I am so livid, I am literally shaking while writing this review. Ordered from Zara in late June, much to my surprise I check my status of my package and it states delivered on July 3rd at 1001 am. Well that was the first problem because I was sitting at home at 3 pm and there wasn't a package on my porch and it wasnt signed by me as it states on the confirmation email. Fast forward to July 5th and I call the customer rep and she seemed nice at first but then was very rude, told me that it was delivered to the wrong address and then told me that she would "research" what happened after giving me some address it was supposedly delivered to. I head to that address and lo and behold I pass a LaserShip vehicle. This new driver was very nice, showed his manifest from the 3rd and I was not on it. He then tells me he thought he delivered to my home but then he follows me to my home. He calls his superviser, no luck. I then call the customer rep again and she just puts me on hold. That's weird...tell the driver to call and she answers and says how may I help you? Wow, now she is screening calls but whatever...He then explains while on speaker that "the lady is very upset and I don't have her on my manifest, what should I tell her" She then states " just tell her it's being handled, don't tell her anything else"...I guess she didn't realize she was on speaker, I think interject and asked her what's the status and she says "that it was lost and it was mis-delivered and she is sorry and that they will engage with Zara to handle a refund " At this point, I can see that this delivery service is janky and cannot be trusted. I will not even deal with Zara if they will continue to use this company. This is unfair and not good business. I am very upset and this company should be shut down for their business practices. read more

Amazon claimed the product was delivered when it wasn't (I was home all day). I checked the Vienna LaserShip website and their customer care number was disconnected. However, I did find their 1-800 # on the corporate website and that connected me to a human being right away. She found my package and it was delivered 30 min post-call. Apparently, it was a "mis-scan"? Either way, the woman on the phone was super (1-800-527-3764). Good luck. read more

If I could give less than one star I would but the review won't let me! This company is absolutely horrendous and I'm surprised they are not out of business. Because they should be. They are too lazy to figure out how to track their own packages that arrive in their facility and for them the easiest way to deal with it is to deem the package ' lost' and not have to actually deliver the package. This is what happened to me. I called twice and each time was put on hold for at least 30 minutes only to be told they had no idea what happened to my package the first time and when I called a second time they told me the package was deemed lost. Only had their service two separate times on two separate days, months apart. BOTH occasions delivery was late at night and package left on "uncovered" front porch. Last nights got rained on all night with no plastic on it. There has not been a horn blow or a door bell ring with either delivery. Their name sounds like speedy service. I don't have a choice in who the seller uses but I would sure prefer receiving my package a day or two later by the US Postal service and have it arrive hand delivered to my door safe and DRY!! read more

