Had a great experience at this newly opened location a couple of weeks ago. Everything was very clean, felt safe, and everyone was professional. The nurse I saw for laser hair removal was fantastic, I think her name was Marilyn, but I believe she normally works at a different location. Bummer, because I would request her every time! I just got off the phone with Alejandra, who was also great, very sweet and patient with me in scheduling my next treatment. I'm happy this new location has opened and definitely recommend it. read more

I have had a great experience at Laser Away. Everyone is very accommodating and always answers my questions. I have never had to wait and they are always on time. I've been going there for over a year. Melissa addressed my concerns with care and compassion. I only hope the tattoo removal process works. read more

Since my first call to get more information Halle has been super knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Then the following day I went in to set up my account and they were able to schedule my first session on the same day. Endia and Erica were also so awesome. Not only did they give me additional information but they also told me about their own personal experiences. Lamai was my nurse for my first session. She definitely made sure I felt comfortable and took really good care of me. Everyone from beginning to end were all so helpful and inviting. read more

Went in for laser hair removal on my face. One of my biggest insecurities due to my PCOS making my hair thicker. Two sessions in and I already see a big difference. Also both Cam and Aliyah are the biggest help. Whenever there is a promotion going on about something I've been interested on they let me know right away. Always answering questions and seriously the sweetest. read more

Got in 15 minutes early just to wait 45 minutes over for my appointment and never even receive service! I was told I am unable to receive hair removal to area around my lip due to lip blushing (never told that by the person I bought my package from). That part was not this facilities fault.. however, when you see an upset customer, you should try to compensate services. I was the one asking them what I could get done in exchange. I didn't get any clear answer or resolution. I kept telling them that I still want partial face done and it seemed like the nurse was annoyed. They finally said ok we can do some of your face and underarms today and the coordinator left the room and said the nurse will come in. Never came back in. I had to open my door ask another tech about her whereabouts. Finally, I was just over it and decided to leave. I told the receptionist what happened, I know the nurse and coordinator were listening but no one came out to address my concerns. Not good customer service. I drove 30 minutes out, had to get a babysitter just for that. read more

I've been going through hair removal treatment for quite some time now, and I already recommended LaserAway to many many friends and colleagues but yesterday I had a particularly exceptional experience with Kim. She was very attentive and patient and offered many solutions to me as I am very sensitive to the laser on parts of my legs. She offered me a stress ball, spoke through everything she did, and asked how I was doing through the whole process making me feel a lot better. She was also very easy to speak to making me feel more comfortable overall. Thank you to Kim. read more

The staff are very nice and efficient. Very easy to make an appointment and get services done!

The LaserAway staff are always so friendly as soon as you walk through the door. While getting my procedures done, whichever nurse I have makes sure I am comfortable throughout the entire process. And the results are always amazing! Highly recommend! read more

Steffani is the best! She asked me which areas concerned me the most and made sure to target those areas so I can have the best results. She answered all my questions and was so patient with me. She makes sure to ask if I have any questions for her before my appointment is over. She took time to work on my face and really cares for the patients. I will make sure to request her for every appointment. Also, the front desk ladies are all welcoming and very sweet. Thanks to Steffani my skin looks better! read more

I have to commend Anastasia the receptionist for her professionalism and her incredible customer service. I had an appointment for cool sculpting with 6 applicators. However, the nurse on the day of my appointment had an emergency and could not make it in. I was sad. However, Anastasia went above and beyond to make my appointment happen. Anastasia is amazing. Just to add, it was my first time at laser away in Concord. The vibe at the place was very positive. Made my cool sculpting appointment fun. I paid for two appointments and I am looking forward to my second. Kim was my nurse and she was very attentive shout out to her. read more

Update: It took me almost 10 months to get a real response to this issue. I used to really like and recommend Laseraway, but their customer service is very poor and their business practices are shady. I originally had concerns about my coolsculpting experience in May. They closed the customer service complaint without speaking to me. They reached out to me after this review and created another service complaint. I finally got in touch with Brian Dickerson, a customer service rep. We e-mailed back and forth for a while, and on Oct 31st he said "Just wanted to let you know, I'm looking into the situation at the clinic." And that was the last thing I heard from him. I sent 3 follow up emails just asking for updates and he completely ghosted me. On February 21st, I went in for an appt and spoke again about my concerns. The front desk person texted customer service and said Brian would reach out to me the next day. I called back to the clinic on 2/23 and they gave me a number to call that went straight to voicemail. On 2/25, I called the clinic again and they reached out to Brian personally. I finally got a call back from him and he said there was nothing he could do for me. I was assured when I bought the coolsculpting package that based on my assessment I would only need one round, later on I found out that was a sales tactic and most people require more rounds. When I went in for treatment, the concord office had just opened and nothing was set up. The normal cushions and bands that they use to keep applicators in place hadn't come into the office yet, they didn't have a scale (turns out the RN just wrote down a guess), and the entire time she struggled to get the applicators to stay in place and expressed concern about them detaching multiple times. Every person I spoke to (front desk and the rn who did my after treatment assessment) said the treatment clearly didn't have the expected results (any) and the treatment was unprofessional and poorly done. All Brian did after ghosting me for months and saying there was nothing he could do about my experience was offer two free laser hair removal treatments, which wasn't even what I was having an issue with. This was in exchange for signing a form releasing them from any claims or liability regarding my situation. It makes me sad, but Laseraway clearly only cares about selling you these packages and making as much money as possible, not your results or experience. There are many other clinics in the area that do coolsculpting/Botox/laser hair removal for similar or better prices! Don't be like me, please shop around and don't choose what seems like the easiest option! read more

From my first phone consultation...to the distressed phone call from the parking lot when I was unable to locate the establishment... to my session with the nurse... to booking my next appointment at the front desk, this entire staff has been exceptional! It was my first time receiving any type of treatment here and they provided such excellent service that they've gained a new, loyal customer for years to come. Everything about my treatment was explained in great detail before beginning and I was asked if I needed breaks throughout the service. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and I would 100% recommend Laser Away to anyone looking for any of the services they provide! I am a very happy customer. :) read more

Rip Off. Scam. Yes, your hair may temporarily grow in less than typical but overall it's a TOTAL scam. I've contacted their office several times to complain about spending $2k for virtually nothing and they don't even have the decency to reply. The only advice the receptionist has is to buy more packages, um no. Terrible experience. Go to a real dr office and skip this nonsense. They don't care about their clients. read more

Absolutely in love with Concord LaserAway. So happy from the amazing staff when I walk in the door to my nurse Ariel. She is hands down the best, I won't go to anyone else. Outstanding experience, service, and location!!! Anastasia was such a help and comfort explaining all the odds and ends of the laser hair removal process. She was so knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. Her product knowledge and genuine kindness put me at ease, and let me know this was the place for me! Ariel was the nurse who administered my treatment, and she was phenomenal as well. She made sure to go at a pace I felt comfortable with and gave me breaks as needed, although to be honest, it really wasn't that bad at all! I can't believe I didn't do this sooner, and I'm so glad to be doing it now :)) Excellent experience and highly recommend overall . read more
