I really wanted to like this place because it's close to me and parking is easy. I bought the clear and brilliant package (6 sessions total). But I told them I want to get 1 first because what if I have a terrible reaction to the first one? Makes sense right? They said I wouldn't regret it, people love it after the first. I got my first session, and it was fine. I didn't see any difference in my skin. My second session took a couple of months to book because they were so busy. But after my second one, I didn't want anymore. The lady at the front desk said "You have to purchase the rest of your package, you will see major results after your 4th!" I said Ok. Then on my 4th, they tried to sell me another 6 sessions and told me the real results will happen after the 6th session! Then they said if I want to stimulate more collagen growth, I need to buy try the Thermage because the clear and brilliant doesn't help with collagen. Which is NOT what they told me on day 1. They basically change their sales pitch so that it fits what you are looking for to get you to buy more! And the people that are recommending/selling you the treatments are not licensed, not MDs, not PA, not even nurses! They are salespeople who get a commission. The "promotions" or "specials" are not much cheaper either. AVOID THIS PLACE. The nurses that did my laser were fine. I had a different one every time. I gave it a 2 star only for those poor nurses that have to work there. read more

I saw the ad online and requested information, to which they responded immediately. They gave me a facial treatment that caused intense pain in my head, face, and eyes, along with swelling on my face for several days. They examined me and said that a facial nerve might have been affected. I informed them that I would not continue with the treatment and requested an adjustment to my bill (since the treatment was incomplete). However, no one is responding to my emails. read more

I've been going to LaserAway for tattoo removal for about 1,5 years now (prepaid for a 10session pack) and I'm happy to say the experience has been reliable and professional. Since tattoo removal has to be spread out over time so much, I rarely see the same technician, and quality of service (like calibrating of the laser) can vary a little bit, which is probably a good thing since it takes so many sessions for complete removal. I've been quite pleased with how efficient and sweet the front desk team is, just keep in mind when there's a holiday it always seems like they're Very Motivated to sign people up for seasonal promotions, which I struggle with responding to in person especially after being zapped not the most efficient sales strategy imho, but typical for a hair removal salon. I've also noticed that most clients wear masks, while staff do so less, since the mandates have been lifted (If that's important to you) All in all, I think laseraway is a solid choice for any laser procedures, their business seems to be doing well, which is quite important if you have 10 sessions spread out over several years. I remember I almost signed up for Dr.Tattoff right before they shut down! So I'm happy to see LaserAway doing well. read more

Then they convinced me to try different treatment, which also produced no results. They are just trying to sell more of their products instead of admitting that their treatments don't work. I had my first tattoo removal session today. I'm so glad I went to Pasadena. The front desk was super helpful & informative about pricing for other services I was interested in. I got the numbing cream & 30mins later I was getting laser treatment. Tabatha was great. She was super fast. I had two tattoos treated. It hurts but it's not unbearable if you have a decent pain tolerance. Having Tabatha's kind encouragement along the way helped a lot. Just did my first treatment of tattoo removal with Kelly and it was great! She gave all the information beforehand. and also gave me an ice pack so it helps get numb on the area to remove the tattoos. Front of staff member was very welcoming and warm. While I waiting for my session, she helped me with the next appointment. During the procedure I was so scared of removing tattoo but Kelly brought me a stress relief ball, so I can hold on that while doing my treatment :) It was surprisingly fast with the treatment. This place is very clean, it has nice, professional receptionists and nurses working there. The treatment has been going pretty good (laser), still have a great deal of hair even after extended treatment, but we'll see how it goes. The concern that made me very upset the other day was that I had an appointment with them and I called two days before saying that my schedule is tight and I would probably be late. I asked to reschedule it, but I was told that the closes appointment would be in 4 weeks! So I asked them to keep the current one and told them I could be a few minutes late. At the day of my appointment I show up 3 minutes late (they have 5 min late policy, that they don't accept clients if they are more than 5 min late). The girl on the reception refused to let me in, even though I arrived within time frame allowed. Unfortunately, after taking a few hours off my work to get here, it is not acceptable;e for me to have this kind of treatment. One more lost client for you. read more

I don't know why I waited so long to get laser hair removal. If you are reading this and are considering doing it, DO IT NOW. There will never be the perfect time. Don't wait. Everyone in the Pasadena office is so polite, helpful and professional. The equipment used by the nurses is less painful than the dermatologist machines used on me almost 20 years ago. My favorite nurse is Darlene. She's so nice and non-judgmental. When I feel awkward she always assures me it's ok. That means a lot. Sakkara worked with me and helped me set up the best payment plan to fit my budget. I really appreciate that. The facility is always clean and very inviting so much so that I often arrive early to read a book. I would like to share they are 3 to 4 times overpriced. they don't quote you a price anywhere only through the phone. I tried a a Groupon deal for another clinic for a 1/4 of the price worked just as well. they informed on time of purchase bu by 6th visit my hair area. should be bare and they give you 2 extra visits just to make sure well it didn't work as well as they stated when they closed the contact with me. the staff is very lovely and courteous. most of the nurses are very good. please look and compare they are way overpriced. laser treatments are very competitive and many have the new machines as well as Laser Away. read more

I walked in with past trauma and avoided doing a laser treatment. I was insecure about my issue and was talking myself out posting but I thought it was the right thing to do. I signed up for a year worth of treatments and end up experiencing what I was afraid would happen. It was very inconsistent treatment and ended up getting burned one of my treatments. The nurse assisting had helped me before so she should of been informed with my chart. She ended up treating my neck and I stopped her!! She then reviewed my chart and apologized. I mentioned it burned and she said it would go away. It later turned into scars, which were absolutely embarrassing and I had to treat them myself. They made a report and nobody reached out and they never made an effort to fix the problem. They never treated the issue. I left unsatisfied. Finished what I paid for and never went back. I was hoping for a great experience to keep going and I would never go back or recommend this location. WORST NIGHTMARE! read more

BUYER BEWARE- This is a greedy company that does not care for your health! I have been using their services for almost 10 years. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars over the years for botox and facial treatments. My last treatment was in July 2023 and at that time the aesthetician noticed a lump on my throat. I received a cancer diagnosis in May 2024 and had surgery at that time. I am still using chemotherapy. Two weeks ago I went in to see if I could start up on my botox and facial treatment at that time I was charged over $4k dollars. In good faith, I went in for my first appointment and had a tele-conference with the nurse practitioner. During our discussion, I informed her about my medical history and current medications. She informed me that I cannot receive any treatments and did not approve any treatments. She had me call in the staff and informed the staff to refund my money. After the call, the staff member refused to issue a refund and asked for a doctor's note. If I would have known from the beginning that I was not a candidate, I would not have paid and gone in. Also the fact that the staff would not immediately refund my money after the professional NP told them is extremely upsetting. It makes me wonder if the staff ignores other things the medical professionals say. I have tried calling multiple phone numbers for this location and there are no email addresses for this company or location. read more

Warm & welcoming, professional & knowledgeable. I came here for my consultation (which I wasn't sure was online or in person), but I wanted to do it in person and they fit me right in! The sweet receptionist sent me back to meet with a nurse and we had a consultation about tattoo removal and Botox. She was very informative about both procedures. They were able to fit me in for Botox right then and there, and I made an appointment for tattoo removal. I'm not even two weeks in and already very pleased with my Botox results! I've had it done twice before (at other places), with almost twice the amount of units, and have never had results this good. Their prices are fair and they didn't try to sell me more than I needed.
