We got 2 pedicures with the shellac polish. For the chrome it's $10 more. The attentiveness of both of our nail techs was amazing or should I say awesome. I chose the regular polish pedicure and the girl who did them, did them fine but during the end she didn't even help to dry them out. Usually in my experience with regular pedicures, they let your feet dry with an electric fan or spray the fast drying spray, and check up on you as it's drying. She finished painting them and told me to just sit and wait for it to dry, should be good in 10-15 min. She never once checked up on me since, even as I was leaving. I waited and then after 15-20min I put my shoes back on and headed to go pay, while at the checkout I looked at my toes again and they were ruined. I asked the receptionist if someone could fix it and she said i would have to wait 30-45 min till someone could re do them. Long story short they fixed it and finally dried it with an electric fan, and the second lady who did it, was a lot more considerate when it came to making sure my toes were all dry before I left. This could have all been avoided if the first lady did this to begin with. What should have been an hour and a half experience turned to almost 3 hours. Also I asked the first lady who did my pedicure if there was time to get a manicure today as well. She told me to ask reception cause she only knows her schedule. She never even bothered to inquiry for me, or help me out to see if there was any room for the service. Overall it wasn't the best birthday pedicure experience. I'm very thankful my boyfriend booked this for me but I was unhappy with how the experience turned out. ***Update: Shay the lady who did my pedicure who I referred to on my review called me today upon coming across my review, and sincerely apologized for what happened and was more than eager to make my experience better by offering me to come back and redoing the experience. I never write bad reviews in purpose to get free things out of people but to simply talk about an unpleasant experience in hopes the business can learn from it and never even thought they would reply or reach out to me. Just the fact that they called me back right away to apologize made me feel valued as a customer and feel more than just a dollar sign to them. I appreciate businesses like this and I look forward to coming back and having a better experience. Customer service is very important to me when it's comes to a business and just them calling back to apologize is enough for me to review them with 5 stars.

It was a particularly slow day when I walked into the shop. It was empty, but for me and Jenâs work associate, Cindy. She was friendly and agreed to do my eyebrows at once. The shop is very plain, much like the rest of drive-thru mani-pedi places. They have a couple of pedicure chairs with foot baths and a manicure station, plus a back room for other body waxing services. She just had me sit down on a stool right there in the shop and waxed my brows. She used a Popsicle stick and wax that mustâve been heated a hundred times. Iâm not even sure the Popsicle stick was new. I watched as she reached for the tweezers and the scissors, to trim, and neither had been disinfected. They just want back into a little container afterwards. The cream she put on my eyelids afterwards was greasy, and stung briefly. Afterwards, upon looking in the mirror, I wasnât really impressed with the shaping. I just wanted a clean-up, but she managed to kill the shape that used to be there. I was totally unimpressed with this place. The price was $10, which I think a brow wax should be. But the quality was low, and she should have at least had me lie down on a bed, like most other places do. I will not go back.

The technician was nice enough (although looked as though she had been working hard all day as kept stretching and twisting and grimacing in an effort to get more comfortable) and price was pretty good. What concerned me and ensures I will not go back is the following: While I was there I watched one of their technicians HAND WASH the towels used for services (pedicures - drying legs and feet off, manicures - resting hands and tools on, etc) in one of the FOOT BASINS of the pedicure chairs. For a business that deals with multiple personal hygiene situations (especially feet and natural bacteria and fungus on the skin), I would FULLY expect to see towels sanitized before reuse. There is no way they could have been sanitized in this process as the technician had bare hands and would not have been able to tolerate water hot enough or bleach strong enough to cleanse these towels properly. Thoroughly disappointed and felt slightly itchy afterwards at the thought that my pedicure may have been done with less than sanitary accessories. Don't go there!

Not only can you phone and make an appointment but if you're running late they will phone and check on you to make sure you're still coming. I appreciate that rather than than just giving away my spot. The salon is also located in a strip mall which means there is ample free parking. I've always managed to pull up close so when I leave I can hop into my car with my flip-flops even in the middle of winter! The salon has massage chairs for when you're getting a pedicure and they're very good about adjusting the water temperature. I always like it warmer :-) They have lots of colours to choose from either in plain polish, gels, or shellac. Plus they have different levels of pedicures I usually just get the Basic but you could go for the Deluxe. I've also gotten manicures there and once again great service. If you are looking for a new nail spot- this is the one to consider.
