I shouldn't even give them one star. I took my dry cleaning in and when I picked up one shirt was missing. They asked me to come back on Wednesday -No shirt on Wednesday or the next three Wednesday's. Finally the man who manages in the morning said it was lost but I would need to speak to the owner in the afternoon. Now I go in and they say they don't know what I'm talking about!!! The girl I saw at least three times told the owner she had idea what I'm talking about. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! Plenty of other honest cleaners in town read more

Prices are excellent and customer service for it is very friendly. I wanted to write this review because the owner performed astounding seamstress work on my caftans. The big gaping holes and tears in the caftans disappeared after the seamstress worked wonders. It's wonderful to have a local dry cleaners that you can rely on for every day items like my blazers and lab coat for work as well as repair sentimental pieces with severe damage. Los Posas Cleaners did a great job in transforming my older cut dress pants into a modern masterpiece of tailoring. BUT, they absolutely destroyed my brand new $100+ dress shirts by scorching and pressing wrinkles into the shirt collar and returning shirts with dirt embedded into the cloth. They did offer to try and fix the shirts after returning them ruined at no charge (oh yay), but I had to leave for business travel the next day. After multiple ironing/steaming sessions, I am still trying to get the wrinkles out of the collar. Very annoying, but I am appreciative about the job they did on the pants... hence the 3 stars. read more

This was my first time coming to Las Posas Cleaners, and I'm very glad I did. I definitely recommend. I needed a suit and dress shirt dry-cleaned for a wedding on Saturday. I brought them in on Thursday around 6pm and they were ready by 4pm on Friday. The lady even fixed a loose button on my suit without my asking. I really appreciated the quick service (which was done without any fuss) and that she went the extra mile on top of that. Also, the price is definitely right. These guys are prompt, pleasant, and do a great job on whatever we bring them. I had them wan a cashmere sweater. It came back smelling good and ball free! We have gone to them for laundry, dry cleaning, and have altered dress shirts. One time they called me to tell me they had discovered a small hole in the garment and wanted to know if I still wanted them to proceed. I knew about the hole already but it didn't show when worn so I told them not to worry about it and to go forward. I would recommend these cleaners to anyone. read more

Got a rug cleaned here and the girl told me it was $1.50 per foot, for a 5x7 rug I thought, sweet like $18.00, went to pick it up and it was freaking $51.00 because it was $1.50 per SQUARE foot!!!!! Then the lady laughed at me and acted like I was an idiot when the girl clearly said by foot not square foot! Will NEVER go back! read more

Just picked up 5 shirts from the cleaners (light starch) and the gal that waited on me was very friendly and the shirts looked great. I mentioned about some pants that might need to be taken in and said she does alterations too! (I'm not very good on the sewing machine so I'll bring them in when I take in my next bunch of shirts.) Nice store!! The owner is really kind and friendly. I got some oil stain on my white coat (which is my favorite coat T-T) I brought it to several cleaners, and they told me that those oil stains are hard even impossible to remove. I was so sad about it until I came to this cleaner. She told me she will try her best, and two days later, I come back to take it and I can't believe it's like a new one!!! Can't see oil stains anymore. Thats one of my best clothes cleaning experience. Strongly recommend!!!! read more

I went to this cleaners since it seemed convenient at the time. Brought in two pieces for same day dry cleaning. One of the pieces ended up with tiny holes in two locations and it had shrunk. I brought it back to the cleaners in hopes that they would take responsibility and reimburse me for the piece and the cost of cleaning. Instead I got a snotty little woman that basically accused me of wearing the item after and putting the holes in it myself and then washing it in the washing machine. I assured her that I did neither and would appreciate a refund for at least the dry cleaning. After a little rant on her part, she gave me a partial CREDIT for the cleaning. I will not be using that credit since I will never go there again! Terrible customer service and shoddy work. read more

I'm literally giving them an extra star for helping me to the car. These guys are VERY expensive, I paid $60 to have a carpet cleaned that my cat threw up on. I tried cleaning it myself, and then immediately brought it to them when I saw I wasn't getting as far as I wanted. Upon pick up I wanted to check the spot, but they wrap it up for you so I could look after paying and driving home. Got home, openers up the rug, and the spot looks WORSE. I am beyond unhappy, but since it's now been a week since I dropped it off I know that my carpet is ruined and there's nothing I can do about it. It honestly looked better when I did it. Find somewhere else. Also, their parking lot is awful which I know they can't help, but good luck getting parking while carrying something heavy! read more

Quality work and friendly service! Every time I visit this center there is a kind woman welcoming me. My first trip here was to have a white Bebe jacket of mine cleaned. I honestly didn't think that there was much hope for my jacket because it hadn't been cleaned in a while, and with white it's very obvious. Thought it was worth a shot. I was STUNNED to see it at pickup! Looked like brand new and it felt so nice and soft, not starchy. Since then I've visited 3 more times to get some pants hemmed (woe to all us shorties out there).
