This company is a joke! 3 out of 3 of my deliveries From Amazon have been through laser ship and they all have been lost. They say they do an attempted delivery, but never show up. I have a been home all day and I have a doorbell camera. They never came. I'm so fed up with having my packages lost that I'm considering canceling my Amazon Prime account. What's the point in paying for 2 day shipping if it never shows up? read more

Really wish 1. I could give 0-stars, 2. Amazon would drop their contract with LS, and 3. only use USPS, UPS, etc. This is not the first time I've had issues with LaserShip but it is the first time they bold-faced lied to me. Supposedly my replacement headset for my computer arrived sometime on 9/12 in the afternoon to my Leasing Office. The delivery confirmation was updated at 8:04pm that same day. Alright, so I called Laser Ship to find out what "Delivered: Desk" meant on my tracking only to be told that the delivery guy gave it to someone at the Front Desk and had to manually update the tracking that night because his scanner broke right as he delivered my package. Right...sure... My leasing office closed 2-hours before it was "delivered". Called the leasing office on morning of 9/13 and they has NO packages for me or ANYONE at my address. None. The leasing office agent checked BOTH rooms they hold packages in and *nothing*. According to my leasing office this is not the first time one of the residents has had a problem with the LaserShip driver's effectively stealing a package. After speaking to LS on two additional occasions regarding this package they opened an investigation but I'm not convinced they did a damn thing besides let the ticket sit for 48 hours before marking it a loss and telling me to talk to my seller. Definitely going to actively avoid anything that is shipped through them in the future. read more

LaserShip really redeemed themselves, calling me back when they said they would and delivering pretty late at night. They gave me their phone numbers so I could contact them back (and speak to the same person/people) and even the driver called before and after they dropped it off around 8 or 9 PM. Even if the company itself could do better, you can really tell its employees work hard. read more

No stars if I could for this "company". Chewy.com started using them recently and their once reliable delivery service has turned into a nightmare. My first package was placed on the dirt road 1/4 mile from my home, left in the hot sun for half a day. Ants got into the dog food. FedEx, USPS, and UPS all deliver to my house. I placed another order with Chewy, and Lasership apparently is unable to deliver to my home, for reasons unknown. If Chewy doesn't stop using them, I am done with Chewy.com. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service. read more

I just canceled my blue apron subscription due to lasership's complete ineptness. In the last 10 weeks I have received 2 boxes on time and 8 late or missing altogether. Two of these times I was watching from my porch without a car driving anywhere near my house. Then the tracking system popped up with "attempted to deliver, was unable to give to recipient " while I was waiting for it!! Two other times the tracking system stated it was out for delivery, I never received it, and was then told it was received damaged and disposed of before ever leaving the facility. Probably the only truthful answer I ever got was from one of the drivers who told me it was a pain to deliver to my house because it was out of his way. I live in a suburb of DC, but it doesn't matter. They simply cannot do the job they are contracted for and I will never do business with any company that uses them again. read more

Just going to reiterate the flood of negative reviews below. Same experience: package marked as delivered and "left at front door" but it was not actually delivered. Called the facility to find out that the driver "accidentally" scanned it as delivered at a different address but still has the package and will reroute to bring it back to me. Called again later on that day to find out that the driver "forgot" about my package and is no longer on the route to my apartment. The facility promises that they will have someone deliver it the next day. The next day rolls around and there is still no package. I call the facility again and the representative tells me that it is currently at the facility waiting for a driver to pick it up to be delivered soon. I wait all day again. Nothing. Called the facility to find out that the driver couldn't verify my address and didn't know where to deliver it so they brought it back to the facility. There is seriously something wrong with the types of people they are hiring at Lasership. They can not function beyond a basic human level. Did they even graduate high school? Middle school at least? Incorrectly scanning packages as delivered when it's not, forgetfulness, and an inability to verify addresses that are clearly labeled on the package. To be fair, it may not just be the drivers at fault. I have a feeling the customer service representatives are making up lies to cover up their shadiness. The same representative that told me the driver couldn't verify my address tells me later on during the call that the driver actually didn't have time to deliver it so it was brought back. I called her out for changing the story and she didn't know what to say. The BBB needs to investigate this company... read more

If I could give negative stars I would! A package was labeled as "delivered" which is weird because I literally checked my front door 5 minutes after "delivery." I have never had a package stolen so this is just someone claiming to do their job when they didn't. Customer service was great, but they are calling it a lost package. Apparently, the "delivered" note in their system is generated automatically and they can't verify it. WTH?! read more

