great looking products in the lobby that I plan on checking out a little closer next time I'm in. One came back only because she had to move and this place was where her old clients were. She is now getting mental health from there. I personally am getting mental health help from the trauma I had received from working there. If you had an issue that you would talk to the owner about, they threw it over their shoulder and do nothing about the many of the issues happening throughout my experience working there. Having my own salon now, clients from there have come to see me, only to be upset with the final service they were given from the salon. Good luck with your service at Epic. Not worth your time.

The products used were so gentle on my hair and really were conditioning to my hair. The color turned out natural enough but still trendy. It turned out better than I hoped for! My haircut was awesome too. She asked me what I ussually do and cut my hair depending on my maintenance needs!!! No other stylist has asked me that before...I'm super lowkey. I honestly let my hair air dry every day (it's all about the fabulous cut!). But my cut was done to perfection. It was an updated twist on my usual cut and made me look at least 5 years younger. Im old. So I'll take any improvements!!! They use high end products and I ended up buying some ombre products which are top of the line stuff. They also do eyelashes, pedicures, manicures, waxing and even make their own custom lipsticks. I tried one and the all natural oils used really moisturized my lips! Spoil yourself here.