Let me be clear, a 5 year old on a tricycle might do better at delivering than this company. I will add bad yelp review to things I have done based on this experience, I have also taken the time to let Amazon know how horrible this company is (but they are probably the cheapest so Amazon will continue to utilize them). Honestly when drones can deliver products it probably means Lasership will cease to exist and I won't shed a tear. I ordered from Amazon and was told it would be delivered by Lasership. From there it just went downhill. Package was delivered at night (was shipped to my office), the building was locked so Lasership couldn't deliver. Message when I tracked the package said to call the next day. I call, I am told the package will be out for delivery before 8pm the next day (lie #1). I point out that its a business so they should probably try to deliver it earlier (what is the definition of insanity?). Package was not attempted to be delivered that day. Day 3, I call and request Lasership refund the delivery fee because they didn't get it to me in time. They said no, but am told it will be delivered by 5pm (lie #2). I called Amazon, they kindly refunded the money and told me everything looked like my package would be delivered today. At 5pm, I call Amazon again (their customer service is more competent than Lasership's), the person with Amazon calls Lasership, waits on hold for along time, gets a supervisor there to finally start looking into why my package isn't being delivered. Amazon calls me back, tells me about the horrible ordeal of getting Lasership to act, but tells me if I don't hear back from someone in Lasership by the next morning to call Amazon and they will ship a replacement. Day 4, no one from Lasership calls by 8am, so I call Amazon and they kindly ship me a replacement product and explain to me steps I can take in ordering how not to have my package delivered by Lasership. By 8:30am, a customer service person from Lasership calls to apologize to me, I inform her it is too late and I will only accept an apology from the CEO of Lasership and tell her that her company is awful to deal with that I have been lied to by numerous people (its almost like they have no idea what is going on and just tell you what you want to hear). They blamed me for providing them with a bad address, I pointed out that USPS, FedEx, and UPS can all find my office. She informed me my package would be delivered that day but I told her not to deliver it because Amazon had shipped a replacement. She told me that the package would not be delivered (lie #3). Later that day, I get a text from Amazon saying my package was delivered checked in my building where our packages go didn't find one and assumed they had listened to me. Day 7, the janitors bring a package up to our front office that was just sitting by the entrance to our building since Friday (ie Day 4) and were concerned it might get stolen. Look at the shipping label and its my package that I told Lasership not to deliver that I wouldn't accept. I'm still waiting on them to come pick it up to return to Amazon. So if you have read this far, what can I say other than Lasership is a horrible company to deal with. Customer service will lie to you (I count 3 from my experience). Their computer system apparently doesn't appear to be connect to what the drivers are doing. They have no idea how to find a lost package. If something is lost, just utilize Amazon's customer service and have them deal with Lasership for you (plus Amazon calls you, you don't call them). Honestly, I would feel bad for dumping on this company but they deserve every bad review they get. read more

If i could give 0 stars i would. My sephora app said that the package was supposed to be delivered on 4/30, but then after 10pm Lasership says they can't deliver due to needing more information. Of course they update after business hours so I have to wait until the next day to call. Called first thing in the morning and waited on hold for over 30 minutes before leaving a message. Never got a call back so ended up calling again later in the afternoon and after being on hold AGAIN finally got through. They said they needed the code to my apartment complex, i don't live in an apartment and told them so, they then said oh well we need the code to you community, and i told them i dont live in a gated community you just drive up my drive way and drop the package and then leave. The confirmed they had the correct address so they didn't even try to deliver it on 4/30 like they claimed. Then told me it was on the truck to be delivered today and that the driver would call me if there were any issues, they initially had the wrong number so had to correct them on my phone number, but surprise surprise 9pm rolls along and still no package and no call from the driver. Check the app says can't deliver due to external circumstances. Tried contacting them on twitter, sent in a contact form through their website, but never received any word back on where my package was. Tried calling them again only to be placed on hold for another 30+ minutes with not answer. This is now the 3rd day that they are "trying" to deliver my package and I have no faith that they will actually get it to me. Seriously if you can avoid using this company I would, this seems to be a pattern of issues as they have an F rating on the BBB with similar issues or issues claiming that packages were delivered when they never were. I have contacted sephora repeatedly about this and sincerely hope they chose a new shipping company in the future as this is ridiculous. read more

