I finished my 8 laser treatments over a month ago and my Hair is still growing back. I did my legs, arms, underarms and bikini area. They charge you SO much money. I kept telling the technicians I am still getting hair and they kept saying just a couple more treatments that will be $500 more. I'm so unsatisfied with my results. You pay so much money and expect the hair to be almost completely gone. My hair is thinner but still coming back full. I am still needing to shave every 1-2 times a month. A waste of a couple $1,000. I don't not recommend going to laser away. I'm going to be telling my friends and family do not waste your money here. read more

If your a returning caller their level of service drops severely and your wait time is about 10-20 minutes. As a new caller they pick up right away. The sales girls are extremely pushy and don't provide any real answers, and the consultation with the provider is extremely short and no real results are guaranteed. There are also a lot of limitations for people who would actually see any laser hair removal results but they dont disclose that to you. It feels like they don't care about the client, they care about the sale. They say they have special laser treatment sales that end "the same day" but its actually pretty on going. This feels a bit like you're being conned and pressured to agree and commit to a payment and they don't even let you know that once you make a package purchase/payment there are no refunds. You only have a 24 hour period to cancel as well but they never pick up! Their level of service is so discouraging. After multiple calls for help and going straight to voice mail. Someone from a general customer inquiry finally let me know that since I didn't receive/utilize any laser services in my package I would qualify for a refund. They just needed the manager to approve the action. I was told I would be contacted within 3 days if not same day. I waited a week but I was no one ever called or emailed. Therefore I looked for other alternatives since I was not being helped. In short if you don't want to feel pressured committing to a purchase you would like to learn more about, I would do a thorough look through of their contracts, websites, and the services themselves before committing. read more

This is not about the manager. He tried to make up for his employee's multiple mistakes, but he just needs better staff. From the very first day, there were a lot of scheduling mistakes, which is a waste of time. Then I kept getting mixed answers about how often the treatments should be. At first, it was 4 weeks, then I was told it was every 5 weeks and last time (6/22/25) the manager said it was every 6 weeks. I questioned it and he said 5 weeks if that's what I wanted. Also that day, once I had already removed my clothes, the nurse walks in with another lady saying that she would be shadowing her and if that was ok. I would have appreciated it if they told me ahead of time. Today, I went in, like every other time, I lay there and it was unusually painful. Other nurses usually say they will lower the intensity if it's too much but this time, this nurse didn't offer to do that. She didn't even turn the machine off and kept talking over it. I told her, "You're not making me feel very comfortable because I keep telling you how I feel and you just argue instead of helping." This nurse was just completely different from the others. I asked her to turn off the machine and she asked if I wanted her to stop treatment. I said yes and she just walked out. I waited in the room and no one went to talk to me. I decided to get dressed and when I talked to the manager, he says I need to go to another place because (of all a sudden) he says I have made the nurses cry when I don't even talk to them. For every appointment, I have gone into the room, laid down, gotten the treatment and left. NO complains from anybody and now all of a sudden, the manager comes up with I made 3 nurses cry. How can I make nurses cry if I don't talk to them. You need better staff and to believe your customers. read more

Overpriced I purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal 6 sessions for $82 - small area for my underarm I was told that the underarm area was not considered a small area, but a medium area. When I asked for clarification, the worker said that the "small area" would be the eye brows and upper lip. The worker told me that I would be able to use my Groupon credit to purchase the medium area. I sat with her for about 15 minutes to discuss how much it was going to cost. The worker said normally one session would cost $199. The worker then went to say that it would take 8 sessions for the hair to be completely removed. Total cost: $1592 for 8 sessions Wait... it gets better!! The worker said I was getting a good deal. $835.80 Whattttt in the world? How did it go from $82 to $835.80?! I felt like I was bamboozled. I felt so cheated. I left the store and contacted Groupon immediately got a full refund. Laser Away was featured on keeping up with the kardashians so maybe that's why it is so pricey! read more

I had bad experience after i bought packages from here. I had my appointment for Thermage 2 months ago, first appointment on December 1st was canceled for no reason, only when i called in and they told me it was canceled. Second appointment was on December 13th, on the same day they called me saying machine shut down and i cannot so my treatment. I had to book again on December 15th at 4:30pm at anaheim Hills location. However, the office called me at 3:45pm and told me the nurse was sick and went back home early. Now i am going to make my 4th time appointment which is making me so mad, and i have to call Brea office for appointment but front desk said busy and will call me back but i never have any call back even i try call again and again but no one can take care of my appointment. All of these together made me so confused that if they are able to do this Thermage treatment or not. If LaserAway cannot do this then they should not ask customer to buy this package. I don't wanna spend money for nothing. More importantly, my plans kept changing because of my appointment cancelation which caused me so much inconvenience. Also, for LaserAway policy they charge when customer no show for appointment then how about the customer's appointments were continuously canceled 4 times? Diana has been keeping up with my lips for a little over year now (4-5 sessions, including touch-ups). And WOW-- I am obsessed. Diana is AMAZING, she really understands what I want (symmetry, a rounder shape, more volume, natural) & I genuinely trust her opinion. She is always conscious / receptive during our sessions (advises when to stop filling but seeks my opinion). I can get filler crazy so her guidance is really valuable to me. I genuinely look forward to chatting with her! My lips were not super thin to begin with so I've been able to get a take a full syringe (1 mL) with no problem. She took what I said into consideration & gave me an ice pack to ice the treatment areas before starting to numb it a bit.
