I went there New Year's Eve and I had my eye brows waxed and my chin waxed and my chin looks like a war zone! I paid $35 for this and I'm not pleased. read more

I was there yesterday and the lady I had was very rough and my feet really hurt today. I wanted to use a gift card of $50.00 but was declined. I checked when I got home and the fifty dollars was on that card. May be they need to know how to use gift cards to avoid embarrassment to the person with the card. Was not impressed read more

This place was exactly what I needed today. For what it is.... it's perfect yes, it's a chain. Yes, the staff speak somewhat broken English and they do spend a lot of time speaking to each other in another languages. But I don't care. I don't got for a pedicure to have conversations! After a really long and draining week, I made a snap decision to get a pedicure on my way home from work. I usually go on the south side, but I knew that if I drove 40 minutes to get there, I'd talk myself out of it. So I stopped in. It was about 3:45 on a Sunday, they close at 5 but welcomed me in when I asked if they had room for a walk in. The initial plan was to go for the quick and dirty $35 pedicure. Then I decided that shellac was the best way to go, for an extra $15. Once I was in the chair. I decided that what I really wanted was the spa pedicure, for an extra $15 - totalling $65.00. Almost double what I intended, but it was worth it. The spa pedicure includes a scrub, a cooling gel, and a mask. Each of those three steps includes a massage from your toes to your knees. And that girl really knew what she was doing. It was so relaxing and exactly what I needed. The girls did make some small talk with me... not so much that I felt like I had to carry on a conversation (honestly.. I just wasn't in the mood), but just enough to keep me engaged. I'll be back for sure. And it will be really hard to remind myself that I don't NEED the full spa pedicure every two or three weeks lol read more

I used to go here regularily and I was always happy with the results. I went in to the Victoria Trail location have my nails done last Tuesday. The woman who did them was unbelievably rude, maybe she was annoyed that I was the first customer? She sanded my nails down to nothing and did a terrible job with the shellac, I had it all over my fingers. When I left my nails were still wet, thin and jagged. The following day two had already peeled off, it's Sunday now and they are in terrible shape, they are so brittle and broken, and the polish has completely peeled off. I'm so disgusted I don't even want to go in to get them fixed. Do yourself a favour and go to Q-nails on 50th street instead! read more

A friend brought me here, my first pedicure in months. As a man I typically get an athletic style. This pedicure was pampering and immensely enjoyable. Massage chairs and massaging hands took me to a truly therapeutic place. I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. This is my friends and my new bi-weekly tradition. Total bill with tip only $45. My new favorite thing. read more

This place was horrible. Shellac nails Color's were all dried out had to try 4 diff colours to find one that wasn't gone or dried out. I have really strong nails and the girl filed them down so much there cracking and thinned out. Will never ever go back her again! Huge mistake. read more

I went to Binh's Nails on Victoria Trail on a Friday afternoon with a friend on mine. We were approached right away and told them we both wanted a manicure and a pedicure. The lady who was a tad difficult to understand asked us to pick colors and then have a seat in the big comfortable massage pedicure chairs. A regular pedicure costs $35.00 and was mediocre. They file and cut the cuticles, a light callus scrub, some exfoliant rubbed on your legs and some lotion rubbed on, but there wasn't much of a foot massage which I was disappointed in because my friend said she got an amazing foot and leg massage and I was really looking forward to it. I have been to nail salons like this before and had excellent foot massages and paid less! But that was the only complaint i had about the pedicure. A regular manicure costs $20.00 and all i got was a filing (that left my nails uneven) and a cuticle trim and a polish...this time I got no lotion or hand rub at all while my friend did!! I was very disappointed in the inconsistency between estheticians. When we were picking colors the lady who greeted us insisted on trying 'crackle' nails which we were excited for because of all the hype over them but when they were done we were a bit disappointed in the end. It seemed our estheticians didn't know how to do them and were kind of just winging it! They came out uneven (some nails whiter then others) my friend had some nails that were white and done perfectly and one that looked just like a nail with purple polish on it. Mine turned out pretty good but the next day the tips darkened ... not sure what that was about but i was a little disappointed. What I was impressed with is the modern decor and the fact it didn't smell like the acrylic nails in there (other places i've been just reek of fake nails and its hard to stand!) None the less you get what you pay for....sort of, i guess it depends on who you get!! read more