I give this company 0 stars! This is the second time I have ordered from a company where Lasership is the carrier and someone has stolen my package! If you call the number no one ever answers the automated machine places you on hold where no one ever answers. You email and fill the form out and never receive a response. I was told there was an "attempt" made for delivery but my address was wrong however, all the information displayed with my address is correct! Once again this is the SECOND TIME that someone from Lasership has stolen a package from mine! I will never use any company you has Lasership as their carrier EVER AGAIN! read more

They are the worst delivery. They have lost two of my deliveries from different companies. Totally the worst service. If drivers had to replace misdirected packages there would be less losses. read more

Avoid LaserShip Ordered a package from Amazon to be shipped by LaserShip... The delivery was supposed to be before 9 pm the same day, I needed the item the next day so I spent the extra money to have it by then, it did not show up by it's expected delivery time, not even the next day or the day after, I could have not only saved money using another shipping method, but also gotten my package earlier. I will not be using them again. read more

I ordered something from Amazon and it said that it will deliver the package on next day which was Sunday. I had never used the one day delivery service so I did not know how it works. I did not really trust that someone does work on Sundays to deliver my package and I was going to wait till Monday if they can't make on Sunday. At 8:15pm on Sunday, I got the message that they left my package at the front door. I was excited and checked it out. But nothing was there. I went out and browsed my neighbor's front door in case they misplaced my package but I could not find. And I found these reviews on Yelp. It seems that it is not only me. They could deliver my package next day. I don't know why they marked it as delivered and made me confused and worried about my package. I shoot an email asking the status of my package. Hopely they come back to me soon. Update: My package was delivered at 11pm on Sunday. My sister found the delivery person while she was returning to home. It was a couple hours late but I am quite satisfied. I changed the rating to 4 starts from 1. read more

The worst! They lost my package. Even worse, was the run around. I tracked my package and it said "delivered" on Friday 8/21. No package. I called them on Sunday when I checked my email, and the guy said "That was a mistake on our end. We have the package. We will deliver it today." So I told him i would wait for it, when would it be here. He said before 8 tonight. No package. I called the next day and the woman I spoke to said the package was lost and she had no record of me calling yesterday and didn't know anything about that. Meanwhile the stuff I ordered I can't reorder bc it's now out of stock. Really bad. We are depending on courier services during these times and it's a shame that this is one we can't depend on. read more

i really do believe a bunch of THIEVES work out of this location because there is no way your "losing" all these packages! This company is by far the worst company I have EVER encountered. They tell me my package is lost in their warehouse and that they considered it "undeliverable" are you kidding me? Just sounds like a bunch of people not doing their job. What are your organizational methods you use to prevent this from happening? according to these reviews it happens to often for coincidence. Please anybody do us all a favor and close down this company/warehouse. This is EXTREMELY frustrating To say the least!!!!!!! read more

Why is this company still open? Why do stores keep signing contractrs with them to do delivery. they are awful. I've been waiting two weeks for a package they are none responsive in send scripted emails with no information. They need to close their doors read more

Worst company! waited for my package for 3 weeks just to find out that it's been laying at their facility.

I recently signed up for HelloFresh and Lasership is the currier. Its been two weeks now and i have not received either box. The first box was delayed a whole day and then when it was finally "Out for Delivery", i never received it. it was sent back to the Chantilly office. They tried again the next day and the fourth day they said the package has been damaged. I imagine that's from the rotting food they did not deliver. This week it is the same. Out for delivery all day and never arriving. I will be canceling with HelloFresh because of the ineptitude of Lasership and their failures. If they want my business they should drop Lasership and find a different currier. No use paying for a service that I am unable to get because of LaserShip. read more

This company is some trash. I would never choose them to deliver anything for me but alas, it isn't always my choice. The last straw was when my package (supposed to be delivered that day) inexplicably (according to their tracking info) "did not go out for delivery". I called up to inquire and the employee I spoke to (to her credit, she was pleasant) nonchalantly informed me that "maybe the driver didn't show up for work, maybe there weren't enough drivers that day, or maybe someone had just forgotten to scan it out." This is extremely unprofessional and NOT a company I want handling any of my stuff. I will be contacting the companies that use LaserShip to deliver to me and strongly suggest they stop utilizing this particular shipping company. No good! read more

Im really disturbed to know that this facility gets away with loosing peoples packages in their own facility. Then you send me an email telling me to reach out to the seller. "your" company lost "my" package and im the one that needs to rectify the issue. NO you need to reach out to the seller and tell them you lost my package! read more

zero stars. After going around and around with this company to get my package delivered, they delivered to the wrong town. I just happened to be on the phone with a customer service agent minutes after the delivery. She told me it had been delivered and asked me to look at the photo. Not my front porch! The agent asked the driver to return to the home and get it, but as far as I can tell it remains there this morning. I have placed a half dozen calls to this company over the last couple of days- been disconnected several times, waited 20 mins to get a live person on a couple of calls, and can not contact the Chantilly office directly because the call can not go through according to Verizon. This is the worst company ever and I don't know why any company would use them! BTW, I live in a regular neighborhood that has been in existence for more than 20 years. read more

