My son and daughter had consultations this summer. The staff was very thorough and professional in explaining their treatment. Best of all they weren't pushy about starting treatment. They were also considerate of my children when suggesting treatment in order to select the path that would reduce the amount of time in treatment. My son started treatment and they provided us with an easy payment plan. My daughter will begin treatment in May. The staff is incredibly attentive during our visits. read more

The doctors are friendly. The staff is mostly polite, but it feels hit or miss. My kids go to different orthodontists, and both have braces. We used Larson first and chose a different one for the second. Just saying... I can compare real time. The other orthodontist's staff is all around friendlier and more customer service oriented, which is very important for customer satisfaction. I'm not unhappy with the treatment, I just feel the other office is a better fit and I feel more comfortable there than in this office. It is fine for the duration of his treatment. read more

Re: transferring client This office requires an AAO form to be completed before an evaluations done. Why would anyone do that before knowing the total cost for treatment plan and having a first time consultation done? I was trying to possibly use their services, but I do not think this was a good start. Response: The patient was transitioning from insurance to cash patient. The case just needed an evaluation to see what the cost would be as a cash patient before releasing previous office. The previous office was aware of the client trying to find a better price then their office (price changed due to insurance). Overall it worked out. They found another office that accepted the client. This client was a client from Dr Davidian who had a long history with your office so they were hoping to return to the same office where the client originally had their first set of braces. read more

Dr. Larson knows what he's doing. One can go to a dentist or ortho and think they're just trying to give you the most expensive treatments but Dr. Larson is very straightforward about the work that needs to be done and he clearly cares about the kids. read more

My son was referred to Larson's (Corona location) by his dentist, and I'm so glad we were sent to them. Everyone makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The consultation was informative and helped me to understand what was going on and what needed to be addressed. I never felt like procedures were being forced or that we were being convinced to do something. Dr Larson was very clear about what was needed and why. The staff was very patient with my son when the time came to get braces on. The staff that placed them explained to my son everything she was doing and showed him all of the tools and supplies she was using and what they were being used for. I want to thank them for making my son comfortable during each visit. I'm very happy with the level of care he is receiving and with the way they seem to treat each patient. First time visit and my last visit. I got a email arrived 15 mins before appointment. I arrived at 7:50 am appointment at 8:15 am. I saw the dentist let a patient in leave about 7:55 am. I got out my car with my daughter. In addition the lawns service was here too . Spraying all around I got my car my eye and allergies was so bad for whatever was sprayed. I got to door of business I see other patients inside but door is lock the lady at the front desk saw me in a min sign. I wait she ever comes to door . I walk back to car I call the office . The front was so rude and disrespectful she said we don't open till 815 am I told her I see other patients and appointment is at 815 now it about 8: 05 am no you have to wait . I see she let about 4 others family's in the front door . From 8:07 am til 815 am then 815 am she unlocked the door and let us in I cancel my appointment and talked to a manager. The front desk and manager was rude at front desk . I left about 10 mins later after lady call so sorry . I know we did wrong by you . I said why I'm going to give my money . If that the service you get only disrespectful and rudeness no thank you . I will ever be back . read more

My mom who is also a court ordered legal guardian, was there and they still refused to start care. Even though I was on my was with 1,620 IN CASH IN MY GUCCI ophidia bag. Lol . It's unfortunate that at the end of the day Dr. Larson would not treat me and my daughter so that we can get a new retainer. I understands it's a money making business, but a good provider will also serve its community and meet their needs. I'm an adult who hasn't had braces in over a decade and no longer have my previous orthodontist available locally to get new retainers from. My son just finished his ortho treatment and we couldn't have been more pleased. I did invisalign with this office as well. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Dr. Larson is very personable and truly cares for each of his patients. He works to relate with each of them on a personal level and brings a smile to their face even before their ortho work is done. Can't help but love the home baked cookies as a treat for being on time. As for someone saying that he puts you in braces too soon. I totally diaagree. He does what is needed for the patient. I have another son who has been going annually to consult on what the right time will be for him to start ortho. I thought for sure he would have put him in braces 2 years ago, but no. I've been a customer of dr. Larsons for a couple years and finally got off my braces my back teeth dont touch, they told me they would let my teeth settle and they have settled now and still dont close properly and went in just for one tooth to get filed a tad bit straight, the dr goes in and start filing and now the one tooth I had a slight problem with is now shorter than the other front tooth. Too short he filed them down so much. I paid almost 7 thousand and all I got left with was teeth that dont meet and close properly and short uneven teeth. Please save your money and go else where. read more

Great place, but it's next to impossible to get an a appointment after 3 PM as an adult. Some ladies at the front desk will work hard to accommodate you, one even asked the manager if she could open a 4:00 slot, while others will simply say, sorry there's nothing and I usually have to miss a few hours of work. If you have to miss an appointment for any reason, they'll book you 8 weeks out, even if if the doctor wants to see you every 3 to 4 weeks. So now you're 12 weeks out. I wish they had more appointments available for working adults. Other than that, it's a great place, doctors and assistants are friendly and knowledgeable. read more

I was recommended to Dr. Larson from Dr. Jeremy Powers of Powers Family Dentistry in Menifee. Although I live in Menifee, I was willing to make the drive for my consultation because of the emphatic recommendation. I am an adult in need of braces and have been putting it off for quite a while. I have gone to any ortho consults and have been made to feel shame because I waited so long. Upon arriving at Larson Orthodontics, I was greeted with warm, cheerful welcomes from the staff. The office was beautiful and bright, and extremely clean. They had several waiting areas, one of which I noticed, and gaming systems for the kids to play. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time, and although they were busy, I was called right back to get my appointment started. Bobbie and Dr. Larson were so kind and made me feel so comfortable. He was personable, and I felt at ease while i asked my questions. he answered them with patience and kindness. The prices are incredibly reasonable. Although I live over a half-hour away, I will be making the drive. I can't wait to start my treatment, and I am entirely grateful to have found this office. If you do not have Dr Larson as your orthodontist I don't recommend retainer repairs. My permanent retainer broke and I went to Dr Larson for repair. The office is nice and clean, staff is nice, but I don't feel the assistants equipped to bond retainers. I went the same day my retainer broke because I was leaving on vacation the next day. They rebond my retainer. Next thing I know I'm getting a large gap between my two front teeth. Mind you I was charged $250 for repair and a plastic retainer to wear. Well, I go back, they rebond it again, still slight gap between my teeth, next thing, it's breaks. So now, since the wire is too "thick" they want to put on one of their wires if it breaks again. Well, it broke again, AND that gap never went away. I'm so frustrated, I don't trust them to fix the problem at this point and $250 down the drain. He's probably a great orthodontist from start to finish, but I don't recommend for retainer repairs. read more