I called costumer service but was closed so I sent an email to inquiry after check the door. To my surprise this morning showing delivered at 900 Pm yesterday so I immediately called Lasership spoke with John who offer a bunch of stupid excuses and scenarios of what could happened but as soon as I told him will complaint with the shipper because I had the same issue with them in the past marking package delivered when is not true, the lowlife Douchebag hang up. The tracking info showed it was loaded at 11:25 am, 11:26 am out for delivery and delivered at 11:27 am! Even on a magic carpet could you deliver a package in 2 minutes that is well over an hour from your residence ! NEVER received the package! I ordered several items this past Sunday and all items have been delivered (via UPS or Fedex) within a day except for my one product that has been sitting at the Chantilly location for 4 days! Chantilly is less than 18 miles from my house. I don't understand why it's taking so long to leave the facility?? Like everyone else, I ordered from Amazon and went with the "one day" shipping. Order was placed on Sunday and was supposed to be delivered by 9pm on Monday. I had no problem waiting til 9 for my package. When 9:30 rolled around I was pretty ticked. Customer support at Amazon said there was a delay in the shipping and that it would be delivered today. When I got up this morning and tracked my package, Amazon's tracking and LaserShip's said that they made an attempt to deliver it at 8pm last night (There was no notice left saying anything). Amazon couldn't help with anything except offer a refund. Not the option I want to take, I just want to know where my package is. So, I called the customer support for LaserShip. While the gentleman I spoke to the first time was polite and tried his best to help me, the first time I was on the phone with him, he had to hang up and give me a call back later because he was stuck on hold with this location. He also told me that the attempted delivery was a "misring". So, I called Chantilly to figure out what was going on. I didn't get the guy's name because he mumbled when he answered the phone. I gave him the tracking number and he told me that they did in fact try to deliver it last night, yet no one was home. Both my boyfriend and I had been home since 6:30 that evening, so we were both home by their "attempted" delivery time. When I asked why they didn't leave the package at the door if they attempted to deliver it, I was told that they don't leave packages at the door for apartments. They do any other time, yet suddenly now they don't? Then, the gentleman from the support center called back to tell me what he found out. Now, supposedly, the driver forgot my package and it was never on the truck in the first place. They can't keep their stories straight. I don't know who lied about what, but this place seems like they dick people around too much. People pay for one day shipping, or even amazon prime, and this is the service we get? And after reading the other reviews on here, it amazes me that this place is still in business, yet alone affiliated with Amazon. 5 pm. And I'm still waiting on my package. Let's actually see if it gets here today. Update: Called Chantilly again to find out where my package was due to lack of tracking updates, only to be told it would be sent out TOMORROW. Asked to speak to the manager and was put on the phone with Asis. He proceeded to tell me that the package wont be delivered due to "weather conditions" and that it was still in the warehouse. Guys, it's RAINING. Does UPS or USPS stop delivering packages or mail because it's raining? I paid for same day shipping, that's what I expect. Not this beat around the bush bullshit. Then he says he's going to get my package out tonight "by any means necessary" and will call back in about half an hour. I shouldn't have to hound these people to do their job. Update 2: Asis called back, just to tell me that my package isn't even at the warehouse and that my package is lost. Contacting Amazon now for a refund. I wish I could give zero stars. The ridiculous path that my package has taken over the past 9 days is truly remarkable. First, I call Laser Ship and let them know that the zip code on my shipping address is incorrect and ask if they could update it. They say they can- however, they never did and my package was out for delivery IN THE WRONG CITY two days in a row. Next, my package was shipped to a warehouse 6 hours away in another state, where I was told it was supposed to be shipping back to the seller that day (Thursday) and get there by Saturday. Saturday rolls around and I call the seller to see if they have received the package. They say no, they haven't, so I call Laser Ship once again. Laser Ship is then kind enough to inform me that no, my package actually is still at the warehouse 6 hours away and hasn't been returned to the seller yet. It was supposed to be shipped back 2 days ago. Now I'm just hoping that Laser Ship has the courtesy to send my package back at all. I'm worried that my package was lost or stolen because Laser Ship has completely neglected to provide any tracking information online, but somehow multiple customer service reps have been able to each provide entirely different statuses of my package. Each customer service rep has also promised that my package will be delivered the next day, despite it never actually leaving the warehouse. I don't think they understand how extremely infuriating and frustrating it is to order a package worth almost $300 and expect a decent delivery timeframe, only to have it tossed around the Southern US like a hot potato. I also really don't appreciate the customer service reps essentially lying to me about the status of my package. Their practices are shady at the very least and I fully intend on filing a claim with my credit card company if my package isn't here within the next week. As I write this review, I have two packages that are reported by Amazon.com to have been delivered hours ago, but it's not the case. As an Amazon.com Prime member, I get guaranteed 2 day delivery. Not once has a package arrived within that period when they use lasership. With this being the case, I will not be renewing my Prime membership when it expires an will just start buying locally as it's no longer worth the aggravation and wait times. 1. They attempted delivery three times OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS and each time failed to meet their estimated time of delivery. Not once did the driver or company notify me that they had tried to deliver. Attempt 1: Friday 8:40 PM Attempt 2: Sunday 9:40 PM Attempt 3: Tuesday 8:00 PM 2. On the third attempt, the driver apparently just left my box outside. My office is in a busy retail center. Why would a reasonable person just leave a package on the sidewalk where hundreds of people walk by? 3. From previous experiences, their drivers are unprofessional. Their pants are halfway to the ground. They are ALWAYS talking on their phones and can't be bothered to stop their conversations as the toss the packages. It sucks that I don't get a choice in carrier when I order from Amazon. 7/21 UPDATE: The replacement package from Amazon was supposed to arrive today, via Lasership. I literally sat in my office until 8:15 PM and received nothing. I get a notification that my package was allegedly delivered and signed for at 4:42pm. WTF? There was absolutely NO delivery. I shop from Amazon on at least a monthly basis, and 90% my packages are shipped through Lasership. While I have had a couple bad experiences, they are generally adequate. I think it is a pretty rag-tag company, and there are definitely some shady things that they do (marking packages as "delivered" hours before they actually show up -- almost every time), I do not usually have any major problems with them. There have even been one or two instances where I have received my package EARLY. The biggest issue seems to be that they don't have any quality control, and very little accountability when something goes wrong. I would encourage anyone who does have a problem to call Amazon directly -- they have always resolved my complaints by sending a new package, and if there are enough complaints I'd assume eventually they'll contract out to a different company. read more

