We arrived and looked around at the jewelry and skin care products while we waited shortly for them to call us. We went to the back where they had the soft bench seating with pillows. The decor and colours are soft and cute. My sister and I were seated in the middle we were offered water or tea. The seating wasn't totally comfortable for my back but ok. The two ladies who did our pedicures were friendly and not overly talkative. It was a relaxing experience with the foot soak and scrub, paraffin wax treatment, and cleaned up toes and polish. The foot scrub came in various scents which we got to choose from and there were lots of different polish colours. My feet were left feeling smooth and refreshed, perfect for my vacation!

The girl at the front immediately gave me a pair of slippers to change into and took my shoes and coat and stashed them away in the back. I was then escorted to the changeroom where they had robes to change into if you wished. This place was beautiful and very clean! The change room has 2 big showers and bathrooms. Towels are also provided as well as a few communal toiletries (deodorant, soap, lotion, individual razors etc.) Although I didn't use them I thought it was a nice touch. They also provide lockers that have a code so you can lock up your items. They have a lounge area with a few accent chairs where you can relax for a bit in between services. There's also a mini bar with assorted beverages and small snacks that you can help yourself to while you're waiting. My foot massage was wonderful. Tinkerbell did a great job and I definitely recommend her. Since she's an RMT it was covered through my insurance. I loved everything about this place and would definitely return. The staff provided great customer service.

Have to say service was rushed and was a bit dissappointed with the staff regarding their loyalty customer stamp card. Since I used to be a regular here, I had a stamp card but left it home. Each time you go you get a stamp if its $35 or more you spend and after a number of stamps you get a free mani or pedi. I asked the staff since I came twice and paid seperately with tip each visit if I would get two stamps, the manager said no its once per day and the advertising is misleading as it only stated if you spend over $35. Have to say I will not come back as this is how they treat loyal customers, I didnt end up going back to get my stamps as well. To top it off my favorite girl left and no need to visit this place.

Went back in a few weeks later and had the polish removed as part of a second pedicure. Had evidence of a nail fungus under the polish. Never had this before in my life. This will cost me months of medical therapy to get rid of. Avoid!
