Unfortunately, this Binh's Nails location has lost my business. Previously, I have had good experiences here, but my latest couple have made me decide that I will not be returning. A friend and I visited here a couple weekends ago to get manicures and pedicures. I have been here quite a few times obviously, so I thought that this would be a good place for us to go. The pedicures were okay, but I had received better ones here in the past. The girl was rough on my feet, and I felt more stressed than I did relaxed. My friend had a hard time trying to explain that she couldn't use the relaxation stuff they put in the water (she is deathly allergic to lavender), and we had to speak to three different people before we found one who could understand what she was saying. After our pedicures, we moved on to getting manicures. I dislike that you get split up during this process (apparently each technician has their own station), so we spent the next hour entertaining ourselves instead of being able to chat with each other. The technician who did my nails did an alright job, but I have had better. The gel was applied unevenly, and was even missed in spots. My friend struggled to explain to her technician what she wanted, and ended up with nails that she was okay with instead of nails that she loved. Here is where it gets even worse: The next day she noticed that some of the gel had already chipped off a couple of her nails (clearly hers wasn't applied properly either), so we decided we would go back to have them fixed. When we got there, the girl who did her nails was busy cleaning and they told us we would have to wait, but they had no idea how long we would have to wait. They did not want to accommodate us at all, and my friend was very upset. They wouldn't let anyone else fix them for her, but wouldn't get the girl who did them, either. They also wouldn't allow her to come back another day to get them fixed. When you are spending anywhere from $100-150, you expect to get good service and for things to be done properly, or at least have the opportunity to get them fixed. Due to the lack of understanding and the rudeness we experienced, Binh's Nails will not be getting any more of my money. read more

I'm pretty low maintenance when it comes to my nails. All I ask is that I get a decent gel set that's at a reasonable price and that won't fall apart within a week. Binh's does the job and does it well--they had quite the time fixing my nails that The Fixx messed up on, but they did so faster and cheaper. I've been to this location three times now and I've been happy with my gel set each and every time. I'm currently trying a matte black set that I absolutely love! I would recommend this place if you live in the area and you're not the type of person who needs coddling. If you're looking for someplace to pamper you, this isn't it. If you want fast service and reliable nails, then give it a shot! (Side note: they ONLY take walk-ins, so avoid peak times. If you can get there before 5pm on a weekday, that's perfect. Otherwise you might be waiting 30-45 minutes.) read more

This place is a nightmare. First of all they do such a bad job on your nails using less of their products so they can save their supplies. My nails were sore for a whole week after getting a new set of extensions done. I got them removed as I couldn't bare the pain. The lady who took my nails off used another nail Extention to remove it, not professional at all. Making my cuticle bleed for later. Now my nails have cracks in them and are sore. I tried talking to the manager Grace about my concern, she didn't let me speak and sounded very rude. I might have to get them checked from a doctor or someone more professional. read more

Overall awful service. Ladies that worked there were polite enough but the job they did on my nails was terrible. There was barely anyone in the salon so that should've been my first clue. I asked for gel nails with a coloured tip. The whole time she was doing my nails I thought they looked odd but I thought I would wait until the end to comment. She started painting my whole nail and I stopped her and said I only wanted the tip done and it was too late to do just the tip. I told her she could just wipe it off. She said, "well everyone who gets gel nails gets the whole thing painted." I told her that I always get just the tips coloured and that the ones she just took off were gel with coloured tips. She said she could do it for me. The tips are painted on crooked and they are lopsided, she didn't file them properly. They are also very thick, she didn't even sand the insides down. They are the most clunky nails I've ever had. I will stick to Fancy Nails. Contemplating going there tomorrow to get this fixed. read more

Went to get my eye brows waxed here, lady said it will be 5 mins. After waiting 25 mins she took me in. She was quick at doing my eye brows but when I saw in the mirror she had taken a chunk out from my eye brows. When I pointed that out to her she very rudely said NO that was there from before and started arguing rudely with me. I said whatever it's done now and as I wait in the front to pay she keeps me waiting while she gossips about me to the staff. WOW!! No apology for messing my eye brows but instead talking about your customer in front of them to other that's just unacceptable. I'm not the one to complain but, They clearly don't care about their customers. read more

Worst manicure and pedicure of my life! Went there on Friday got shallack on nails by Sunday it was peeling off, my nails were chipping and skin on my feet were still rough like I never got a pedicure to begin with. I went there on Tuesday to get it fixed the lady argued with me that she didn't do my nails for 5 mins until I showed her my toes then she remembered the sparkle. When I sat in her chair she said she could do double gel for $15, I told her no I want my peeling chipped nails fixed. She fixed them and my nails looked worse when I left then they did before. Don't waste $78 dollars and go somewhere good!!! Will never go back!!! read more

WORST!! Worst manicure in my entire life. Had to wait even though there were ladies chatting and could have seated me. When I'm finally seated, the lady doing my nails had to remove my previous gel polish. Instead of soaking my nails in cotton balls and tin foil, she splashed some of the nail polish remover solution on my nails and wrapped them in tin foil. No cotton. So of course it doesn't remove my nail polish and I told her this wasn't doing anything. The remover would fall to the bottom of the tin foil and dissolve under the heating lamp. Extremely stupid!. Then of course because it didn't work, she used the grinding file and grounded down my nails. While she's doing this I told her it was hot and uncomfortable on my nails and I was concerned this would thin out my nails. She said no and continued. I wanted to leave... Should have cause it didn't get better. She was doing a French manicure and had to keep wiping it off and restarting because she wasn't getting straight lines. Took much longer than it should have! Finally it was over and I was glad to get out. Now my nails are thin and keep breaking and I have to wait until they grow out with the proper thickness again. Really upset and frustrated with this salon. Also they were playing the treehouse channel on tv with no kids in sight. I asked them to change it, getting annoyed with the repetitive children's songs, and they said they didn't have time to change it since one of their customers brought a child in the day earlier.
