Even during a busy summer weekend, our group was seated quickly and or server was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is large and open with lots of seating. Very family friendly thus a little noisy . All our food was tasty and hot. Definitely a repeater for us! read more

The trash can nachos are no joke! It's a meal. They were amazing, two of you could eat them and be ok, especially if you are a little "older" I had the cheesesteak tacos, being from Texas and never seeing that before I felt like I was required to "research" them. Note to Texas- we NEED cheesesteak tacos! They were awesome! The portion was great, I had to take one with me. Pretty sure you should stop and eat here... read more

I wanted to like this place more than I did. It was a Friday night, so I try to take into account that there may have been understaffing, but the place wasn't crowded, per se. It took quite some time for each step of the meal: ordering drinks, getting drinks, ordering food, getting food, and we finally had to ask for checks. We spent almost 90 minutes here just for dinner. The food was ok. I got Nachos Margarita, and the nachos were soggy. I found them to also be spicy (I don't like spicy, which I know is not the palate for Mexican). The other 5 in our party said everything was good, but nothing out of this world. The place seemed clean and bright, which was nice. If we're back in Van Buren, we probably won't hit this place up again. read more

First time at this place. We were sat at a table that was running down hill quite a bit. Waiting for server to come for us to order drinks. She didn't bring straws waited for her to come back with some and just decided to get our own. Ordered taco salad with beef. Edible bowl was almost burnt and from the portion it must have been for a child. The beef was greasy and all over the plate. A little tomatoes, sour cream and cheese was it! Tasteless and unappealing. Server never came back around again. Nobody was in there so not sure where she was. Ended up getting a to go box for my grandbaby. Probably will not be back here again. One time too many! read more

Great stop for us between Branson and Nashville. Clean and well appointed. Service was quick and friendly. The trash can nachos were not only delicious and filling, but an experience as they came out in a large can and dumped into a platter!! read more

Great food and great service. The cheesesteak tacos were amazing. If you are in town THIS is the place! read more

Muy excellante. Food and service were outstanding. Some of the best I've ever had and I highly recommend this place.

Open on Sunday, and every other day. Service, food and location are central year round in the community.

What a great unexpected find in tiny Van Buren! Great food and artistic ambiance. Excellent value. One of the best Mexican restaurants ever!

Great food everytime, we get takeout a lot from here and it's always correct and huge portions! Decent pricing & friendly staff. The place is adorable too! read more

I'm going to say this was hands down one of the top 5 mexican restaurants I've ever eaten at. the salsa was phenomenal and the portions huge and seasoned well. great staff and fast service, literally nothing but great things to say. huge surprise from such a small town read more

Me and my siblings stopped in here after a day of floating at The Landing and had a pleasant experience! The service was incredible! I did not catch our server's name but he was phenomenal! Our food was also great! The only thing I would say is that they don't give you very much queso on the food items. The ambiance was your average Mexican restaurant. My only complaint would be that it did take awhile for our food to come out and multiple tables who were seated after us received their food before we did. I know this is not our servers fault at all!!! Just something we noticed. Overall, I'd definitely stop back in here if I'm ever in the area again! read more

Food is good, I ordered enchiladas, chicken and beef. They tend to be on the mild side of things, (coming from Texas where the Mexican food is pretty spicy). Sauce has almost an Italian flavor to it... Chicken were the best. The young lady who seated us was helpful with questions about gluten. Our server was very friendly and welcoming. Looks newly remodeled and welcoming. read more

There is not much to say about this place. The food was just ok. I had steak fajitas and they were different than any other fajitas I have ever had. They had grilled onions and mushrooms in them. No bell peppers. They were really strange and the seasoning was off. The tortillas weren't very good either. My husband had a chimichanga and it was the smallest chimichanga we have ever seen. Maybe 3 inches long? The flour shells must have been small. The refried beans were average. He had potatoes in his refried beans. I ordered a side of pico de gallo and it had no flavor. It needed salt and lime. The place could use a good deep cleaning as well especially on their exposed duct work and vents. I wouldn't eat there again. read more

The food is actually not bad but they forgot to make my food. When they realized that, they did not expedite and the rest of my party was ready to go so I got it to go. The food came out with juice in the bag creating a real mess. There was no comment from anyone as to my experience. Now I'm ticked and won't go back. read more

Ordered the steak and shrimp which came with a 12oz Tbone with shrimp, rice, and beans. Ordered the steak medium rare and it came out more well done. Probably due to how thin it was. But the flavor was good! Cheese dip was great! Would have done 5 stars if the steak was a thicker cut and more medium rare. read more

We were in Van Buren over MLK weekend so this is off-season and there wasn't much even open. Las Margaritas is in an old historic building downtown and is very spacious. Staff are friendly, helpful and were very responsive. Food was very good - I had nachos, my husband had enchiladas and our daughter had a chicken dish that was very good - my husband had to order the chicken dish to go as well! They have outdoor seating during the summer with the waterfront park just down the street. Food was reasonably priced and there was plenty to eat. Highly recommend as the place to eat in Van Buren! read more

This place is absolutely terrible. Took us an hour and half to get our food. Then the waitress comes and gives us the checks and says "the drinks may be messed up on each ticket"... what kind of service is this? Then went to pay and paid $3.99 for 2TBS of queso on top of my fajita quesadilla, which the steak was all gristle and didn't even finish half of it. DO NOT GO THERE read more

Love this place ! Best food atmosphere. Everything fresh. Great drinks! Great tacos and quesadillas

Just reopened and remodeled. We had the original margaritas which were tasty, not too strong. We ordered a variety of tacos and a shrimp dish which were all flavorful and made with care. But the highlight of the visit was the trash can nachos! Literally a bit of everything piled high with a presentation you don't want to miss. I won't ruin it for you, just order one for the table and dig in! read more

The salsa and white cheese were both a little spicy. I loved that however my wife did not. My daughter ordered a quesadilla and stated that it was better than she normally gets and the price was terrific at only $6. The food was great! I highly recommend read more

Now probably the best place to get a bite in Van Buren. Let's see the atmosphere was ok. I'll be honest I was too busy enjoying the food to care about anything else. It was surprisingly good for a Mexican place in a small town like that. Excellent service they even open the door for you to walk in. Unless you're already in Van Buren on the river or something it could be a bit out of the way. And as far as the price goes it was about as much as you'd expect to spend at a Mexican place. read more

I very impressed with this place it is a very clean and friendly restaurant. It is very worth the 2.8 miles off the hwy to eat at, trust me!! We ordered the Fajitas Bravas and queso dip. Yummmmy!! Will come back when in Van Buren again. Thanks for the great service. read more

Great food, great service. Very low key and friendly. They give you a TON of food, and it's really good. Pretty close to the highway too!

First off the review from Joey I feel is a little unfair because seriously just because its off the beaten path doesn't deserve 2 less stars. This place is great for Van Buren, the food is great and the service was great. Atmosphere is what you would expect from and Mexican restaurant, nothing jaw dropping but cute. If you're in the area defiantly check this place out you won't be disappointed. read more
