A friend and I visited here a couple weekends ago to get manicures and pedicures. I have been here quite a few times obviously, so I thought that this would be a good place for us to go. The pedicures were okay, but I had received better ones here in the past. The girl was rough on my feet, and I felt more stressed than I did relaxed. My friend had a hard time trying to explain that she couldn't use the relaxation stuff they put in the water (she is deathly allergic to lavender), and we had to speak to three different people before we found one who could understand what she was saying. After our pedicures, we moved on to getting manicures. I dislike that you get split up during this process (apparently each technician has their own station), so we spent the next hour entertaining ourselves instead of being able to chat with each other. The technician who did my nails did an alright job, but I have had better. The gel was applied unevenly, and was even missed in spots. My friend struggled to explain to her technician what she wanted, and ended up with nails that she was okay with instead of nails that she loved. Here is where it gets even worse: The next day she noticed that some of the gel had already chipped off a couple of her nails (clearly hers wasn't applied properly either), so we decided we would go back to have them fixed. When we got there, the girl who did her nails was busy cleaning and they told us we would have to wait, but they had no idea how long we would have to wait. They did not want to accommodate us at all, and my friend was very upset. They wouldn't let anyone else fix them for her, but wouldn't get the girl who did them, either. They also wouldn't allow her to come back another day to get them fixed. When you are spending anywhere from $100-150, you expect to get good service and for things to be done properly, or at least have the opportunity to get them fixed. Due to the lack of understanding and the rudeness we experienced, Binh's Nails will not be getting any more of my money.

Not a ton of colour choices for just regular colour, but a few I liked. It was very quiet, only one other person getting a pedicure, but it was a Friday morning. Very nice, clean facility, 3 large screens playing the Food Network, my favourite , not too loud though, which was a nice touch. The pedicure chairs were nice, fairly new, no cracks in the leather, and there were lots of massage settings. After my colour was done I was moved to a really cool drying station, that has spots for 4 people to dry their feet and hands all at the same time. With big comfy chairs to sit at. The lady doing my nails was always checking in with me...is the water temp ok? Do you like the nail colour? after putting the colour on one nail, is the towel too hot? and is the everything ok for you? She also checked in with me half way through my nails drying, and sprayed them with something, then back under the dryer. I never felt rushed which is nice. Sure, it can be hit or miss if the pedicure is thorough but it's a quickie in a strip mall. They do take reservations/appointments but I find that I still have to wait sometimes. P.S. I got transferred to another lady to finish the job and she was just awful. She was super rough with filing (made my pinky and ring finger on my right hand bleed) she also filed my nail so much that it started to burn....she didnt clean under the nail so i had acrylic all over my fingers (I had to separate it myself when I got home). She offered me an extreme "discount" for 50$ instead of 60 but when I looked over at the price board, the pricing was 55$ anyways. If I had went to the first lady, I'm sure my experience would have been much better. I havent found my go-to nail place yet and this is definitely not it.

My nail technician named, "Sun" was so gentle and careful with my nails I felt very comfortable.
