I don't remember how many sessions it took, probably six or more. I needed lidocaine shots I think to help manage the pain of the first few sessions. Fast forward to recent visit, my opinion of them has changed. Due to their lack of professionalism and hostility, I have to give them one star. I wish they had canceled my appointment if they were in that bad of a mood, or at least reschedule me. This was NOT how I wanted to start the new year. While they…read moreoffer an array of packages the actual visit to the locations is far from a spa like experience I'm used to. Some locations have music playing loudly and I don't think "Jay-Z" enhances my experience. The treatments are thorough but do not expect aromatherapy scents and candle lit rooms. There are harsh bright lights which I'm sure is necessary, a cold aesthetic room (and I mean it's cold in the room) and a stern nurse who will explain what they plan on doing, execute the procedure and bid you adieux. And I've yet to find a location with accessible parking. My skin looks and feels fabulous and it's definitely worth sticking with the process but don't look for a warm and fuzzy spa like experience at LaserAway.

I'm disappointed to have to update my review but my recent experience make it necessary. I went…read moreback to Embassy Tattoo for another piercing (a conch) and had no issues. I asked a question about my original cartilage piercing and I was told that the piercer used a barbell that was too short and there was no way for the piercing to swell and heal properly. My earring was changed but I was charged for a new earring, even though they used the wrong one in the first place. A few weeks later I was cleaning the conch piercing and the earring fell out, and because it was a small earring that screwed into the back, it was not easy to put back in myself or with my husband's help. I called Embassy Tattoo to ask if they could put my earring back in for me, and they said they weren't taking jewelry changes that day because they were running a special for only new piercings. When I said it wasn't a new piercing, it was a 3 week old piercing that fell out, they told me it didn't matter and to stop by the next day. I definitely wasn't waiting a day to put a new piercing back into my ear when it was throbbing, swelling, and would definitely close by then. I went to another tattoo shop nearby who, after saying a new piercing should not have been a screw-in earring, changed the earring for one that snapped in. They also took a look at the new piercing and the original cartilage I got at Embassy Tattoo and said both were pierced on an angle which makes it harder to heal (as I've been experiencing over these last few months). While the staff at Embassy Tattoo are great, I don't see myself going back to after this.

They also get booked very quickly so make sure to book way in advance. Prices are affordable in my opinion.
