She needed to ask for help and that woman (manager or owner, I'm guessing) could have been a bit more tactful. It was apparent that she was frustrated by Henrietta not yet understanding the modern computer/register, but she shouldn't have schooled her the way she did in front of customers. "I've showed this to you before", and "You can't let the customer see that you're having trouble", were just two of the things that I remember. It was a bit of poetic justice when, near the end of the transaction, this woman hit the wrong key and had to void the transaction and start the whole thing over. :) Anyway, they're new and trying to get a business going in a very old (historic) building and I hope they make it. When I contacted the owner, told him I was misled by the description on the menu, was very disappointed in an $18 HAMBURGER on fake potatoes, he simply said he was sorry I felt that way, so sad. He said that was one of his best sellers. All I can say is his clientele must not have much to choose from. I'll NEVER go back there again. I sure miss the previous owners who cared what they served and how people liked it.
