I went for my 6th treatment of laser hair removal and Nurse Nahal was wonderful! Every time I go, the receptionists and the nurses are so friendly and welcoming. I have had a few nurses do my treatment so far, but Nurse Nahal I'd have to say has been the best! She listened to me and got the specific areas i had more hair growth at, even though it isn't technically the package I payed for. Please do not pay up front from anything here. They will gladly take your money and not take responsibility when there is a policy change. In other words you are not able to use your $3,000+ credit for what you intended to use without any notice. The only communication about any change is when you are checking out to pay/use Black VIP card. I had purchased the black VIP card and was promised I can use for Botox and get at discounted price and can benefit, yes you get $2,500 extra credit but that how they persuade you into the purchase. Taylor's who allegedly works with clients and issues idea of client service is having (myself) the client contacting BBB to mediate. Please don't invest anything here, do yourself a favor. After going with my wife and I, we were perplexed that they changed our contract and were no longer able to use the Black card for discounted Botox. That all I bought and used it for, furthermore why would someone pay more for less So now after many calls, emails the client service is what you'd expect from a NYC street vendor but this is a brick and mortar store. I was supposed to get a phone call from Taylor who allegedly works with customer relations. I was promised a call before my wife's and my appointment and she failed to call, so on our arrival at the Tustin location I was asked if Taylor called. I laughed and said of course not and now it's going to be awkward. Regardless yes she called me 2 weeks later after many phone calls and emails. I'm the client that paid, why am I chasing them Taylor called and offered and insulting offer of $450. Wait I paid $5,000 and you want to refund me $450!! Thanks for being you Taylor. I declined and actually looked on the BBB site and they have over 99 cases of Similar slimy tactics from other clients just this year alone. The only communication I received is when I was booking my appointment that's when the lovely ladies of Tustin informed me of the amazing news. Client service is having an open communication cycle. I am perplexed they are acting like a New York City street vendor, not a brick and mortar business. This is not how you do business. My first visit to Laser Away was due to my first time receiving Botox. I had so many forehead wrinkles that started to look deep & were especially noticeable after applying foundation, so I made the decision to try Botox to soften the appearance of the lines. The appointment process was seamless. Kayla has a pleasant tone to her voice & she spoke as if we'd known each other. She was also very knowledgeable about the treatment and didn't try to force me into a package since I was afraid of it being my first time. Upon my arrival to the clinic on the day of treatment, I was asked to complete my good faith interview & it was the easiest process. It wasn't long until I was assigned to a room to wait for my nurse. Since more people started to check-in they ensured that there weren't too many bodies waiting in the lobby and followed social distancing rules. Nurse Rhia came to my room a few minutes later and greeted me with a warm tone. I explained what I wanted & that I still wanted movement in my eyebrows. She was very attentive and assured me that my results would be very natural & smooth. She marked up my face & told me exactly where she'd make the injections. As she started making the first one, I barely felt anything. Nurse Rhia was so light handed that I didn't realize when she was poking me with the needle. If I could give them zero stars I would. I have had so many issues with this company but this location takes the cake. I'm 34 and get Botox or Xeomin regularly. I even had had laser treatments from them, and have referred 5-7 women to their center. So recently I switched to xeomin. Every time I went in I would still have wrinkles after the two weeks of setting in. They would charge me more units and one time I had to go in three times. (Thankfully the third time it was comped). So now I switched back to Botox because they thought it would work better for me. They gave me 28 units, and I still had residual wrinkles again, I let them know they needed to fix it, or do a touch up, and the next nurse gave me 40 more units within two weeks. That's insane and they charged me and basically went through my Botox bank in two weeks. Botox is supposed to be preventative and the more you go, you shouldn't need as much, from my understanding. Also I've never had 68 units in my face at any given time. At most I'd have 34. And they doubled what I've needed In Two weeks. That's outrageous. I was told customer service would get back to me. They only hide behind emails. Yet I've emailed twice and called and left two messages. They do not want to rectify the situation. Also, their techs are newly out of school, which might be the problem. Don't waste your money here, they will gouge you and not get back to you. read more
