    Lasani Lamb Chop
    Yierou M.

Wanted to try a new place and since this was on my way home and hubby wanted lamb chops. They have two different lamp chops dishes so I ordered both...lasani lamb chops which is the tandoori grilled version and masala lamb chops is the spicy saucy version. Even though we can see the chops were seasoned and marinated, they were not as flavorful as we expected. They were decent. The masala lamb chops were great though. The spicy sauce over the rice was a great combination. The only issues were the communication when I called in the order. It was very hard understanding. And the fact that I had to request a side besides the rice. It seemed that rice was the only side that came with it unless you ask. The place was pretty empty when I picked up our order.

Lasani Kabob is a good Pakistani restaurant. Their evening buffet has good chicken and liver options, but that was it for meat on the buffet. Their rice was very good and a strong recommendation for as part of any plate selection. Service was by one gal who seated, served and brought you the check. She did a good job, but could get behind if the restaurant was busy. Prices are very reasonable. Limited drink options in my opinion. I'll go back, especially for the rice and take my chance of the meat option for the day. Lasani Kabob is a recommend.

14$ for a nice close buffet. The food was alright some stuff i didint like was the foods that looked like a puree. It was greasy and sloppy but never ate any indian food so might be me. Their butter chicken was made with chicken thighs and was pretty nice. desert was a fried like churro and another one was a pudding with spices and they were both addicting. They give you a fresh naan bread and it was really good. Honesly they had way yoo many carb side options and barley any protien options. They only have a small red chicken leg (pictured in my photos) and the butter chicken which was pretty good. Wish they had like a lamb gyro or some beef anything lol. Chickpeas were tasty and they also have 2 types of sauces that carried the meal. The salad balanced it out and they give you fresh cold water. Honestly for 14$ and no time limit it was great. Would come here again. In a short summary, when there's nothing in the fridge, I'll just come here

Hands down one of the best restaurants I've been to. Not only is it a magnificent Pakistani restaurant, but it's one of the best restaurants in the DMV area period. I went there, for Iftar and so they had a buffet out during that time, and let me tell you everything tasted amazing. The service there was also great. I remember my father would order food from them every other day to bring home for dinner. And I was always hyped for it. Great price, amazing service, and especially very tasty food.

This place is really fabulous! The location is awesome but parking may not be available in the front of the restaurant but lots in the back. They have all you can eat buffet and many Pakistani dishes are available. Such as Nahari,Paaya,Chickrn briyani, lentils, chick peas and Pakistani sweets. The prices are reasonable and it's a clean and neat restaurant. It's family and friends oriented.!! The Nahari I had was not Spicy but mild served with Lemon and garlic and one naan. Also the traditional Pakistani sweet dish Halwa hit the spot. Yummmy! Definitely recommend!!!!

The owners are very nice and kind. The portions here are pretty big but the butter chicken is a bit oily. The samosas were delicious!! Couldn't even finish everything in one sitting

Order Uber eats from here tonight. I knew I had ordered before but couldn't remember if it was good (because I forgot to post). My mistake! Everything was amazing and I feel like I've been missing out over the last year for not eating here. We got a few things to share and try. The chicken tikka masala was out of this world and my absolute favorite. The chicken korma was spicy and tasty but is bone in chicken. The samosas were tasty. We got the lamb kebab which was tasty but over cooked so not our favorite. The chat papri was fresh and flavorful. Overall we are very satisfied and can't wait to order again.

This place wasn't on top of our list but I am glad we went. Now this place is one of my favorite restaurants. The positive experience started with greetings from everyone. Followed by a clean and neat environment. One of us settled for the buffet and the other ordered the ground beef kabob from the menu. The ground beef was seasoned perfectly, the rice was delicious, the side of chickpeas was cooked to perfection. Please note that it may sound easy to make chickpeas but to make a great chickpeas you have to have the right recipe. The buffet was a deal. Excellent selections, Biryani, chicken stew, haleem, Nahari, chickpeas, eggplant, chicken kabob, lentils..... And a few desserts that I can't recall the names of. We enjoyed everything, we will go back again.....

Half chicken charga , naan, deep fried fish, side salad, basmati rice, and chana masala! *delicious*

When I walked in,…read morethe restaurant was cold, and no one was at the counter for the first five minutes, so I wasn't expecting much. Hence why I didnt take any pictures. But once I took my first bite, I was hooked. Hands down, this was the best gyro/pita-style sandwich I've ever had! I ordered a mix of lamb, chicken, falafel, and gyro meat, and every single bite was incredible. The flavors were bold, the meat was perfectly seasoned, and the sauces were out of this world. The bread, which was similar to naan, took everything to the next level--it was soft, warm, and perfect for wrapping up all that deliciousness. If you're looking for authentic, flavorful food that will blow your expectations out of the water, don't skip this place. It may not look like much, but trust me, it's worth it! I'm already planning my next visit.

Overall, if chicken kabobs were on the Cheesecake Factory menu, this version would be on the skinnylicious menu for those counting calories and preferring a healthier less indulgent version since flavors seem muted and textures appear lacking due to insufficient oil/grease.

It was a Friday night and we called in advance to see if there would be tables. Came in and goodness, the waiter or whoever working, it was tall guy with glasses, was very rude. Not welcoming at all. It wasn't where they came to you and take your order but we had to go to the register and place the other and that's fine. My family and I were situating what we wanted and my brother went to place the order. The same tall guy with glasses took our order. After my brother finished giving the order, my brother asked if the order can be repeated to be sure he didn't miss anything. As the waiter was repeating it, my brother didn't hear one item and asked if he could repeat it again. The waiter looked so annoyed and told my brother he needs to start hearing better... my brother addressing him respectful and told the waiter to relax and they both could have a respectful interaction. We were ordering almost $300 of food so if $300 was nothing to them, we could've taken our money elsewhere and had a good time. However my parents don't eat anything but Desi hence we let it go. The food started to come out. Food looked amazing and enjoyed every bit of it, even ordered for take out. I think another thing they could work out is stop feeding customers in foam papers. The plates are so flimsy and broke on me once. The inside of the restaurant was a nice place. Definitely shows their country and heritage. After we finished eating and it was time to pay, a sweet lady at the register was helping my brother out but because there was a couple of tables with the same name, she got confused about our order. And my brother was trying to repeat the items we ordered. Then the tall guy stepped in, more attitude and rudeness. I love the food. But I would never want to sit there and be serviced in person. I rather do takeout and avoid that rude man. Other than that their food is great. Do try!!

Everything was on point. Everything tasted super fresh and overall we had a very nice experience. The food also came out very quickly. The overall ambience was very nice very home type vibe and it is a smaller restaurant for limited tables One of our friends that we went with since we haven't seen each other for a long time was really craving a beer and kebabs which sometimes a little bit harder than one would anticipate but they served alcohol as well as delicious food so win-win here. So overall, I would highly recommend this place if you want delicious Afghan food, but of course remember to book in advance .
