Horrible service, my nails were absolutely horrific I would not go get my nails done even if I was paid 100m dollars! I had my daughter in there getting her nails done, I told her I'd be there in 3 minutes, right before 5 o clock, they kicked her out and said "were closing please wait outside" when I got there, there were people inside but there doors were locked and my daughter was waiting outside in -15 weather!!! I got my nails done here today, and it was awful. The ladies in there are rude, and the service was terrible. The lady who did my nails was clearly in a rush. One nail has a ton of acrylic gel under the nail and she actually made me bleed. And the worst part Is she said my nails were the best she has ever done. I do NOT recommend. ~TH~ read more

I have been going here for quite awhile now (a year or more). I love this place!!! All the staff are friendly and good at their jobs. I have had pedicures and manicures from several of the staff now and everyone is both professional and friendly. I take in pictures of nails that I like and they always do a better job than the picture shows!! I will never go to another nail place - their prices are very good, their shop is always very clean and their staff is wonderful - what more can you ask for!! I got a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fine but the manicure ended with me bleeding from multiple fingers. I asked her not to cut my cuticles (my personal preference) but either from not understanding/not caring, she proceeded to try to grind my cuticles off. I ended up bleeding from those fingers until I told her to stop. I would not go back there - it was not a pleasant experience. read more

I literally cant believe this just happened.... so I got a pedicure. First they comment on how "long my toes are" which personally I think is rude. Second I asked for a lash tint. I have had my lashes tinted for 11 years. If you open your eye and eye lash dye gets inside and isn't rinsed out properly, you can go blind. Normally it only stings a little bit, but the eyes should be immediately flushed with water. So they put the lash tint on. Right away I felt mild burning, which the salon lady mentioned, but I thought she was referring to the stinging that would happen if you accidentally open your eyes. Within a minute to 3 minutes my eyelids and eyes started burning. I tried dealing with it. Next thing I know, 6 minutes in, the pain is unbearable and I'm yelling for help to get them to take it off. Now because this is a CHEMICAL, as per high school science safety instructions, you flush the eyes with water. I kept asking for them to wash it out and they kept rubbing vaseline pads on my eyes, which only seals in the chemicals more!!!! I physically had to get up and walk to the sink and flush my eyes out with water. They insisted it only happens to some people, but I know for a fact that lash tint should NOT burn your eyelids. I now have blurry vision, my eyes are burning, my eyelids are red and swollen, and the worst part? They didnt even offer compensation. They still charged me full price for the lash tint... I cant believe I paid full price to have my eyes chemically burned. I took pictures as well. Edit: few hours later I still have sensitivity to light, and my eyes feel like they're swollen and burning. I took photos as well. read more

I've been to this place quite a few times through the years and at the beginning I thought it was ok, but now I wouldn't get my nails done there even if it was the last nail salon on Earth! The staff doesn't care about quality of the service, they just want you in and out as fast as they can! Bubblie, uneven gel nails...They are cheap but it isn't worth it in the end. read more

The first time I went there I was told to cut my own nails while I had to wait for a employee to give me a new set of nails. She took her time and seemed to do a good job, but the nails were brittle and chipped and broke way to easily. I thought I would give them a second chance, but I am even more unimpressed. The lady who did my fill complained on and on about how thick my nails were, and how I did not get that set done with them. But when I left they are three times as thick as the perfect (but out grown set I arrived with) the nails are not even, some are not square as the rest, the tips are all different amounts, and the biggest problem I have is again how brittle the gel is. I broke 4 nails in the 3 weeks I have had these, I have never had this happen anywhere else. I will not return for any services there in the future, it is not worth the price and time. I should have known better after the first encounter of cutting my own nails. read more
