I hold amazon equally responsible. They never update their tracking online and when you call the 804 number no one ever answers! ZERO stars if possible. I told amazon straight up I dont want any of my packages delivered by this horrible company. read more

1. They attempted delivery three times OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS and each time failed to meet their estimated time of delivery. Not once did the driver or company notify me that they had tried to deliver. Attempt 1: Friday 8:40 PM Attempt 2: Sunday 9:40 PM Attempt 3: Tuesday 8:00 PM 2. On the third attempt, the driver apparently just left my box outside. My office is in a busy retail center. Why would a reasonable person just leave a package on the sidewalk where hundreds of people walk by? 3. From previous experiences, their drivers are unprofessional. Their pants are halfway to the ground. They are ALWAYS talking on their phones and can't be bothered to stop their conversations as the toss the packages. It sucks that I don't get a choice in carrier when I order from Amazon. 7/21 UPDATE: The replacement package from Amazon was supposed to arrive today, via Lasership. I literally sat in my office until 8:15 PM and received nothing. I get a notification that my package was allegedly delivered and signed for at 4:42pm. WTF? There was absolutely NO delivery. I am furious. This is THE worst delivery company. read more

Paid for Amazon same day delivery before 9 pm. Package marked as delivered at 7:45 pm but package nowhere to be found. Amazon customer service says they can't help unless package is not delivered two days from now. Never thought I'd say this but brick and mortar might be the better option over Amazon these days. Definitely will not be keeping Amazon Prime after my free trial is over. If a package is late, it's late. But please don't mark it as delivered when it's not! Update: Confirmed with Amazon and LaserShip that package was not delivered, despite being marked so. Amazon is refunding fee for expedited delivery, and package will be delivered two days after original delivery commitment. read more

Ordered from Amazon with guaranteed one day shipping. Unfortunately, Lasership made the executive decision to totally disregard my shipping preference and over a day later the package has still not arrived. I will no longer be using one day delivery from Amazon until I am confident that my package will not be handled by Lasership along the way. I advise you to do the same. read more

Nothing but bad experiences any time they've been the ones to deliver or attempt to deliver packages. Never leave door tags so I don't know whether they actually came or not. I only know they missed the delivery window because of an update from Amazon. After the first failed attempt and emailed and spoke to customer service twice. Was on hold for 45 min. Told the rep that my building call box was broken and that the driver should call me when they arrived or just leave it at the door. Just resulted in another failed delivery "attempt." Will actively avoid any vendors that use them in the future. read more

I'm completely unimpressed with Lasership. My package which, according to tracking, was left on my front porch never arrived - no package! I've sent emails and spoken to a customer service rep who was just short of rude. They are allegedly having the driver retrace his steps to find my missing package. It's under "investigation". Stay tuned. read more

Ordered a router from Newegg and they shipped using this useless shipper. The online tracking says it got delivered at my front door today at 2:13 but I have not got it. I called them and they said they will investigate and get back to me after 3 days. Useless shipping company. read more

Awful! I had never heard of this company before until Nespresso decided to ship my coffee via LaserShip. HUGE mistake on their part. Like many of the other reviewers, I never received my package and LaserShip could really care less. Three days in a row my package was out for delivery and returned at the end of the day...why? It didn't require a signature. I guess someone thought it was an espresso maker...HA! When I called customer service to inquire about my package whereabouts they put it under a 24 hour investigation and updated their site that my package was delivered...Save yourself a headache and please don't use this company they are awful. If I could give less than a star I would. read more

I had an experience that seems to be the trend with this company. My husband ordered a package from Amazon, and requested next day shipping. Delivery was guaranteed by 9pm. I stayed home all day, in case someone needed to sign for the package, and it never showed. Starting at about 8:30 that night, my husband and I would periodically check the tracking info, and around 9:30 the package was finally listed as having been delivered. I checked the front door and it wasn't there. My husband called Amazon customer service, and was told by the representative that this was a common problem with this delivery company. She didn't seem to think that it was an issue worth worrying about. While he was on the phone, I decided to look into LaserShip, which I had never heard of before. The reviews I found were appalling. Since I read several situations in which packages had been delivered to the wrong house, my husband and I decided to check the leasing office and the other apartments in our building. This was around 10pm. No package to be found. At this point, my husband started a live chat with a customer service representative with Amazon, to have LaserShip moved to the bottom of the list of possible couriers for our address (apparently Amazon can't guarantee that they will not be used to deliver to our address in the future). At 11pm we had given up on getting our package. I went to take the dogs out, and the package was sitting there, an hour and a half after it had been listed as delivered. Since we received our package that night, and it was undamaged, I was tempted to give the company 2 stars, but I can't get past the fact that they lied about having delivered the package. I fully understand that sometimes things happen, and packages end up being delivered late. It is frustrating, but forgivable. I can continue to do business with a company that occasionally has some late deliveries, but not a company that has a prolonged history of fraud. I am amazed that Amazon continues to use them for deliveries after the number of horrible reviews I've seen. My husband and I will no longer use next day shipping with Amazon, as long as we live in an area serviced by LaserShip. read more

