Fatima was so friendly when I walked in and took special care of my lashes - especially noting my not necessarily strong growth. She carefully lifted and tinted being careful with what I have and I am thrilled with the results. The person who made the appointment for me was great and sent me a picture of the outside noting there had been some confusion with a place nearby. I will say Google Maps sent me down the wrong street (though visiting, I know my way around) so make sure you look at the names and addresses on the store front.

So I asked her how she got her lashes to look that beautiful and then she told me she had them done with Yanna! So I decided to book Yanna for my wedding day lashes and I was SO amazed! Her studio is also so nice to be in - it's warm and inviting, very clean, smells really good, decorated so nicely, and she has great music playing in the background and you get to lay on a super cozy bed right by the window while she does your lashes. I had never had my lashes done before so I was pretty nervous, but she is super friendly and calming. Honestly, the first time I met her, it somehow felt like we had known each other for years. She was so fun and easy to chat with. She helped my nerves go away, and I didn't feel anything while she was putting the lashes on! It was so relaxing and peaceful. So the process is amazing and the final result is amazing. I got soooo many compliments on my lashes - even a professional makeup artist who also does lashes told me that she was very impressed with mine and she could tell that they were very well done. The lashes also last a while - about a month or maybe even more. I used to wear mascara everyday, but mascara is hard to wash off, gets in my eyes and irritates my eyes, gets clumpy and flaky, and I think was also giving me pimples - my skin seems to have cleared up ever since not using mascara anymore. Because of how beautiful and effortless Yanna's lashes are, I am thinking to start going regularly to get them done instead of wearing mascara. I initially just got them for my wedding, but I love them so much I may just stick with them :) One other thing I loved - she does a few test lashes during your consultation visit to make sure there's no allergic reaction. I've only gotten my lashes done once before, I did not wanna go back there nor did I wanna travel. So I'm glad this is in the South Loop! It's very clean and, again, decorated so cute. It was easy to make an appointment online. My appointment started right on time. Julia took her time with my brows to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She mapped out my ideal brow shape and used a combination of waxing, tweezing, and trimming to get them looking perfect. She was very gentle too - I barely felt the wax removal! Pricing is fair and on par with other specialty waxers in the area. I had a much better experience here than I did at waxing chains in the area. I will come back here again and have Julia do my brows when it is time for a touch up.
