Words cannot express how much I appreciate Brittany and her amazing customer service. I reached out to her after having a horrible experience with my last set of lashes. (From nail salon) They were so bad I was embarrassed to look at anyone when I spoke to them. I had gone to several places to try and have them removed but the glue was thick no one would even give me the time of day! Brittany on the other hand took the time to help me. She walked me through the process step by step via text message and phone calls. During the procedure she was cautious and very attentive. My lashes are absolutely beautiful now and I can't thank her enough. As for some of the bad reviews on here, I feel every one reacts differently to the lash adhesive and overall procedure. For any potential customers please don't let the negative comments about "red eyes" or "burning" prevent you from getting your lashes done here. I appreciate her technical and even artistic ability to make the post-wax results appear natural and blended. They require a $20 deposit but I think it's right for them to do that since I'm sure many people don't follow through. But anyway, I got matched with the eyelash lady named Daisha. I HIGHLY recommend getting your eyelashes done from her. She's so sweet and every openly o explain anything at all. Especially if you're new to getting eyelashes done I would recommend her. I was very excited to get a lift and tint on my lashes. The great reviews here made me chose this location. And although the girl who did my lashes was very nice the quality of work was very poor. My lashes are bent in the middle which makes them look even shorter. It's impossible to apply mascara because of the weird middle lift. Needless to say I HATE them. They are super popular so appointments are hard to come by, but if you book in advance, they do everything possible to get you set up!! I've been meaning to write a review for a while but didn't get around to it until now. I've been a regular customer since November 2013...I initially got my eyelashes done with Ande Jo (who is no longer there) but have been getting them re-filled by Detri since Jan. I was already pretty happy with Ande Jo - she made my eyelashes look super full and natural. Since Jan though, Detri has added this extra touch of expertise and now my eyelashes look even more incredible!! My eyelashes contour my eyes to make me look (a little) made up but still natural and very full-looking. I am such an addict and get my lashes re-filled every few weeks. I can't imagine wearing mascara or wasting time (& money!) on eye makeup anymore. I will definitely keep getting my lashes done on a regular basis and have been referring all of my friends and family to Detri!! read more

So I went her on a recommendation and I have been very happy with the team at Lash Lab. They are always very thorough and friendly. I even have transitioned from classic lashes to volume and loving them so much. The best part is that they are not outrageously priced. My very first set at another placed charged me over $250.00 and the fills were $100.00 and if you didn't have at least 70% of the lashes she made you pay for a whole new set. Needless to say that was the first and last time there and Lash Lab is my new home with very reasonable prices. A++ all the way. read more

I have had 2 appointments here now, my first was just a tint, and my second was for a tint and lift. Both were with Cyndi. She exceeded my expectations both times, and now has a faithful customer with me! My blonde eyelashes were jet black, and so long and perfectly curled! They held up from a trip to the Bahamas in October through Christmas!! After all of the water activities in the Bahamas I was not thinking they would hold up, but they did and looked AMAZING the whole time! I get my lashes done here by Vetina and she is absolutely amazing ! I always leave satisfied with the way my lashes come out. She does the classic fill on me and I never fail to get compliments ! Everyone asks me if they are my real lashes. When I say no, they want to know where I go and who does my lashes. They always email you your appointment confirmations to remind you of your appointment and even call you the day before to confirm which i love cause I have the memory of a goldfish. I initially discovered this place on a promotion, but have been hooked ever since. I never thought my eyes could look so amazing. I am Chinese/Mexican and have medium/short lashes. I have tried every mascara out there, including latisse to give my lashes the extra boost they need. Although some products are decent, none could have achieved the results Detri has. My time getting ready in the morning is down to just a few minutes. And, I get compliments on my lashes all the time! My husband loves the way I look and says, the lashes make my eyes smile. :) Detri is always on time with my appointments and very professional, but always friendly. I always feel very comfortable from the moment I walk in until I leave. This is so important because you will be spending one to two hours a months here and the last thing you want is to feel uncomfortable.
