I live in the area and have driven by this place multiple times. I decided to give it a chance. My lash esthetician was very nice and showed me all the different lashes they provide. I requested for the classic lash and explained that I wanted them to looks very natural. I'm personally not into the dramatic look. I received such great service. The online booking is easy. You get appointment reminders, which I need in my life. There is a good size parking lot just behind Lash Glow which they share with 2 other restaurants, approx 30 parking spaces. The place is really clean and inviting. The staff was great. This was only my second time getting my lashes done. The first time was several years ago at another location. The ladies at Lash Glow took the time to explain the different styles, sizing, and fullness of the lashes. I believe there are 5 stations, each divided by a curtain. They kept it pretty quiet and played calming spa music. My set was done by Mandy. She had such a soft touch. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep while she did my left side. I wasn't the only one taking a little snooze. One of their other clients was snoring so that proves this place provides a relaxing environment. Although my eyes were closed I could tell that her work was being checked on to ensure I was getting them done right which I appreciate. Pricing is pretty good. They offer discounts for new clients on their first visits. They also have a little punch card rewards program so that you can earn $off on a future visit. The style i choose was Hybrid with cat eye, longest lash was a #13. I did not shed a tear. I had no eye redness, itchiness, or heaviness to my eyelids. Cherry is amazing at what she does!!! I've been here 3 or 4 times already and since the beginning she has always been super professional. Even if I text her to book an appointment, I always get a formal text back securing my appointment. I went in with no fake lashes on and started fresh. She showed me all the options, took the time to explain sizes and styles to figure out what would be best for my hooded eyes. That's rare to find! She has such a light touch and my eyes have never experienced burning. I think I've fallen asleep twice haha! She's so talented at making your lashes look natural and not overdone. Anyone can apply thick, volume lashes but it's rare to find someone who knows how to keep it low key and natural. However, she does also do long or voluminous lashes too if you prefer to go all out! For my first visit, I had Cherry do my lashes. She was attentive and offered her expertise when I wasn't sure about the length. I ended up doing a cat eye hybrid style and couldn't be more pleased! I've had previous experiences at other places where my eyes felt some discomfort but Cherry was so gentle! She also made sure to ask how I was doing throughout my appointment. If it's one thing I can't stand, it's people who gaslight. To start, I texted the number on their tiktok page for an appointment. First couple of times were good, until they weren't. My most recent time, I had texted asking for a REMOVAL PLUS NEW HYBRID CAT EYE SET. I was told $89 for a new set+removal which I thought was HYBRID because that's what I had asked for...duh.. anyways I get there it's someone new doing my lashes.. Janice.. so Janice is mid consultation and she states my price is $109.. what? Whatever I ended up paying $125 + tip for lashes that irritate my eyes. At this point I didn't even give a fuck about the price because within a FEW HOURS, my lashes became so irritated and were falling out with my natural lash attached, I literately couldn't brush them without fans falling out WITH MY NATURAL LASH. So I text the number displayed on social media pages and they try to gaslight me into thinking I asked for yy flat style like last time and texted them for that.. clearly if I wanted yy flat lashes I would've texted and asked for them.. I was offered a 3 day complimentary fix, which was denied because I had a vacation to go on. So if ur looking for a new lash place plssss save ur lashes from here. This is so unacceptable read more

If I could give 0 stars I would . I spent 100$ on a new lash set only for them to start falling out that night . I called and let them know that it made no sense for my lashes to be falling out so fast . When I spoke to someone at the salon they let me know that this has never happened before and maybe I am using bad products . First of all I can't stand when people don't take accountability for their actions . I have been getting my lashes done for years so I know how to properly take care of them . The lady said she would refund me my money and then I got a call back from someone else saying they can only fix them because their manager said they don't give refunds . I then went back for them to fix them . When making an appointment for a fix I asked them to give me someone else. When I walked in it was the same lady who did it the first time . My lashes again all fell out a couple days later . Please save your money and go to a shop with better quality. You get what you pay for !!! read more
