I've been a fan of Laseraway for years now. Having different locations to go to makes it so convenient! You can rely on same good service at all of them. Used a few different locations and have found the best I'm sure! #laserawayConcord is always quick to book, great location/parking, and super rockstar staff. Never hard up-sales or pressure but always great advice. I'm so excited to begin a new treatment regimen with #clear&brillant and will keep referring people for injectables! You guys are definitely doing it right, keep up the sharp work read more

I spent an excessive amount of money considering the results I obtained. My chin is left abnormally spotty with facial hair. I probably had close to a year in appointments and STILL did not achieve satisfactory results. And since then, it has been growing back all over again. But the worst thing about their service is how they handled it when they offered me a possible free touch up and said they would get in touch with me by e-mail, as I had not got the results we were going for after my package had been completed. I greatly appreciated this, and never imagined they'd ignore me. But that's what they did. And never ever got back to me. Now I'm in the exact circumstance I was in when I arrived. So, given that I didn't even get the desired results here, I may have found better elsewhere. read more

Went in to get my lips filled with Juvaderm, Cam at the front desk was very sweet and checked in on my to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She was very attentive and really cared that I felt good and secure. My nurse Kaemarie was an angel, I told her that I am working through a needle phobia and that I was experiencing some anxiety-- she offered me a stress ball (which was super helpful) and listened when I asked her to not show me the syringe. I also asked her to talk me through the process as it would be helpful in easing my nerves. She had a very calm and safe demeanor and let me know exactly what she was doing and counted down every time she was going to insert the needle which was helpful to my breathing technique to stay calm. She was very patient with me and made me feel like I could trust her. I left with a little left in my syringe & think I will use the full syringe next time to get the affect I want. Overall a very great experience, and I'm super happy with my results. Thank you Cam and Nurse Kaemarie!! read more

Ariel is literally the best nurse at laser away. She's so thorough with my treatments and has great people skills. The entire front desk is always so helpful. Anastasia and Jazmine are definitely my favorite 2. The whole staff truly cares about how progress is going. I do recommend going every 8 weeks instead of 6 though so the nurses can see everything that's there. read more

Do not get Cool Sculpting. Way overpriced and not much results. It's definitely not worth it.

Stephanie is a great nurse. Very good bedside manners and listens to the client. Super happy with her service.

I have 3 services I am completing at Laser Away. I've been in 4-5 times and every single time, I am greeted with a smile and the front desk is always attentive. I've also seen 3 different RNs for my services and again...stellar treatment. My results have also been amazing, I am genuinely surprised that the hair does NOT grow back. It's incredible. I have been going to laser away for a while now and I am a loyal customer. They have given me excellent customer service.

I love this place! They have very nice and very professional receptionists and nurses! As an older lady I started getting hair on my chin and jawline and it really bummed me out and made me self-conscious. Now I'm really happy with my chin and jawline! No more frequent shaving after 4 treatments! There will be a total of 12 but so worth it! read more

Kimberly at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable. I had my doubts about getting my mother a botox package but she was very helpful and explained all the pros and cons about this procedure. I've had recurring issues with this place not having the stuff I need to do the treatment so I wasted my gas multiple times. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Very very disappointed. I did 8-9 laser treatment for my face, lower body and underarms. Even after 8-9 treatments, my hair started growing back more than what I had before I started doing treatments. I jight it don't recommend it. I went for assessment and they took pics and gave me 1 complimentary treatment was told, nothing else could be done basically. I spent almost 6-7 thousand dollors for my treatment FYI. Not worth it. Very upset with Results from what I was told to do what I have Don't waste your money for laser Treatment. It doesn't work. read more
