"Refused Drinks: She flat-out refused to make a piña colada, stating she didn't have time for that either. The Safety Hazard The worst part of the night was finding a piece of curled metal inside the chicken quesadilla. When we showed Heather, her response was incredibly irresponsible: She just took the plate and tossed it in the tub. She never even looked at the piece of metal. She failed to notify management or the kitchen, doing absolutely nothing to ensure other customers weren't eating contaminated food. The Bill The only reason this isn't a zero-star review is that they didn't charge my friend for her wrong soda, the incorrectly described dish, or the dish containing the metal. However, a waived bill does not make up for hostile service and a severe health hazard. Management needs to address Heather's attitude and their kitchen safety protocols immediately.