Another Lasership/Amazon disaster. If only Amazon would replace Lasership with someone who can show up on time at the right location. Supposed to be "same day" Amazon delivery at an address to which Lasership has delivered many times before, as well as UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. -- not hard to find. Instead of getting the package on time, we get a notice that "delivery was attempted" at 7:30 or so -- we were here and no one attempted anything (and no notice or form left reflecting a real attempt -- probably just a delivery guy too lazy to show up). Next morning we call Lasership customer service -- supposedly package is already out for delivery that day -- check the address, all set. Get a new online notice at the end of the day that the package in question has only now been loaded on the truck for delivery tomorrow (2 days late), and they have no idea why it wasn't delivered today or when or if it'll actually be delivered tomorrow. Customer service says they can't answer any questions about our package because they aren't in the same office as the package. Update: Now Amazon and Lasership tracking show package delivered tonight at 8 pm to "front door" and signed for by "front door." No such delivery has been made -- we were here all the time and received nothing so far. Looking at other reviews, it seems posting a delivery one day and actually delivering later is a common problem. Someone apparently from the local Lasership office, replied to this post saying he would "take care of it," so maybe that means marking it as delivered without actually delivering. Ironically, other Amazon items ordered same day, but for slower delivery -- by US Mail! -- are beating these "same day" items. Further Update: More bizarre still -- three separate Amazon orders, not all ordered at the same time but all supposedly to be delivered on schedule today by USPS (not Laser), are suddenly "Delayed Sorry, your package is delayed because of an issue with the carrier." No weather problems, for example, and it's not a USPS holiday. A couple of hours later, they're back on the truck for delivery today -- but the mystery remains. Another Update: Another call to customer service to see what happened with the "delivered package" that still hasn't arrived (two days late and counting). Apparently it's in a Lasership vehicle that's out for delivery, but not to us -- best guess now is that it'll be delivered this evening (ten or so hours from now) by a "night" delivery person. I upgraded the review from one to two stars for the extra effort they finally seem to be making on the back end. Latest excuse is that they thought our address ended with "Drive" not "Road," but the address was already correct -- obviously they just didn't try to deliver to the printed address. You can tell this is just an excuse because, if you google just the root of our address, without the "Rd." you get the full address -- there's no equivalent "Drive" with the same root anywhere in the US, let alone in our neighborhood. Friday night (Day 3): The package due three days ago was supposed to be delivered, again, tonight. Customer service called at 6:50 pm to say their driver brought the package back, without delivering it this time or calling before returning, because he thinks we've moved [but like to send ourselves packages to the wrong address??]. Nope, been here for over ten years, getting lots of deliveries from every other operation in town, but for some reason Lasership just can't find us. Supposedly they deliver until 9 pm -- why not run it on out here tonight? -- nope, now they want to deliver it Saturday (Day 4). Called Lasership customer service -- they checked with local outfit and the package is still sitting at the local office. (Keep in mind that this package was, according to LS's online tracker, still listed as delivered yesterday and the day before, plus the drivers claim we don't live here any more.) Had to demote LS back to one star, which is the least you can specify. Saturday (Day 4): Waited around all day Saturday for the SAT AM delivery, which never arrived. Called LS customer service twice, which checked with local office twice, with two different excuses. Excuse 1: Driver is currently out with package but lost or can't find our address (well, everyone else can -- just google/mapquest it?). Talked with local office dispatcher who assured me that, now that the driver has our phone number, he'll be delivering it right away today. Excuse 2: No sign of driver for two more hours, so call LS cust service again, which calls the local office again. My package is now put under "investigation" and they have no idea where it is or when it'll be delivered -- maybe Monday at the earliest. Why is that my problem? Just tell Amazon you screwed up, take down your false statement the package was delivered when you admit it wasn't, and tell Amazon to fill the order and deliver it pronto. read more

