Stefanni was amazing! She was gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process! Also, I love her bubbly personality!

Ariel was the nurse who worked on me during as couple of my appointments and she is super nice and was constantly asking me if I was okay or feeling uncomfortable. Love the staff and this place overall! read more

I just had my first clear and brilliant laser facial. I am a 40yr old female who works as a nurse wearing a mask 24/7. I was in need of healing my skins from mask break out, helping my dull skin that is starting to get fine lines. After the 1st treatment my skin is softer, my pores are tiny making my skin texture look flawless, the fine lines have already decreased and the discoloration from my break outs have faded. I can't wait to see the end result after 5 more treatments. I highly recommend this procedure and Laseraway, they were very professional and helpful. read more

The staff at Concord LaserAway was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, and was able to explain the process to me when I didn't understand. I would definitely recommend LaserAway to anybody who might want to get Botox/fillers ECT..... done. read more

An excellent service I have every time I go to Laser Away, they are really the best, I do the clear and brilliant and I love it , it help me tons on my acne scars, I recommend this business 100% read more

I have had laser hair removal before and loved the results. However, this time was not good at this new location. This treatment did not result in any hair removal. I have nothing but stubble as if I just shaved. I have had great treatments before from laseraway and city laser, so I know that this one was very different. Maybe their machine is broken or the staff didn't take their time. I called the location and they said that there is nothing that they can. I don't recommend this location right now. read more

My friend recommended me LaserAway and since then, I've been coming here for my botox. Their clear and brilliant is amazing as well. They always have good deals that you can avail. and their staff are always available to help. read more

The staff at Concord LaserAway are amazing! I was greeted right away when I walked in. The place was cute & very clean. My first service I got was Botox. I was nervous but Melissa made me feel super comfortable. She answered all my questions & was very patient with me the whole time. I was very satisfied with my service & my results were amazing! Definitely will make all my appointments at this location. read more

The staff is amazing! They make you feel at ease and very comfortable. Like you're family. They also provide awesome services! I was so nervous about getting my Botox and they put my mind to rest. Answered all questions and assured me that I was going to love it all without being pushy! Well they were right! Thank you all for charming and warm personalities! read more

I'm on session 6 out of 8 and I'm so happy with my results already! I can't wait until next summer when I don't have to shave! Kaemarie is so excellent at talking to me and distracting me it goes so fast the appointment is over in a blink! The girls are so kind about offering breaks if needed and checking in the whole time. I'm very happy with my decision to use laser away! read more

This place is a joke. First and foremost they are very unprofessional and don't know how to talk and deal with customers. The nurse by the name Melissa is trash. She is very over zealous and doesn't know what's she's doing. They wasted my time and I will take my business elsewhere. I highly don't recommend them. Take your money to a better place.... read more

I definitely would not recommend the Concord location. I normally get treated in Walnut Creek, but decided to try Concord, and I was not impressed even a little. The nurse who did my clear+brilliant was a rotating nurse, so she just fills in apparently. Not sure how much training was received but she disappointed from the get go. She refused to do the treatment I asked for and proceeded to tell me how my face would be "ruined" if I did it, even though I had already had it done in December. Then once she started doing the treatment prévia I believe it what she called it, the wand kept going in and out of working. Finally she replaced the tip and continued focus on the right side of my face, not actually redoing the left side that barely got touched. Maybe it was an off day for them who knows. I did contact corporate and they justified all her actions telling me that it was my skins fault that the wand didn't work. Anyway I'll be back in Walnut Creek to complete my c+b purchases, but overall I'm not a fan anymore. My business is going elsewhere. At the very least they should have comped my session but instead they blamed me for their issues. Also would like to note the texture of my skin is almost the same as it was before c+b so the sand paper feeling that is SUPPOSED to take place isn't there. Again they said it is my skins fault. Lol I will never put my hard working dollars in laseraway's pocket ever again. read more

I had my lips done for the first time ever with Brittany and she made me feel comfortable during the service. I would recommend to go see her! read more

Although I am long-time LA customer, yesterday was my first visit to the Concord location. The appt was great from start to finish. I was greeted by Dija (?)...she was really nice and assisted with questions I had about my account and possible future treatments. My nurse Ariel was great, she treated my underarms, but was also engaging and really personable. She made an otherwise monotonous laser appt enjoyable! read more

These ladies were all so nice!! Erica was so helpful on the phone and she was super knowledgeable and kind and it made for a great experience for a first-time client! Oh and Ariel the nurse was so awesome, she was super considerate of the fact that it was my first time with neuromodulators (not sure if I spelled that right lol) and it was great having somebody so knowledgeable and responsible guiding me through the process! The blonde girl at the desk was super sweet too but I didn't catch her name! Anyway thank you all again so much for everything! I really, really appreciate all the kindness. read more

I had a 530pm appointment. They took me back at 529 and I was done with laser removal for both tattoos by 545. The nurse was kind, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. The receptionists were also very nice and welcoming. Sad that I live so far from concord or I'd schedule my other appointments here too. Definitely recommend! read more

I have not experienced any burns, in-grown hair, or any other side effects from the laser treatments. Also their new Concord location has amazing staff and great schedule flexibility. Ariel is the nurse that has been helping me and she is so professional and definitely goes above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable and am not in pain. read more

I can't begin to tell you how worth every penny this place is! From the beginning, when Amy Pimental signed me up, this process has been so easy. Amy was extremely helpful and so nice through the whole process. She took her time to walk me through everything as I had a lot of questions. She reassured me that I would love the results, and I couldn't agree more! The results thus far have been amazing. I definitely recommend Laser Away and if you can when signing up, ask for Amy Pimental, she's amazing and will definitely take care of you! read more

Best Laser Away location I've been to. The staff were knowledgeable and professional yet very warm and friendly. The other location I've been going to is the Los Gatos/San Jose location and I found them to be a little less confident in what they were doing and also little bit pretentious/not as welcoming. Special thank you to Nicole, my LaserAway nurse, for being so wonderful and good at her job!! read more
