On my way to Texas, I stopped in Bryant to stay overnight. I checked Yelp for some recommendations. I decided on Larry's because it's a buffet and I didn't want to wait too long for food. I paid for the buffet then we seated ourselves. The place had just opened so there wasn't much pizza on the buffet. When they bring out new pizza, the servers walk around and offer customers slices. They had such a large selection of pizza. The buffalo pizza was great. The breadsticks were a little dry. They didn't have an sauce out. The cheese breadsticks were much better. I was stuffed by the time we walked out of there. The owner, Larry, was very pleasant and welcoming. He stopped me while I was walking out to make sure we ate enough. I told him how we're from out of town. He walked outside to talk with my girlfriend. He brought us back inside to get us some drinks to go. The only negative I can say is a couple of the servers were not very friendly. They'd pass our table up and not announce the pizza like they did walking by other tables. I'm not going to fault the place for that. They can't police their employees' every action. I will definitely stop in the next time I pass through town. read more

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, waited almost an hour. I seen a delivery car outside at my neighbors house, down the cross street from mine, and tried to ask her if the Oder was for me. She yelled back that it was for that house and got in her car and left. Seeing that my order track said mine had been delivered, I called the store. The young lady didn't know what to do so told me she'd get more pizzas sent. Then the manager called me and said the delivery driver said she delivered it to the correct address. I explained that she did not and the address is printed beside the door, pretty big, and that it was even the wrong street. She told me she'd get more pizzas delivered in about 35 mins and I received no apology. I tipped online when I ordered and wish I hadn't. I will never use this place again. read more

Great place and I love that management and owners are on the floor rubbing shoulders with the customers. The buffet is phenomenal and the dessert pizzas are outrageously good! I am especially fond of the blueberry pizza and the frost cinnamon pizza. The arcade is pretty cool, and while it is arcade pricing, the employees often give out free tokens to the kiddos. They definitely have some unique pizzas. If you go during the buffet, I encourage you to try them- they may sound disgusting but they really taste good. I though the chili dog pizza would be revolting, but it was actually pleasantly and surprisingly good. I was not a fan of the pickle pizza but my wife absolutely loves it and now she orders it when we go outside of buffet times. They have a great party room for birthdays or other events. One bit of advise- if you go on Friday night for the buffet, get there early or expect to wait to be seated. While I would say the wait is worth it, there is not nearly enough room to wait and the entryways gets extremely crowded and loud. Overall, the management team at Larry's does an outstanding job of making you feel at home. The staff stays moving and clears off tables quickly keeping people moving in and out. The restrooms are always clean. This is definitely our family 'go to' spot when we want pizza. Food, fun and entertainment- what else could you want from your local pizza joint?!?! read more

There are now quite a few Larry's around Arkansas but the Bryant location is, hands down,the best. Larry and the crew provide old-school hospitality and service- yes, Larry and Greg serve with the rest of the staff. Their buffet concept- more than a dozen varieties of pizza and dessert pizzas that are brought out hot and served by the slice at your table. You can request a particular type of pizza and they will bring it to you first. Salad bar is included and has a good selection. My favorites are the cheeseburger and buffalo chicken pizzas but many non- traditionals to choose from. No alcohol is served here. The restaurant also has an extensive game room for the kids. Expect to stand in line on buffet nights. It moves fast but is that busy. If you're passing through this a great choice. Adult buffet is about $12. Kids are $8 and 6 and under free with a paying adult, I believe. read more

I love love love this place! It's something I've been to for years and Larry is the most kindest and amazing man! He wants and makes sure you have an amazing experience always a kind soul! It what does personally keeps my family and I coming back. The pizzas are fresh and salad bar is typical. But pizzas are made fresh and never out just sitting around. The pizza was amazing, the servers would come around and offer you a variety of different pizza. All the pizza was hot and delicious. The peanut butter desert pizza was to die for. But my favorite thing about Larry's was meeting Larry himself. Just an amazing guy who really just wants you to enjoy yourself while dining. I was not from the area and Larry made me and my wife feel like it was home. He even got me to try one more different pizza that ended up being my favorite!! Not impressed. We visited Bryant today and wanted to try a local restaurant. We walked in and were informed that there was no Buffet. Huh??? That's right- buffet is only served on like three of the days of the week. What gives? Who has different services available different days? We left without eating. I only do reviews when they are really bad or in this case when they are really good. Food is great, service is great and the pizza selections are great. It can get crowded during peak periods so recommend early or late. Owners is the friendliest person ever. Great food, service, and atmosphere. But they don't have a Veterans's discount. They do have a military discount, but only in uniform. So, really they have a uniform discount. Not that it matters anymore. It might save us veterans a few bucks. So, a private in uniform with no combat time gets a discount, but a combat vet doesn't. I asked Mr. Greg to explain the policy and wasn't impressed. He explained that Mr. Larry had an incident where a group of veterans wasted food on buffet night. This led to Mr. Larry deciding to only give a uniform discount. I find this decision to be impulsive and disgraceful to the honor that combat vets carry within their hearts forever. In case you civilians don't understand, honor isn't a uniform or looking sharp, it is carrying the burden of what one has experienced in combat. It is living here at home when sometimes you are still there. It is trying to act normal at Larry's pizza when it is crowded and you are with your family, but you are on alert due to the noise, the kids, and the people constantly coming in and out. Honor is keeping it together at work when the night before you dreamed about your combat experiences. It's what our combat vet grandfathers, fathers, and now young men and women do here in Bryant Arkansas everyday. Just make it a uniform policy and say that you don't give a veterans discount. read more

Recommended to me by my brother-in-law, this pizza place looks deceptively ordinary. But the food is anything but! Simple salad bar, but everything on it is fresh. You can either select pizza slices off a buffet line or even better, have the servers bring it to you. The latter roam the restaurant with the latest creation right out of the oven. If you order a special pizza you might get some flavor, we ordered a large with sausage, mushroom & black olive - no flavor except for the sausage. The mushrooms were canned not fresh. I've had better frozen pizzas. I guess I spoiled by Papa Murphy's pizza. Larry's might be a go place for family's who have picky kids because most kids don't want their food with much seasoning just simple flavor. I brought the left over pizza home & added some Italian seasoning a cheese, it helped the pizza. What it really needed was more sauce with flavor. read more

Best pie in the Rock! Buffet is $10, but its definitely not an average buffet. The pies don't hit the buffet until everyone in the restaurant has been offered a slice or 2 or 3! They have servers walking around with the pizzas as soon as they are out of the oven. AND they taste wonderful! Not just your every day Pepperoni, mind you, Chicken-Ranch-Shroom, Peanut Butter Choc Chip, Cinnamon, Taco, Cheeseburger (with fresh cut tomatoes), you name it & they bring it. Larry circulates & mingles with the customers as well, just trying to make sure EVERYONE is happy & gets the pie THEY want. I'm not usually a pizza eater, but I love this joint!