I order a package from amazon over night to my apartment. The status said delivered on front porch at 9:warm when I was in the house with my family no knock, and the apartment doesn't have porches, so I called amazon. After hours of waiting I found out the carrier Laser ship scanned the item as delivered but it was at their shipping facility. The worse carrier by far.... read more

Second post. Now they bring packages and leave on front curb where they could easily be stolen. Lasership get your "shipping" together. Amazon should fire you! read more

Multiple packages have been properly handled and delivered as promised. I was worried every time I saw Amazon chose Lasership as the shipping option because of these reviews. I thought they deserve a good review after so many flawless deliveries to me. They also came early afternoon every time. read more

There are a lot of negative reviews so I was not expecting my package to arrive on time or in a decent manner. My text alert said it was delivered to the front door and based on other reviews I was not surprised when i opened the door and it was not there. But i decided to check in front of my house and there it was tucked in the corner in front of my garage. That is the reason i took a star off otherwise i would have given 5 stars. Package arrived earlier than expected and in perfect condition. I feel many people who get their packages on time do not feel the need to leave a review. Based on performance today, I wouldn't mind receiving another package through this delivery service. read more

Laser ship is the worst delivery company, their delivery company doesn't care about their customers. They keep on delivering my packages at detached garage, they are to lazy to deliver at my front door. This has happened twice with the delivery at my detached garage. I am a single, female, senior citizen, with no man to help. The 1st time had to pay someone to bring boxes to front door. This packages are my cats food and cat litter, so they are heavy boxes. I have enough trouble getting them out at the front door to get them inside. I will talk to Walmart not to use them, use FedEx or UPS. I am sorry to hear that Chewy has partnered with Laser ship, they used to be with FedEx. I am hoping that if I paid extra they would use FedEx. read more

Really this should be zero stars. I live in an apartment building and the tracking said "left at front door". That means nothing. Apparently they left it in "the mail room". The building is secure and they couldn't have gotten in. Never received the package and customer service is worthless. read more

Laser Ship store management did reach out to me and shipped my package on Sunday (the following day from when it was supposed to be shipped). I appreciate the attempt to rectify the situation. read more

I've had two negative experiences with Lasership. I'd give them a zero if I could, but Yelp requires at least a one. 1) I share a townhouse with three other housemates. We received a package from kohls.com for a family that had not lived here in many years. I looked up their name on Google and they still lived in the area, but I did not feel like spending $30 on one of those background check services to get their current address. I looked up Lasership online and got their e-mail address. I sent them an e-mail telling them to come pick the package up and that I would leave it outside by the front door. They sent me an e-mail the next day saying that they had delivered the package to our address. I had explicitly told them to come pick up the package so they could send it to the right address or send it back to kohls.com. They did not even read my e-mail. I left the package on the front porch for a week in case they did come by, but they never did. 2) I ordered a camera from Amazon and decided to get it same day shipping. I am an Amazon Prime member, but had never tried same day shipping. I have never had a problem with Amazon before. After I made the order, I saw that they would be shipping it via Lasership. After my last experience, I knew this would be a disaster. I had ordered at 3:00 A.M. since I had stayed up late the night before. I had them deliver to my private mail box at Parcel Plus. Parcel Plus closes at 7:00 P.M. on Monday to Friday, and at 4:00 P.M. on Saturday. I have received packages at Parcel Plus from FedEx, UPS, and USPS no problem. I called Parcel Plus and told them I was expecting from Amazon same-day shipping and they said it would be no problem. At 6:30 P.M., Lasership called me up and asked where Parcel Plus was. I told them where and that they closed at 7:00. I went to pick it up the next day on my way in to work and it was not there. The Parcel Plus staff told me that Lasership had left a note on the door claiming they tried to drop it off at 8:00 P.M. I had previously told them 7:00. Parcel Plus's hours are posted on the door, so I figured they would be on time the next day. On the second day, they tried to deliver it at 8:00 P.M. again (I was following this via the Lasership tracking number). On the third day, a Saturday, they tried to deliver after 4:00. I could see them being late the first day if they had never delivered to Parcel Plus before, but they were late the next two days when the hours were posted on the door. I flew out of town Saturday night for a week on a trip I had planned long before. When I got back, they had left me two voicemails, but I could not understand a word the guy was saying. He was mumbling into the phone and I could not understand him at all. I called back and told him to send the package back to Amazon, and I got my refund. I hope Amazon changes their couriers for same-day shipping. I have never had problems with Amazon before, but I do not plan on doing same-day shipping again, at least until they stop using Lasership. It seems Lasership is not giving their employees enough time to make their deliveries. Absolutely avoid Lasership at all costs. They do not know what they are doing. read more

