Highly recommend this location! Went in 2 weeks ago for Xeomin injections for my forehead for the first time. From the beginning, the process was super easy. Virtual consulting is done over video prior to your appt. I believe due to Covid but the process was very efficient. During my appt my nurse, Shannon was great! She was patient, answered all of my questions & was very helpful in making me feel comfortable. Fast forward to today, loving my results so far but still decided to come in for a touch up. This time my nurse was Kaemarie, she was very sweet & took her time to make sure I was loving my results. I've had the pleasure to meet Cameron, Aliyah, & Anastasia, the receptionists. This was my third session for laser hair removal, and the hair remover technician was named Melissa. She was friendly, cautious, and thorough. The last visit the session took 30 minutes for underarms, face, chin, legs, and Brazilian. I actually left thinking that some spots may have been missed. Not this time !!! Due to CoviD restrictions, appointment demand, and my schedule it's been extremely difficult to schedule my sessions. Got in 15 minutes early just to wait 45 minutes over for my appointment and never even receive service! I was told I am unable to receive hair removal to area around my lip due to lip blushing (never told that by the person I bought my package from). That part was not this facilities fault.. however, when you see an upset customer, you should try to compensate services. I was the one asking them what I could get done in exchange. I didn't get any clear answer or resolution. I kept telling them that I still want partial face done and it seemed like the nurse was annoyed. They finally said ok we can do some of your face and underarms today and the coordinator left the room and said the nurse will come in. Never came back in. I had to open my door ask another tech about her whereabouts. Finally, I was just over it and decided to leave. I told the receptionist what happened, I know the nurse and coordinator were listening but no one came out to address my concerns. Not good customer service. I drove 30 minutes out, had to get a babysitter just for that. read more