From what I see in the reviews here, this will come as no suprise. This is the 3rd time they have "lost" our hello fresh package. We called and had a horrible customer service experience as well. The driver's story changed twice in a single phone conversation and the delivery time stated on the tracking vs what they said on the phone conflicted. I don't want to throw accusations around but it sounds like either the driver left the package in the parking lot and made it fair game or they are enjoying our hello fresh meals. One way or another they do not fulfill their duty of delivering packages and offer no solution when it becomes "lost." read more

Worst ever. You had one job. And never delivered. Received an email from LaserShip that they lost my package and that I should contact the seller. Isn't the job of LaserShip to deliver packages? Ordinarily I would be more flexible but due to this being a Christmas gift, it's really made the experience all the more crappy. read more

LaserShip - The present day #Grinch. When ur job is to deliver packages but lose them, not only lose but unable to locate or find a solution. - Couriers & Delivery Services Near Me - Chantilly, Virginia

I wish I could select a zero star rating. My first package was lost. Replacement package says it was left at the doorstep at 10 pm! It wasn't at my doorstep. Not sure who's doorstep it was left at. And who delivers a package at 10 pm?! This company is either completely incompetent or there is some suspicious activity going on here. read more

I do not understand the negative reviews. I received my order on a Sunday morning. The driver was smart and placed my package on my front porch in a safe place where others could not see in passing. So far so good. I do not understand the negative reviews. Perhaps they are trying to give the company a new face. Prior to this delivery I had never heard of LaserShip®. But I can say nothing bad about this courier. read more

I don't know how this company is still in business. My package was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago and the tracking information provided no updates on the status. I called customer service and was shocked by how curt and rude the person was. No greeting or apology. All I got was that it's been placed under investigation and when I tried to ask what might have happened I was admonished for not listening before that it's under investigation. I will not be ordering anything from a place that uses them for shipping. Sephora, I hope you're reading this. read more

Once again, Lasership Chantilly missed my Amazon prime date, logged my packaged delivered. And, not until I was on the phone with Amazon and Lasership Richmond; was there any disclosures as to why the package would again be labeled as delivered. Apparently, it is out for delivery, today, Friday, November 9,2018. Funny, not funny, FedX delivered on time and this is the 3rd package in a row fromm Amazon that LaserShip confirmed delivery one day only to regene on tracking of the package. My only thoughts are; how many thieves does Lasership have delivery for them on a daily basis. Scornfully, The victim read more

There hasn't been one single time that they haven't done something wrong. My 1st experience with them, they mess up on the delivery and when I called, the VERY rude, VERY unprofessional employee has the nerve to tell me Gap was the one that made the mistake! Insulting my intelligence, BTW! I never had any problems with the other companies Gap or Amazon had used before, but now, every time there is a problem and I check, Lasership is the carrier! read more

Amazon claimed the product was delivered when it wasn't (I was home all day). I checked the Vienna LaserShip website and their customer care number was disconnected. However, I did find their 1-800 # on the corporate website and that connected me to a human being right away. She found my package and it was delivered 30 min post-call. Apparently, it was a "mis-scan"? Either way, the woman on the phone was super (1-800-527-3764). Good luck. read more

I wish I could give zero stars to this place. Lost my package twice and the only reason I knew about it both times is me constantly calling them to check status on overdue deliveries. Every time I called they'd put me on a long hold and check the loading dock and trucks and found nothing. How do you continuously lose people's packages?! read more

I live on a military base and pull my hair out every time I see a package is being delivered by lasership. I spend multiple days on the phone with them instructing them to call when they get to the gate cause they cant get on. And yet EVERY TIME! My tracking says they cant deliver cause they cant get on. No one calls!!! And I spend days trying to get MY package!!! One deliver man even lied and said he tried to deliver, but was never even in my location.....Maybe hire some military spouses who CAN get on base, wo that things like this dont happen. Also, their customer service is awful and the people are all really rude. I will avoid any company that uses lasership. It's that bad! read more

Constantly missing delivery dates. Really wish Amazon would stop using them as a courier. At least 2 or 3 out of 5 shipments miss their delivery dates and packages are rarely delivered before 7 or 8 PM. read more

