Called and made an appointment for 4:30pm, walked in with 4 other girls who ALSO had a 4:30pm appointments, even though they only had 3 workers. I was as turned down and told to come back in 30 minutes even though they close at 5. Service was inconsiderate and I walked out without a set a nails as I needed them for an event tomorrow. This has been my lunch time go to for a quick manicure or pedicure over the past three years. Lots of my coworkers swear by this place and 9 out of 10 times I'm completely happy with the finished product. Sure, it can be hit or miss if the pedicure is thorough but it's a quickie in a strip mall. They do take reservations/appointments but I find that I still have to wait sometimes. P.S. Leena did such a perfect job on my manicure. Exactly as I wanted. I usually have long natural nails and do my own with a good polish at home but I wanted them super short this time and to look real clean. My first time here and I am happy with the service even though they speak Vietnamese mostly and talk amongst themselves. Clean place, very modern and quiet. After I saw how good it was, I decided to get a pedicure by her too. She cut them very well and cleaned my feet up nice. Took a couple calls as she seemed busy but massage was decent as she exfoliated with some green tingle scrub. Lotion massage was ok. Looks good! :) read more

Dirty & just plain HORRIBLE!!!!! Unless you like to be ignored and leave with CROOKED UGLY nails.. then this would be the place for you. So rushed and kept filing my nails down even when I was communicating my pain. & instead of fixing the problem, she became very rude when I told her my nails were crooked. & she wouldn't even add anymore stickers as these were all that was included lol. I've been coming here for years. I usually see Tammy or Tina. I was waiting for Tina to do my nails. She approaches me and literally says "You look so different. You got fat right?" To top this off she is apparently the manager as well. The audacity to say this to a paying client is so insulting. All I have to say is clients beware. This salon can not give you the colors you want, because their nail polish is so old, it has changed color in the bottle. I was told they are using nail polish that expired 5 years ago. All my nails have broken, the shellac has just peeled off my nails, and had a terrible job, done at this salon. I asked for a cream color for my nails, but they did not have one cream color in the entire shop. I was forced to have pearl white, and the pearl white was going on lumpy, because it's so old. They do not have set prices and you pay a different price for your nail, every time you go, even for the same service. Not impressed at all! I'll be going elsewhere from now on. I read in a review that they can do any Pinterest picture you show them, but this was not my experience. My nails look nothing like the picture I showed them. read more

Horrible experience, will not go back even though this location is super convenient for me. We were told 15 min wait, after 15 minutes they asked if we wanted chairs together so we waited for another 15 minutes to sit together. Once in our chairs my moms pedicure was almost done before anyone even came over to me. At that point the only reason anyone even offered to start my pedicure was because I was complaining. I was there for over an hour before anyone was going to start on me and I was told 15 mins in the beginning. If they didn't have the time they should have said that so I could have gone somewhere else and not wasted my time. read more

RANT: My daughter purchased an 80.00 gift certificate from Qnails in Leduc for me for Mother's Day, I accidentally threw it out in the garbage and never noticed until after the garbage was picked up, so I thought no big deal I'll just call the owner who I've seen many times, she will not replace the gift certificate even though she knows the number she said I have to wait one year and then she will issue a new one...I'm like in total shock you won't cancel the gift certificate as you have the number as stated she said in case someone comes in to use it. However I have my name on it also they have the gift certificate number???? Yet they are not willing to help me out with a new certificate. All I can say is I will NEVER go back to them there are many nail places all around Leduc and Edmonton. I hope you enjoy my 80.00 as you have just lost thousands of dollars worth of business. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. My best friend, her 6 year old and I came here to get our nails done as we were in the area and needed a fill. We were told that there was a short wait and just to have a seat. That's fine and totally normal. They came back and told us it'd be another 5 minutes. It was more like 15. Once they started, the male manicurist was very harsh with the tools and kept telling me to relax my hand (it was relaxed) and kept contorting my arm to very uncomfortable positons. He then criticized that one of my nails is crooked. My nails were poorly painted (to a point where you can still see through them) and they are all random lengths and sharp. We were basically rushed out the door even though they had no one waiting. Also they filed our nails down to a point where they were so thin. We had to tell them to make them thicker because we don't want them to break. They started to fight us on this! Tried to tell us that what they were doing was considered "thick".... My friend actually stood up for us and told them we didn't like what they were doing. They offered to start over but we both refused as we were already there for over an hour and a half and we had her daughter with us. They then proceeded to talk about my friend while the male was finishing my nails. I know they were talking about her because of the random English words that were being thrown in there. DO NOT COME HERE! They waste your time and your money. We will be going back to our regular place in Sherwood Park from now on. We learned our lesson! read more

I have been to this Q-nails a few times and almost every time has been great except the last time. I went in for my normal fill and the lady took me in and she started trying to take off one of my nails with a one of her fake ones and I stopped her and took my hand away and said that hurts and she didn't say anything and than she went back and did the same thing and I pulled my hand away again and said no that hurts please stop doing that and again didn't say sorry or anything. I was not impressed this time. I also got my eyebrows done too and she did them so fast and didn't even show me after I was done just rushed me out and charged me more than I normally pay. Last time I paid 45$ with the nails and eyebrows and this time I paid 57$... Not sure I will be back next time. read more

Great service, I got a pedi with gel overtop of the nail polish (not gel nails, just a gel coat to make it tougher). The ladies there are super nice and it is nice and clean. I will be a regular for sure - gotta keep my toes fit for public consumption this summer! read more

Great pedicure place with great prices! Nice and clean, lots of polish options and I appreciated they didn't try to chit chat with me - I like having my introverted time. And the massage chairs were great!!! That's always a requirement for me when choosing a nail place. $30 for a pedicure and $5 for nail art was well worth it read more

went had my nails and feet done. with my daughter, the whole bill was over 300.00 my nail look horrible and my pedi was not that great either. went to a different place to have my nails fix up. my daughters nail gel chip off in a day . i think the quality of work was was really bad and they over charge for there services. if i got better quality of work i wouldn't have mind paying for the bill if the work was done right in the first place read more