I ordered through Amazon, like many reviewers here. It was marked as "delivered" on top off that it was claimed it was delivered to the leasing office and signed by someone. First of all we don't have a leasing office, it's a condo, secondly we discovered that the signature belonged to a person at a hotel next door. We've double, triple checked with our front desk of the condo and the hotel front desk but neither has record of any Lasership deliveries in the last week. My other order through Amazon (ordered on the same day, same address, same shipping method) arrived perfectly fine, the carrier was UPS. But this package from Lasership never arrived yet it was claimed it was delivered. It's absurd that they would forge someone's signature and claim that the item is delivered but it wasn't. That's ILLEGAL and that's FRAUD! This company is in BIG BIG trouble for doing things like this. Amazon, like other reviewer said, seem to know the problem with this company, who claims delivery in order to make it seem like their package delivered on time (one day shipping, two day shipping for prime members). I'm going to let them know that they are forging hotel, apartment staff signature to claim they arrived on time. They better be prepared, cause the hotel staff were not pleased as it is implying responsibility/liability on them when it is not. There was a reason I used two day shipping for guarantee delivery on this, I needed that package for a travel the next day, if it can't arrive on the say, you should own up and let the customer know how you can make it better. read more

I would give Lasership negative stars if Yelp would let me... This is the worst shipping company I have ever has the misfortune of dealing with. I have pleaded with Amazon to stop using this terrible service. Last week was the most recent of screw ups with Lasership. The tracking had my package listed as delivered, but it wasn't. I contact customer service within 20 minutes of their mistake. Surprise, I was told they couldn't reach the driver. I called back four more times over the next 16 hours and they still could not reach the driver. The Chantilly office on the three separate occasions refused to let me speak to a manager. After 24 hours I found out that they had delivered the package to the wrong address and were unable to get the package back. Avoid this company at all cost. read more

Once again lasership is employing the worst drivers. The door code is in my mailing address and they can't seem to figure out how to operate the call box. So they decide to kick the can to the driver tomorrow. On top of that when they are delivering (after 8pm) you have 30 minute hold times for the call center. When you reach the call center they can't redeliver because they don't know who has your package and there is no one at the local delivery center to answer the phone to tell them. This company will be the downfall of Amazon's prime service. read more

My $350/ea Polk speakers were shipped using LaserShip which has got to be the absolute worst shipping service I have ever seen. I've placed dozens of Newegg orders over the years and I have never been unhappy with any of the service I've received, that is until today. LaserShip tracking is a joke, it never updated other than to say the package was ~10 minutes from its final destination 3 days before actually being delivered. I tried calling their customer service to get updates and I never got to speak to anyone, I couldnt even leave a voicemail. At 10:30pm a person with no ID and just driving around in his personal vehicle filled with random boxes. He just dropped the boxes off at my door and knocked and walked away. The shock sensor on one of the boxes had been tripped due to mishandling of the boxes and not taking care. This service is an absolute JOKE! read more