Says delivered one day service, package not here and I have been home all day waiting for my package. Rating 0

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I called customer service after the first delivery attempt email. We were in the house all day..no answer on why the attempt failed. They made two more attempts , again, while we were in the house. So I called customer service again, was on hold for 8 minutes, asked why the delivery attempt failed since the house it's on the main road, clearly marked,....the agent hung up on me!!! Amazon, you gotta drop these guys. read more

These people are absolute clowns! Not once, but TWICE in the last month, we have had experiences where the delivery person claims that they failed to deliver our package because "additional information [was] required." They have my name and address and there is a freely accessible lobby entrance to my building where they can leave a package. Not to mention a call box in the lobby that they can use to call me directly if they are confused. What more information do they need?? I mean, do I literally have to provide instructions on how to open a door? (Miraculously, every other delivery and shipping service has managed to figure out how to deliver packages to my building without help or problems.) I will never be using them again and am cancelling my meal kit membership because Lasership seems to unfortunately be their only delivery contractor. What a joke. How is this place even still in business?? read more

My package was delivered to the completely wrong address. Not even a neighbor or down the street. It was not a smiler street name or anything I could maybe understand. The resident at the home it was delivered to accidentally opened it and then called me to let me know they had my package (I was home at the time is says delivered so I know there was no attempt to deliver to my address). I had to drive over to her house to go get it. This is the second time LaserShip has delivered to a wrong address (the first time it was to a neighbor so I didn't think too much of it). First package was from amazon, second was Sephora. I will be avoiding places that use this company to ship. read more

They have literally given up on making excuses. They have "lost" 3 out of 3 deliveries that I know of from Amazon. First time they claimed it was delivered when it wasn't. Second they claimed the package got "lost" at their warehouse. Third just yesterday they claimed the package was "damaged" in shipping and will not be delivered. Had to actually CALL Amazon to get a replacement because their system does not take such a stupid reason. They actually expect their shipped packages to get delivered for some reason. I have filed a complaint with Amazon and signed a Change.org petition to get this lame company banned from Amazon. They are possibly stealing and eventually costing everyone more money. Once more and I will go file a local police report. read more

This sounds like a broken record, 3 STRIKES YOU'RE OUT, wish it was that easy, 3 times a disaster, wasted my time, we the consumer cannot pick our shipping service when we purchase, we are forced to rely on the company we purchase from, the companies are mistreating their consumers by continuing to use LASERSHIP, they must be dirt cheap compared to USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc. Walmart, Walgreens, and many others are continuing to use LASERSHIP, they must not be reading the reviews, they are ignoring consumer complaints. Every time I order on line, I will first speak to a rep (another inconvenience) and refuse to place an order if they use LASERSHIP. read more

the worst delivery service. I've had them mark packages as delivered when it's nowhere to be found, deliver packages as late as 9 to 11 at night, oh and the last driver just decided to back out of our long drive way and cut through our lawn instead. The most unprofessional people. I'm boycotting any company who uses this lousy delivery service. read more

I wonder if you know how to deliver to homes that are not down the street from your drivers. For us, you never delivered the package but reported to the company it as delivered. We received packages from your competition (federal express JB hunt last mile, and USPS) the same day and were home so not sure where you delivered the package. In addition, for another shipment you indicated that you attempted delivery of a package; however, my security system never recorded your approach to my home or ringing of the doorbell. Further, we were home that day. When we had the company that we ordered from call you, you said you would check into it, put them on hold, and then hung up. They followed up and you stated you are not able to provide any information regarding the package and that they should call back in a few days. I told the company to have you send them a picture of my home as we both suspect you are just saying things and not actually doing them. If you don't change your ways you are not going to earn anyone's business. read more

If I could leave zero I would. Nike is now using this company for delivery, apparently they don't do there due diligence in checking out companies, one google search shows you nothing but negative reviews. For the last six days my a package has been out for delivery all day then undeliverable, then out for delivery to then be undeliverable 4 minutes later every night. You call customer service and it isn't in this country and can't help or transfer you to someone who can like a manager because they are working from home which I get, But couldn't even provide a number of someone else including his boss. Then tonight it says delivered but nothing was delivered. I call and there response oh I don't know let me open a claim so now I have five claims out for the same package, that is there solution each time you call. All five claims mean nothing because I still have no package. I really hope Nike stops using them, they are ruining there customer service. read more

The worst Amazon delivery service bar none. They LIE constantly about the deliveries.

