There was one choice of sauce, which was OK, but I like a little more kick. Couldn't eat two bites of the sandwich as they were gristle. The decorations with all their awards was impressive. The fish was rubbery and very salty and appeared to be a foreign import. Terrible! This particular one was New York to LA and stopped in his old high school town to try some local BBQ. We were not disappointed. Brothers BBQ is out of a small building with outdoor seating only. The brisket was juicy and thick cut, the sauce serving was generous and paired nicely with the char on the fat layer. My husband's hot link sandwich was delicious, the meat was sumptuous and flavorful. Finally the sides were surprisingly just as good if not even better than the BBQ! The collard greens were made perfectly, so hard to find a place that does it right and coaxes out such delicious flavors. The beans were by far the star though, I've never had better at any establishment in the country.
