The seamstress here is AMAZING! I bought my wedding dress online and it came without any sort of slip and was completely see through. But it was my dream dress so my mom and I found a way. We bought fabric that matched it and had Shatako line my entire dress with the fabric. Her work is incredible and the attention to detail is unbeatable. Best part was, so inexpensive! I felt like we were ripping them off for the work we received so we left a good tip. I had created a terrible mess... This place worked out great in solving my champagne problems. Over three years ago I had a bottle of champagne opened all over me and drenched my $300 dress right before attending a wedding. I was certain the dress was trash but could never bare to throw it away. With wedding season around the corner I decided to give a go at having this three year old stain removed. The cleaners seemed horrified when I brought the dress in and asked for it to be cleaned. "They would try" was all they could guarantee. The eta was supposed to take a week. While I never recieved a phone call saying it was done I showed up just after a week to pick up my dress. To my surprise the dress was virtually spotless. They had revived it. Only in one area was it slightly noticeable that anything had ever even been wrong. Thankfully due to excess material and flowing style no one will ever notice the flaw. It's all ready for the wedding in a week and I can wear it confidently like its brand new. The price was a little more than I expected but all things considered with the amount of cleaning they had to do it was understandable. read more

I had 4 blazers taken in, 2 pairs of paints taken in and all of it dry cleaned for an upcoming sales conference. I had never been fitted before as most of the suites I bought were from department stores. I wanted to step up my game a bit and get my suites fitted. I let the lady at the counter know and suddenly from behind the counter emerged a very old and wise asian lady (Satoko). She smiled and quickly had me assume the position. With a few notes outloud to herself (in japanese) a pin here and there and some scotch tape she had my jackets looking "tailored", exactly what I was going for! I picked up the items a few days later, on time when they promised to deliver, the fit is amazing. The staff at this little shop care about the customers, they pay attention and if you stop to talk for a few minutes you might just learn about Satoko and her very unique story. read more

I sent my custom designed wedding dress to Holiday Cleaners. After two attempts they got the dress nearly clean however they made 3 holes in the dress. They punched plastic tags through the dress to secure it to a cardboard form. There was no reason to do so and they damaged my dress. On top of that, the manager refused to refund the cost of the cleaning and would not give me the contact information for the owners. I spent 15 minutes on the phone arguing with her about why I shouldn't have to pay for the cleaning since the dress was damaged. In addition, the dress will need to be fixed by the dress designer and the cleaners are not willing to compensate me for the cost to repair the dress. I would never take anything you care about to Holiday Cleaners. They take no responsibility for their actions. It has been a horrible customer service experience. Had two pairs of jeans hemmed and another pair of jeans patched for $30. Definitely a good price for how well everything came out. I think they dry cleaned them or something also because they looked better than when I dropped them off. Great customer service and very helpful I have never had anything hemmed before). I dropped off two alterations that were very simple tasks. They said it would take 2 weeks. When I arrived on my pick up date. One of the alterations had not been done. They had my phone number on the receipt but decided to not call. Instead they waited for me to come in and then asked how I wanted it altered. When I dropped off the garment I explained extensively what I wanted done. No communication error they just didn't attempt to work on it. After further explaining what I wanted done they said it would be another week until they could get to it. I would not recommend this place for alterations. Maybe as a cleaners, but horrible customer service. I will not be back!!! read more

I had an issue with an item I brought there are they refused to make it right. I brought in my friend to translate, because the owners said they don't speak english. They actually called her names, things I will not write here. My only advise it don't take your things here. There are plenty of cleaners in Camarillo. This should not be one of them. read more
