This place is legit! Starting with the consultation, Isabel was very professional, informative and helpful in explaining the process and getting my first appointment scheduled very quickly. Upon arrival, the ladies in reception were quite friendly and eager to assist me with scheduling subsequent appointments. Heather, my nurse, was fantastic. Very energetic, clearly very happy to be doing what she was doing...a testament to the way the company handles their operation and cares for their people. Julie is the nurse that has done my laser hair removal and she is everything you would hope a nurse would be! Very through and careful in her work and made me comfortable enough that I actually ADDED more areas of my body for treatment because I was too shy and embarrassed to treat them initially! Customer service is top scale. I ran 12m late for my first Cool Scuplting session. Contract rules, a person has 5m grace period only. However, they still graciously accepted me and was willing to do whatever to assure, I'm a happy customer. The nurse Julie, gave me such a personalized experienced despite my tardiness. Spend your money elsewhere. I thought my experience was going really well, the staff is always super friendly, although they do give you a sales pitch every appointment. I scheduled my final session, or at least they told me it would be my final session (out of 10 sessions over the course of 2 years). I got a random call from them, which started off as another sales pitch, but turned into them informing me that they didn't realize I was out of sessions before scheduling my final and upcoming appointment. I would have to pay for even more sessions in order to remove the last little bit of my tattoo. I didn't think it was fair to schedule my appointment and tell me it was my final one, just to back pedal and tell me I would have to cough up more $. The negligence caught me off guard. I am not satisfied with my results. Maybe if I had my final appointment I would be happier with the results, but I'm not paying for a session that they previously told me was included with what I paid for. EDIT: A representative took the time to reply to my review and claimed that a customer service rep reached out to me, which is not true. Laser away seems more concerned with their image than actual customer satisfaction. read more
