Not only can you phone and make an appointment but if you're running late they will phone and check on you to make sure you're still coming. I appreciate that rather than than just giving away my spot. The salon is also located in a strip mall which means there is ample free parking. I've always managed to pull up close so when I leave I can hop into my car with my flip-flops even in the middle of winter! The salon has massage chairs for when you're getting a pedicure and they're very good about adjusting the water temperature. I always like it warmer :-) They have lots of colours to choose from either in plain polish, gels, or shellac. Plus they have different levels of pedicures I usually just get the Basic but you could go for the Deluxe. I've also gotten manicures there and once again great service. If you are looking for a new nail spot- this is the one to consider.

My friends had pedicures and I got a manicure. They allowed me to sit with my friends until the next technician was ready. Bonus as I got the relaxation of the massage chair. Tammy did my nails and probably gave me the best shape I have ever had and I go to high end boutiques as well as the little shops. She painted my nails exactly per my request and I walked away very happy. I only wish I lived in Edmonton to return to this little gem.

Haha it ended up looking like a dark French tip. Oops I decided to come back today since I had such a great experience last time. (I live in the Capilano area) I saw Jacqueline who treated me to a comfortable and clean Spa Pedicure package. She was friendly and engaging. Jacqueline was very skilled and professional. She had a gentle hand and was funny too. The spa pedicure is quite nice with the disposable lined tubs. The salt scrub was nice with the massage. The cooling gel is fabulous! My feet feel fresh and my nails look great! I decided to go for a manicure since I was having a great time. I always go with dark drab greys as I always wear black and grey clothes. Jacqueline made a suggestion to go with something I hadn't noticed - a dark grey with an iridescent sparkle. I'm not very sparkly, but she said it would match my sleeve tattoo and add a bit of fancy. She was right! I love it. I always have a great experience. Studio Nails is respectful of Alberta Health Services protocols for both health and safety as well as Covid-19.