They are the worst delivery service, by a long shot, and its employees are complicit in scamming consumers by promising unrealistic delivery dates and then falsely confirming delivery. The ensuing delay buys them enough time to actually deliver the package - maybe. If this were one incident, fine, that's a mistake. When it happens hundreds of times (as evidenced by the yelp reviews of every LaserShip location) it seems to be deliberate manipulation. If I sign a contract saying I am going to provide a service in exchange for compensation and then fail to meet my deadlines, I cannot then provide the service two days later and claim I did nothing wrong. I suppose I could just copy and paste everyone else's review because I've just experienced the exact same thing. Ordered a package from Amazon with next day shipping. At 8:50 pm it was marked as delivered and signed for by "front door". No package was left at my front door. I went on to their website to track my package and it is showing that is was delivered but on the map, the delivery location is some random shopping center in Herndon. So I called their customer service to try and sort it out but after 20 minutes on hold finally gave up and called Amazon instead. They could not get through to them either. If it just wasn't delivered, and marked as not delivered, that would be one thing. But based on these reviews I have a serious suspicion that this company is deliberately marking packages at delivered when indeed they are not. Just doesn't seem like good business practice to me. read more

I'm completely unimpressed with Lasership. My package which, according to tracking, was left on my front porch never arrived - no package! I've sent emails and spoken to a customer service rep who was just short of rude. They are allegedly having the driver retrace his steps to find my missing package. It's under "investigation". Less than zero stars. By far the worst delivery services company ever. Missed delivery deadlines, flat out lied about items being delivered, made promises of making it right and never does. I have complained to Amazon as well. I wish Amazon and other retailers would read these reviews and NEVER use this company. I actually have one of their drivers on video REMOVING a UPS package from my front door because he was not smart enough to see the difference between a UPS and Lasership label! read more

My husband frequently has problems with Lasership deliveries from Amazon, just like everyone else leaving a review here. The drivers frequently play the game of claiming the package was delivered when it wasn't, then it somehow magically appears on your doorstep a day or two or three later with no explanation. Or it doesn't appear at all. I have been receiving Blue Apron food deliveries for some months now with no issues. When suddenly a package didn't arrive, I was surprised. When I saw that the carrier was Lasership, I was no longer surprised. The driver claims to have left the package "at the back door", which is complete BS, because it would mean they ignored the perfectly accessible front door that has been used for every other delivery ever, left the sidewalk, trekked through the mud and grass and down a steep hill and up a flight of stairs to our deck, to leave the package at our back door. Please. I left a message through the help section on their website explaining the problem, but 24 hours later I have heard nothing. I called their customer service number tonight, and of course it puts you into an endless hold loop with all the other people complaining about their missing packages. One reason I subscribe to Blue Apron is to save time shopping. It makes no sense to then waste that time hounding a horrible delivery service, and if Blue Apron continues to use them as their carrier I'm sure I will be cancelling their services soon. ADDITIONAL: After posting this negative Yelp review, I immediately received a note from Lasership via Yelp offering to help resolve the issue. I replied that there is really nothing they can do - it was a food shipment, and as such, even if it were delivered today, it would be no good. I have heard nothing else from them. In my original review I hinted that the drivers may be stealing the missing packages. I deleted these comments because they were unfair, considering I have no way of knowing the circumstances surrounding this particular delivery. I contacted Blue Apron to explain that I never received this package. They apologized and issued me a full refund. Even better, they gave me the option of using only FedEx shipping. I feel like its a risk using this guys to ship anything. I have had good luck and bad luck with them. Unfortunately it is usually bad luck. Drivers constantly mark packages as delivered hours or days before they actually deliver them (if they even do). Trying to get any help from customer service is also like trying to get blood from a rock. They might do a 24 hour investigation but that does not seem to ever lead anywhere. read more
