Not hating on the staff, but the minimal service the restaurant provides after ordering on the kiosk is simply calling your number to come to the window, or if it's not busy, they do kindly drop it at your table. Just pay the workers better. I had the lunch special with a half portion chicken and waffle sandwich, seasoned waffle fries, fountain drink ($10.99) and added a current ongoing special priced smashburger ($3). The smashburger hit the spot and was portioned just right for the price. Compared to other restaurants that have toted "smashburgers", this was in the good to very good zone. The half portion chicken and waffle sandwich was horrendous. The waffle buns were good. It was the chicken breast that made me appalled. I think the chicken breast suffered from woody breast syndrome, where the breast is super stiff and has a woody texture. Suffice to say, the chicken breast was inedible. I was able to eat a small bit at the start, but I gave up when it became obvious something was wrong. For the fountain drink station, they serve a mix of Pepsi products + Dr. Pepper. I was happy they had a Pepsi Zero option. I don't know if I'll go back again, but I'm a bit more hesitant after this visit and the bad chicken quality.

I m thinking surely there is a camera somewhere hidden. .. This truly has to be a joke?!! At this point, I m frustrated that I wasn't filming this UNBELIEVABLE scene. I had to quit listening. .. I did not time this interaction, but it definitely spanned several minutes! Eventually I saw the kid bring her the tiniest of tiny portion cups ( no lid) that I can only assume was whipped cream or whatever concoction the employee thought it to be. .. I m still in shock to have witnessed this absurd scene. After we sat for awhile a young female employee came out . .. a forefinger and middle finger each inside holding 2 cups in her fingers. She looks at our receipt and says did you have 1 or 2 drinks? My husband says 1, but I wanted water. She releases her finger from one cup and turns with one cup back to her spot behind the scenes, making no reply to my husband. I m wondering if she was on the phone with an earpiece? She spoke loudly in a language I did not understand for the majority of our visit. .. Eventually, my husband mentioned maybe music would be nice? Help muffle her loud constant chatter? At one point she did come out sweeping the floor for a few minutes, but the entire time we were there, I did not see anyone while tables or clean up at drink/condiment station that was messy and sticky. Amazingly, enough We LOVED THE CHICKEN WAFFLE SANDWICH! but this is a poorly run restaurant, that needs a staffing fix. .. I m truly guessing family run business. I m hoping for whoever owns this, that they catch on now & fix things before it s too late. With frustrating service, and my sanitation concerns. .. I will try maybe once more because it truly was good food. But if it isn't any better I will not return again & I don't think I m alone.