Repeatedly does not deliver packages that they are supposed to be delivering. I have had multiple packages in the past year that they have listed as delivered, but they driver never showed up at our house at all. And each time you call and speak to someone on the phone (after spending forever attempting to find a phone number for them), they will tell you that they have no problem locating the address, but offer no apology, and state that they will look into it and have a driver deliver it tomorrow. I've had that result in a delivered package exactly once. Every other time, it has resulted in a package marked as delivered, but not delivered. We have security cameras. No delivery driver ever shows up on them. But other people who come to the house do. I'm seriously doubting their drivers are invisible, and delivering packages wrapped in an invisibility cloak, as at this point I'd have to have tripped over something outside my house. Companies need to stop using them as a delivery service, as they don't deliver things, and their phone customer service people are just plain rude. I sincerely hope they go out of business, and the sooner the better. read more

This is an update to my post on March 1st- I called the LS in Chantilly near my home to see if I could speak to a person who would help me. The young lady who helped me was SUPER helpful. Everything question I had she answered. the 1st package was confirmed lost. I received a vm stating that my 2nd package was at the facility per my request. anyway if it weren't for her I would of probably my left my review at 1star. Again she made a difference. She was pleasant, kind and just nice! When I showed up at the facility this morning, she met me outside with my package In hand. THANK YOU!!! I wish I remembered her name. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have NEVER EVER dealt with horrible services from a courier company in my life. My packages have been missing for over a week. I have been calling every single day and have been spun in circles. They have been telling me things like, my address wasn't located, the driver hasn't been answer, the driver is off and has my packages, he never had the packages etc. They then proceeded to tell me, it's been 5 days- contact the company you ordered from and have them send you a replacement. That's some bullshit. Leadership is full of thieves covering up for each other. Wasting people's time and money. Absolutely horrible. They can't even locate their employee when he's on the clock. THEN tell me they see him every morning when he comes to get more packages. This is unacceptable. Will be contacting corporate with names of the people at this location. read more

I can't even get through to them to get a price quote! When I finally got someone to answer the phone, after trying three different phone numbers, she said she'd "let me talk to someone else", then cut me off. Worst customer service in history. I'll drive the damn document to Fairfax myself before I use this worthless service. read more

Absolutely the worst shipping company!!! I order various parts and supplies online from eBay, Amazon and other suppliers and receive the orders via FedEx. UPS and USPS almost everyday without problems. An eBay supplier shipped some urgently needed tools via LaserShip, and we waited patiently for them but they never arrived. I checked LaserShip's website 4 days after the scheduled delivery date and it informed that the delivery driver had supposedly tried to deliver the package unsuccessfully, 2 days in a row, and on the 3rd day they had returned the package to the sender !!! We did not receive any texts, emails nor any notices of "attempted delivery" from LaserShip regarding this shipment. Either the driver went to the wrong address, or he did not try to deliver it all. If by any chance the driver came when we weren't in the office, he could have left the package at the next door office (as clearly posted on our front door) or at least left a notice with contact info. I emailed LaserShip's customer service and received a response stating: "Thank you for your inquiry regarding LX**********. I do apologize but per our policy your package was held at our facility and has already been returned to your Seller. Please contact your Seller for further assistance." Two-thumbs-down rating for this company. Avoid using them, and avoid doing business with any seller who uses them! read more

Amazon decided to go with this "service" for some Prime deliveries. They consistently claim packages are delivered when they're not. Many times lost, others found days later at different addresses... quite the hassle. I doubt they'd be in business if it were not for their deal with Amazon, getting us, the customers, stuck in between. read more

Lasership decided not to deliver my Sunbasket food delivery box. On the package tracking page it said there was an "exception" and that my box would be delivered THREE DAYS LATER. When I called Lasership to figure out what had gone wrong, they told me that they didn't have enough drivers for delivery that day, but that my package would "probably" be delivered the next day. They also informed me that they had 48 hours to deliver Sunbasket boxes. I was going out of town the next day for a 2-day work trip. Now, I don't want a box of food that has been sitting around in the summer heat for three days so I told them not to deliver it. Sunbasket issued me a full refund and assured me that Lasership does not have a 48 hour window to deliver. I informed them of the across-the-board horrible reviews of Lasership on Yelp, and that they shouldn't use this carrier. Peace out Lasership, I hope I cost you a client!! read more

The rating suggests I am satisfied with LaserShip. I have had items delivered by them for going on ten years now, and NEVER, repeat NEVER had the first problem with them. I suggest these unhappy reviews be taken with a large grain of salt. LaserShip has arrived at being part of modern infrastructure in this area -- we take it for granted, except when it doesn't work (the power goes out, the trash skips a day, there's a wreck on our normal commute route . . .). I have received packages big (television, dishwasher, microwave) and small in the hundreds via LaserShip, and in all of them, I rarely even see the delivery person, the goods just seem to show up -- the way they should. read more
