We got 2 pedicures with the shellac polish. For the chrome it's $10 more. The attentiveness of both of our nail techs was amazing or should I say awesome. They took their time and cared about everything they did on both of our feet. Awesome nail technicians, awesome service and awesome final product. We are both very happy with the quality of the work. The tools are not cleaned and they have one cloth towel that I saw 4 women using to dry their hands after washing. Red flag #1. I went for a new acrylic set as I am now post gardening and camping and wanted to get back to my normal nails but I have recently moved and needed a new nail tech. The woman gave me three crooked nails ... THREE. I asked her to fix them and she was so annoyed that she hardly spoke to me after this. But it got worse. Red Flag #2 After asking her to make the nails shorter repeatedly she stopped asking if I was okay with the length and simple started to powder them. She didn't clean under the haul, transferred acrylic overlay from mail to nail, then slapped on the colour like she didn't care. I am now stuck with 10 nails with sloppy colour, bubbles in the nails, two with crooked cuticle colour placement, 4 that have hardened acrylic powder underneath and all of which are much longer than I asked for. What I liked is that the ladies let us hang out and visit well beyond the time that our nails were dry. It wasn't overly busy which was in our favor, but I just appreciated not being rushed out the door. My friend told me a story of how she would come here when her baby was very small. The staff who were not busy would voluntarily hold and comfort the baby so she could get her pedicure in peace. How amazing is that? Not that this would ever be an expectation but it just goes to show how attentive these ladies can be.
