I also went specifically to try the mozzarella sticks, but we were told they had not even started making them and it would take another 40 minutes, which is kind of wild. The cashier took SEVERAL minutes just labeling and staring at each box, even though we all ordered the same thing, and then another minute just to put everything into a paper bag. Maybe it was his first day? Another frustrating part was that the washrooms were locked, so we could not even use them while we were there, which was a mild inconvenience, but I think bathroom access in a spicy chicken shop is a bit crucial. We had it spice level HOT the last time we were here and it was just spicy enough to get the lips warm but not enough to overwhelm. The Szechuan taste is a brilliant partner for this southern classic.
