I had regrowth so I scheduled a visit in the WC location due to relocating here. Location is nice however the entrance to the office is very dark. The receptionist was nice however here are my pros and cons. Cons: I didn't find my visit very welcoming The laser process seemed very fast only individually targeted and not in a straight row as I'm used to. Seems like you can miss areas if you are not consistently lasering the whole area. There were no discussions just sit here and put on the glasses. I felt PA could have asked my input. She was not friendly at all. Before they would shave me first not here. Now I have these burned hairs attached to the face and I'm wondering are they supposed to fall off? When I explained to the PA in the past they would treat more areas she kept saying this is why as a courtesy I lasered a couple areas. She must of said that at least five times as a courtesy for you. This is not how you talk to customers. I wasn't too happy with how quick my area was treated considering how much money I paid.