Laser Ship is the worst delivery company hands down. It has been three weeks and my package was never delivered - although Lasership claims it was. I tried calling their customer service line several times to no avail. Calls were not answered, voicemails and emails were never returned. Whatever you do, do not make the same mistake I did. You will regret it. I will never purchase anything more If I see that Lasership is the assigned delivery company. Bottom line - Lasership is a terrible delivery company that is not fit to do their one single job. Their lack of responsiveness is astounding and their unprofessionalism is par for the course. read more

Recently QVC has started using this company for deliveries. Packages have never arrived as originally scheduled and will sit in a local office 4-5 days before delivered. Customer Service lines are so busy...I have been on hold for an average of 45 minutes. After hours their message box is filled. You are never given a time of delivery and packages arrive damaged. USPS and UPS are much more reliable. QVC should fire the individual responsible for contracting this delivery service! read more

They do not deserve this 1-star rating. I would give it a 0 if I could. My package was supposed to be here Wednesday but they updated my tracking information and claimed that an attempt was made but business was closed at 8:44. My restaurant does not close until 10:00. I left a review and I received a message from the manager asking me for my tracking number so that he can give me an update on my order. I emailed him my tracking information and got a response several hours later saying that my package has been delivered to my place. I also checked my tracking information and it said "delivered and signed by FRONT DOOR at 8:40". I work as a hostess right by the door so if I did not receive the package then who did? I got on the phone with a representative from Amazon to get a refund and he just told me that Lasership lost my package on Wednesday and asked for a replacement. If this information is true, instead of telling the customer that you guys lost the package, you guys upload false tracking information? And I also just talked on the phone with a representative from Lasership and when I told her that the tracking information said "delivered and signed by the front door" she responded, 'Ma'am front door cannot sign the package." And she also told me that they left my package at the front door. If the restaurant was obviously not closed then why would the delivery guy just leave my package in the middle of the road? How does this make any sense??? And why would Amazon have a replacement ready to be delivered tomorrow in the first place if I never asked them for one?? "ma'am front door cannot sign the package" "can you go online right now? because no where in your tracking information does it say that your package has been lost" "If you did not receive the package then you should be contacting Amazon to get a replacement" What a piece of work. If any of my future orders is delivered by this company, I will cancel that order right away because I have no words for this place. read more

Literally worst company on the planet. I would do negative stars if I could. Every time my Amazon shipments go through this company they get lost. How they are still in business is a mystery to me. Zero really! Why are they still in service? Amazon should not use their services at all. I'd rather wait for my package to arrive safely from another legit and reliable carriers than have them ship my "2 day shipping package" through this unreliable carrier. LaserShip is becoming such a deterrent to my making anymore online purchases, and it is SAD! As a busy working parent I don't have extra time to get to the store for things I need and rely heavily on the convenience of online shopping and two day shipping. My first experiences with them were through Amazon in which packages were lost never to be found, but now WalMart Online is using them too! WAH! I recently put in a large order with many pieces, every single UPS shipped item from this order arrived on time and accurate to the tracking status provided. I was immediately disheartened when I saw two of my items were shipped via LaserShip though, and knew I wouldn't likely ever see them and that I would need to spend valuable time to get a refund. Sure enough the first item was marked as "Delivered" two days ago, and guess what was missing from my door step? A package. I contacted LaserShip to only be told that they were starting an investigation... Ah' LaserShip investigations... I am all too familiar with these from my "lost" Amazon shipments. These investigations are a laughing stock. They lead to absolutely nothing, and when you get tired of waiting for them to contact you with the results and reach out yourself you'll surely be met with cold matter of fact customer service agents who tell you it's lost and in so many words to just get over it because it happens pretty regularly. Having NO faith in their investigation process I contacted WalMart, and unfortunately since the LaserShip website was down they weren't able to complete the verification and refund process. This was after spending 40 minutes on the phone with them... So I need to contact them again when the most unreliable shipping company's website is back up and running. Great, More time I don't have... So as for my second item, it is set for delivery tomorrow, and guess what I am not holding my breath for? So to date my Total purchase sacrifice list to LaserSh*t consists of: 1 portable WiFi speaker 1 box of Keurig Christmas Tea Pods 1 Gluten Free Cook Book 3 Damask Canvas Bins 4 Paisley Canvas Bins 1 Samsung BluRay DVD Player Combo So if this is a case of underpaid LaserShip employees trolling packages for valuables ok maybe I can see the benefit of the electronics, but is there a LaserShip employee out there sipping Christmas Tea while contemplating taking the plunge and baking some Gluten Free Scones while they prop their feet up on an overturned damask bin?!?
