Placed an order over the phone the lady took it but never said they were not taking Apple Pay. Upon arrival she handed us our food & I told her I was doing Apple Pay, she raised her voice & said she did not have the other machine charged to take Apple Pay & rudely snatched the food. Order: Large super nachos (Asada) Chamango It's good, I like both. My girl and I share both and are full from it. The super nachos have the usual toppings I believe and the Chamango is refreshing. Is it the best? I'm not sure because this is the only place I get these from, though I've had the nachos from Cheesecake Factory which had comparable toppings, but was vastly inferior. I always order by phone and just pick it up after. I've had no issues with cleanliness, though I do think customer service may be a minor issue every now and then. I really enjoy this place! They have plenty of satisfying options. Anywhere from raspados, ice cream, smoothies, to Tortas, mariscos, and tamales! I personally really enjoyed their chamoy raspado with lemon and mango! This place is great for hot weather food options. The service is pretty quick. You order at the counter and sit wherever you like. You then get called and go pick up your order. So she goes back and ask the other lady why they got a C and she said i don't know so they go and ask another lady why and most of them didn't know why. All they had to do was show us the report it does says report available upon request. So this lady comes to the front and said it was because the drain pipes so I said oh ok . I'm glad I finally gave this place a try! I was hanging out one hot Saturday afternoon and was craving something sweet and refreshing. I wasn't necessarily in the mood for one of their Chamango so I tried their Pina-Colada Respado. It was exactly what I was craving. The coconut and pineapple flavors were delicious and the ice cooled me down. It took a decent amount to finish it which was great because I felt satisfied. The staff there are mostly women if not all the staff. They are very friendly and work at a great pace! I ordered two drinks and waited no more than 10 minutes! The place wasn't too busy but there was enough to wait a little. The plaza where this business is located is a little sketchy but sometimes great spots aren't always in the best places. This place is more like a taco truck where they only have people to help take your order and pick up your food. When I went to sit at a table, all available takes had dirty plates which I had to bus myself. In addition to this bad service, because the plates are so reasonably priced, it gets super packed to the point where the line almost goes out the door. This crowding in a tiny place isn't "ideal" and the small parking lot gets filled up quickly. I had to park on the street about half a block away. Pros: Food tastes good!