I've gone here multiple times and they always mess up on my thumb nail and leave one hand longer than the other by about a cm which is annoying so I usually get them to do it longer than what I want so i can file it down to be even. The marble they do here is very good and they're otherwise quite good. One other thing is that most of the colours are either ugly or dried out which is unfortunate. read more

Great service! Was able to walk in for a great pedicure on a Saturday. Polite service and a great job. I like that they use a disinfectant tab in the foot tubs. Only thing that wasn't great is the chairs. The chairs are comfortable but they don't heat and the massage was too hard with no way to decrease the pressure as the remote was broken. Over all, a great experience for a great price. Less then $80 for a spa pedicure with design and full face wax. My face wasn't even red when I left! I will definitely be going back! read more

My sister-in-law and I went to Binhs to get a pedicure before holidays. We had made appointments and were seated right away. The massage chairs are amazing!! I haven't had alot of pedicures to compare to, but my polish looked great and lasted almost 4 weeks. My sisters french toes still look pretty good 6 weeks later!!! I would have liked a bit more heel scraping, but maybe that comes with a different pedicure.... not sure... I did appreciate very much that the girls did not talk in their language amongst themselves!! I've been to Popular Nails where you feel like they are talking and making fun of you throughout your pedicure.... Very rude!! I also had my eyebrows waxed and colored. Very happy with the results!! We will definately go back. read more

This is not my usual nail place but I was having car issues so i decided to go someplace within walking distance. Walking I thought it would be ok. An older Asian lady was quick to offer service. And the place was clean. Now looking back I wish I had never gone there. I wanted a fill, but she kept insisting on a new set. I told her no it hurts too much to get them all ripped off for a new set, I'd rather just get a white powder fill. Still wouldn't listen to me and saying no no ill just do one and see if it hurts you. Well it hurt and even bled a little. Now she finally sees her way is not going to fly, and gets to work on the fill. She was rough with the sander and burnt the tops of my natural nail. Chewed off all the cuticles and at least and extra layer of skin causing very painful hangnails on at least 4 fingers for the next week. Next she begins with the acrylic powder and as I'm watching her I'm getting more and more angry. It looks like shit! When I bring up my concerns she snaps I'm not finished yet. Oh ok.. She continues "working" if u could even call it that. After applying the little jewels to the corners she barks at me "check them. " I point out a few thats wrong and she grabs my hands roughly and starts filling. What? That's not what I want. Ugh. Worst experience ever. Do not go here. Overpriced and under serviced. After 4 days all the edges had lifted. The right hand was crooked and way longer than the left. Even the lil jewels were on crooked. Very shoddy workmanship. I will never EVER go here again. read more

Terrible. I asked for gel nails, and she immediately clipped them short and got ready to glue on acrylic tips. When I told her that wasn't what I wanted, she argued with me. Finally I said I wanted sculpted nails ane she gets mad at me and tells me that I should have told her sooner because she just clipped my nails. Then the owner pipes in and says that will be $80! I should have just walked out. Fine. I've paid $75 for a good sef nails before and she's already clipped them and roughed them up. These nails are a mess. There is a high ridge where they were attached to the cuticle, I was under the lamps for at least an hour total, and they still weren't cured over the form, and the back is so lumpy, I'm going to need a nail brush every time I wash my hand to make sure they are clean. After two hours, I needed to get out of there so I didn't want to stay and complain. I pay, then look at the menu...apparently for everyone else the price is $60. Ripoff. ...just to finish it off, she didn't clean her manicure tools before the next person sat down. Don't go. read more

I typically go to pretty nails on 167th however I was in the area so I decided to pop in. My nail tech was very nice and chatty which I liked. I got a set with full color chalack* over top, it hasn't been a week and my nails are chipping which is sad. I must say I use to be a regular customer of this location but after I made an appointment and sat waiting for 45 min I decided to look at other nail salons. Also their work stations are not as clean as I would like with dust and sometime the pervious persons clippings. The girl here are very nice. The service is alright. Quality is a 6/10. read more
