This is a really inexpensive seafood place and it is really delicious. I've only come on Saturday's and Sunday's and it is always full. People really seem to enjoy this place. I always get my food to go, I never eat here because the atmosphere is not for me. The music is way to loud, the tables seem crowded and there are too many people. I rather enjoy my food in the comfort of my own home. The ceviche de Cameron is really delicious and they give you a good portion. They also give you a lot of tostadas, crackers, ketchup and tapatío. I will definitely keep coming here for my ceviche. Their parking lot is really small but sometimes they get access to the parking lot across the street and they have a crossing guard. This place is amazing!!! The best seafood I have ever tried!!! They are not stingy with their ceviches and portions. The flavors are freaken on point. Honestly as soon as we walked in there the vibes were off. We were stared at the entire time we walked across the parking lot over to the tables not just by all of the customers but also the servers which was uncomfortable af. The servers weren't necessarily the warmest with the greetings but they did immediately got served tostadas and green sauce which were both bomb. My friend and I were so hungry and the tostadas and green salsa were promising we started munching on those with high expectations for the food. They saw us with a baby but we had to ask for high chair. We wanted fries but they didn't have any which was okay so we ordered my 1 year old niece rice which she absolutely loves. I asked about having any tostadas or recipes served with salsa negra which I was surprised to their response saying no. They also didn't have any micheladas which was another thing that caught us off guard. We both ended up ordering cocteles and as soon as we got out food it was off. We kept adding salt, ketchup, salsa, and nothing. Something was missing and we didn't know what. No matter what we put in there the flavor just wasn't there. It tasted like all the ingredients weren't cooked or seasoned together, like everything was cooked separately and then put in the same cup. The actual shrimp wasn't savory and everything was quite frankly bland. The baby kept eating the celery and green pepper off the rice when she usually eats the rice with her hands because she loves is so much. She barely made a dent in the plate it was practically left untouched. We felt her pain, this was a total bust for us. One of the best Molcajete de mariscos I have had and its both kinds of hot (spicy and temperature). The stone bowl is over flowing with fish, octopus, calamari, crab meat, clams etc..... all in a stew that will burn oh so good when consumed! They also give you complimentary ceviche and tostada! If you've read the reviews you'll notice a recurring theme. Super ghetto but awesome as hell!! As far as food, they are above average. This place is less then a half a mile from my house and I have never been. Found it on yelp and decided to drive over. I have seen it just never been in. They have outdoor seating so you can dine in during covid. I took mine to go. I ordered a shrimp cocktail that was just regular. They put the ketchup on the side so you can make it thick to your liking except they don't use thick ketchup. I used my own when I got home. The shrimp were a nice size and it was filling. I also ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp with rice and a salad. The rice was plain so was the salad but I put my own dressing and it was fine. The bacon wrapped shrimp was fire . Really good. I also ordered a half dozen oysters. They for got to give me lime or lemon but I added lime to the oysters with some salt and they were very yummy. They were really fresh and a nice size. The prices are ok normal for sea food. I will be going back here. read more
