She was so kind and listened intently to me during our appointment. She showed me exactly what she was planning to do, and we reviewed/discussed after each treatment. Her competence, professionalism, and sheer enthusiasm for the work she does is the most comforting feeling for a patient. After dreaming and fantasizing about improvements I've wanted to make to myself, to have Steffani make them a reality was tremendous. She provided my consultation - spent so much time reviewing carrots services and products to ensure my custom package was exactly what I wanted. 10/10 recommend! I come to get my laser hair removal and botox done here. This was my first time at the Concord location and it's now my favorite! I was greeted by such friendly girls in the front (Erica & Jazmin I believe)... they gave me a tour of the clinic & offered me coffee while I waited for my nurse. They always have the best promos going on. Melissa was my nurse when I came in and she did such a thorough job, I was super impressed. I'm already noticing a lot of hair reduction (I've only done 3 sessions so far). If your thinking about doing laser hair removal, definitely come here. I was looking for a good facial regimen and a little help with my love handles. I've tried many different products but as a man, I really had no idea what would be good and why and what works. All of the what's, why's and how's were explained to me and answered by Miss Erica. she was superb to say the least and I myself is in sales and so I truly appreciated her sincerity and passion about the product that she was recommending. My Experience I spent over $2,800 here based on promises that my dark spots would be removed. After 8 painful sessions, the spots are still there, and I honestly feel that the results did not come close to matching what I was promised. Overall, most of the staff were nice and professional. Yessi, in particular, was very kind and professional. Unfortunately they have different people over and over I also had a negative experience with Kimberly. She refused to give me her name, but I remember it from when she greeted me. Do yourself a favor and think twice before going here--especially if you're considering treatment for dark spots. Today I went in for my first appointment ever and I couldn't be happier with my experience and results! Erica the clinic director is an absolute dream. She helped by talking me through everything and made me so much more comfortable with the process! She also made scheduling an appointment that worked with my schedule so easy and stress free! When I stared my laser treatment I was very skeptical and I quibble over the price. I wasn't sure if it will work or not but after 5th treatment my facial hair started reducing and the growth speed was very low. I used to go to the Walnut Creek location but it was too far, I was excited when the concord location opened and I was eager to try out with hopes of same quality service. I never regret the decision of laser treatment or changing location. It's the same quality service, my nurse was very patient and paid attention to every details and was also able to advise me. This review is well overdue, but I just wanted to give a big shout to Hallie at the front desk and nurses for taking care of me. Hallie is sweet and knowledgeable. Clean facility and skilled nurses When I called to get pricing for thermage, Hallie was able to answer all my questions and was kind enough to schedule me a tour of the entire facility. Her and the nurse recommended that I started off with some Botox for immediate results and thermage for overall facial skin tightening. I was able to get in same day too! I had a very disappointing experience. I've been getting Botox for over 15 years and asked about under-eye treatment. I was told they don't do it at all, even though many other clinics do. I was charged $3,000 for a package over the phone and only found out later that they couldn't perform what I wanted. The nurse didn't suggest any alternatives and just kept saying what they couldn't do. When I asked for my money back, I was told to contact people online. This wasn't about the money -- I simply didn't feel safe trusting my face to someone so unprofessional. I would not return. read more

I got my first ever treatment of Botox today and I was extremely nervous. I'm a 27yo male and just the thought of a needle going in my face was a bit terrifying but nurse Ariel was super sweet and very gentle with me! It was a quick but thorough process. The girls in the front were awesome as well! At the front desk were Erica and Angel they were super friendly and offered a warm welcome. The staff at the Concord location are extremely inviting when you walk in. They are very accommodating and encouraging when asking if you have questions regarding your treatment.
