worse experience I ever had. Told the girl i didn't want any spa treatments for my feet and legs -- just the pedicure. I told her first time -- I'm diabetic so please be careful. Firstly the water was so hot as she made me put my feet in the tub. I put my red feet on the towel and told her the water was very hot ( couldn't she see the steam?) she then just ran cold water but was still unbearable. she was busy talking to the staff in their language and not even paying attention. When she finally added enough cold Water I put my feet back in the tub. I kept telling her no spa and she put lotion on my legs and feet and she spent so much time doing this. I said " no spa, just nails" she didn't listen - she started twirling my ankles ?!? i said. "please don't do that, I have bad ankles and had sprained ankles and broke before -- please don't roll them like that" and she kept doing it! I even pulled my feet away from her and said no one ever did that Before. Shouldn't do that I told her. I said please just focus on the nails! She didn't listen! Perhaps language barrier ? She finally starts prepping my feet ... cutting nails and using the scissors to cut corners of my skin. I asked her to be careful because I'm diabetic and she said " I be careful" but she kept cutting my skin (still hurts day 2) left the salon after 20 mins being put in front of a regular standard fan. i went home and 3 hours later as I was going to bed noticed the my big toe polish was just rubbed off and when I touched it was soft polish. Realized of all the times I've done pedicures this was so different - no ultra violent dryer - no base coats and no top coat. So perhaps is that why it was soft ? I left a message on voicemail in the morning and no one called me back. I had to call again and I could tell the lady didn't understand and I had to repeat myself 3 times! Finally she told me to come back they would fix. when I got there the girl said " you didn't wait for it to dry". i said 20 mins under your fan and you make me leave and 3 hours later this happened." she kept insisting I did something wrong. Meanwhile she was working on someone and told her " I be right back I just help this lady quick" Meanwhile I'm getting ready to sit down and she starts to lecture me in not waiting for it to be dry. I said " that's not my fault" - I explained to her that she wasted so much time doing leg and feet work after I told her not to. I said just nails. I also told her she wasn't listening at what I was saying and that she hurt my ankle because she kept twisting my ankle in circles. She sighed heavily and snapped at me "I still learning" I told her I've had injuries and I reminded her that I asked her to stop twice and I asked " do you remember me pulling my feet back ?" She then raised her voice at me again and there were several customers there. i asked who the owner was and she didn't answer me. When she was done with the 2 coats of polish ( not letting the first coat dry and she used a top coat. I said that's something you didn't do last night, you didn't put a base coat or a top coat like you did today. She snapped at me again and said. " you too busy talking to other lady I do". I said " you were busy talking to the coworker next to you. I was watching you the whole time - and when she talked you Always looking over there while you had those scissors close to my feet! She then tells me to go back to the dryer. I said, "oh you mean this fan?" I said " how come you use the uv hear dryer for everyone else and I have to come sit by the fan?" She didn't answer. I knew she was frustrated with me but I didn't care. I asked for the name of the owner. She didn't answer me. I asked her again and she ignored me again. She went back to the lady who had now been sitting there close to 10 mins -- and she said "you know what I'm gonna go" and she got up and left." Still didn't get the owners name. never going there again unless this polish comes off tonight again ! The pictures show the fan they had me sit at. When I take the time to make an appointment and show up on time I don't expect to be kept waiting for 15+ min. They don't give you a reasonable wait time, they guess and it's always longer.My time is just as valuable as theirs. read more

so i came in as a walk-in and my tech Heidi sat me down and started to get to work immediately. she went extremely fast and accidentally cut me and i think the utensils were not cleaned and now my hands are both aching after 4 days and o spent $68 on my nails. not worth it read more

This is my go to nail salon. All the employees are so welcoming and know exactly what they're doing. Pricing is reasonable and I'm always happy with the results. My go to nail tech is June. She never disappoints, she's so precise with my sets that I don't mind sitting for a little bit longer if it means she'll do them. I've never had any issues here. Every time my mom and I have gone, we've sat there for over 2 hours just go to home and file our nails the way we want them to be. I've broken 4 nails in the two times we've gone to the place. To get 2 of those nails fixed and sparkles on 2 1/2 fingers it was $75. For my mom to get French tips it was $50. The lady doing my nails said the 2 broken would be $4 and the sparkles $5. You're telling me that 50+4+5 is 75. NO! The lady's are not friendly in any way, they're forceful and they only talk in their language. Don't ever think about going here. This was a disappointment! We took a little girl with us (2adults) she was the last to get serviced. The cheaped out on products! We had mani and pedi done. They didn't use a lot of lotion ( barely covered my hand!), no scrub, watered down the polish in front of us and barely spoke two words to us. Had to ask them to pay the bill.
