I love this place! They have very nice and very professional receptionists and nurses! As an older lady I started getting hair on my chin and jawline and it really bummed me out and made me self-conscious. Now I'm really happy with my chin and jawline! Kimberly at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable. I had my doubts about getting my mother a botox package but she was very helpful and explained all the pros and cons about this procedure. Very very disappointed. I did 8-9 laser treatment for my face, lower body and underarms. Even after 8-9 treatments, my hair started growing back more than what I had before I started doing treatments. I jight it don't recommend it. I went for assessment and they took pics and gave me 1 complimentary treatment was told, nothing else could be done basically. I spent almost 6-7 thousand dollors for my treatment FYI. Not worth it. Very upset with Results from what I was told to do what I have Don't waste your money for laser Treatment. It doesn't work. read more

Went in to get my lips filled with Juvaderm, Cam at the front desk was very sweet and checked in on my to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She was very attentive and really cared that I felt good and secure. My nurse Kaemarie was an angel, I told her that I am working through a needle phobia and that I was experiencing some anxiety-- she offered me a stress ball (which was super helpful) and listened when I asked her to not show me the syringe. I also asked her to talk me through the process as it would be helpful in easing my nerves. She had a very calm and safe demeanor and let me know exactly what she was doing and counted down every time she was going to insert the needle which was helpful to my breathing technique to stay calm. She was very patient with me and made me feel like I could trust her. I left with a little left in my syringe & think I will use the full syringe next time to get the affect I want.
