This was my first time getting laser after years of waxing so I was entirely clueless on how it worked and Maya (the receptionist) walked me through the entire process, pre and post care instructions and even shared her own experiences with me to give me more insight on what kind of results I might be getting. Everyone is so nice at this location and extremely patient with all the questions and concerns you have. My nurse was amazing and she talked me through the process as it was happening and offered to take breaks in between. The office and procedure rooms are so clean and take COVID-19 precautions very seriously. Plus I take back the customer service complaint because they gave me minimal instructions about caring for my skin and was forced to reschedule because I was in the sun 13 days before my appointment. I was never told you can't be in the sun like I was on hicks before my first appointment because they didn't say anything. So now bad customer service too. read more

Not worth it at all!! I went there for a consultation and talked to a girl for like an hour and a half. When I realized how expensive it is. I only stayed because I felt like I had to. I didn't get the gift bag they said I would get( although the bags were in the room with us ) I also think it is ridiculous you can't pay per session. And apparently you do not get a free test session ( you get one in other places FYI ) Do not go there and find another spot for hair removal read more

Terrible! Terrible! experience!!! I came in for an consultation for laser hair removal to see how much it would cost. I interacted with an employee named Kristie. As we were discussing the price, I wasn't pleased with the total amount. Once Kristin realized that I was no longer interested, she became dismissive and had an major attitude. It was SUPER AWKWARD being in the room with her. Online, it said the consultation comes with a free gift, but of course I didn't receive the gift. I got my lips done here yesterday with Nurse Jane, she was so sweet and accommodating! I ended up being 15 minutes late because brooklyn traffic is a nightmare, but they were still able to take me, I just didn't get to numb for as long. I have a small scar on my lip and when Jane saw it she actually went and asked her higher-ups/coworkers because she wasn't sure if she could fill it, and I absolutely appreciate that she went and asked instead of just filling it without knowing if it would take properly. Post procedure I did end up feeling a little bit faint in the waiting room, but the receptionist Tracy was so helpful in making sure that I was feeling ok before I left. First of all, let me express how glad I am that after 3 months of being hairy in quarantine I was finally able to get laser hair removal I felt very comfortable knowing all of the safety precautions that were being taken at this location. Upon arrival I was greeted with hand sanitizer and a fever scan. Sharon at the front desk was WONDERFUL! She explained the precautions laser away is taking and made me feel very comfortable in the space. She is friendly, thoughtful, and intelligent. We had a great conversation as I was waiting to be seen, as the first person you see as you arrive and the last you see before you go, she is exactly the kind of person that will make any customer want to come back! I also had a great treatment with Nazeli! She too was very friendly. Having laser hair removal, or any treatment that involves someone being in your personal space can be awkward but Naz kept me feeling very comfortable! I scheduled an initial consultation via telephone as required. The representative informed me to take pictures of myself and email them to her for the nurse to review and I will get a call back in a few minutes. It's been 2 weeks, still no call. Might has well been a cruel prank or a very creepy one. Now I do not know what they are doing with the pictures or if I am being neglected because I am Black. I've been thinking about laser for sometime now, finally I just got on the phone and decided to make a call to the one nearest me and I am so glad I did. I spoke with Jess over the phone and from hello it was a very welcoming and informative introduction to what the next few months of my laser journey will be like. She explained the process very well and even helped me with my financial options at which I wasn't even sure how much or how I would pay for these sessions. I've had one session on my bikini and under arms and while one is hard to see results I know it's one of the best decisions I've made for myself regarding my body. The process was simple and easy...shave day or go in get zapped (it doesn't hurt and I have a low tolerance for pain, can't even handle my menstrual cycles) and wallah you are done just a few more zaps away from being hair free....
