Hopefully this will be my last repair made on this vehicle, but if not, I will definitely return as they were very professional, very understanding and very consistent with communication. They also perform paint and bodywork, as he has a temp paint booth he used on some cars in his portfolio. I went to Landon for a long trip maintenance check for my 2005 Ford Mustang. He was able to get my car in for service promptly. His diagnosis was quick and he got back to me with the results in a timely manner. Being a gearhead, the diagnosis was as expected and I continued with his service recommendations. He uses this new system that sends an email with the recommendations, estimate, and even payment. Landon is very friendly and provided good customer service. It's one of the most organized shops that I've experienced as a customer. The shop is in a somewhat secluded location given the area, which can be desirable. It's a airplane hanger style shop, which has a cool vibe. Due to the style, the shop is quite massive and spacious so you don't have to worry about your car being cramped in. Currently, Landon has 1 lift and is looking for techs because he has a high volume of work, which is a good thing. He gave me a tour of the shop and some cars he's working on. Currently, there's mostly pickups, Ford Broncos, but he has some interesting projects such as a RX7 and Corvette. I'm looking forward to partnering with Noble Motors on my cars and seeing what else will come out of Landon's shop.

So coincidentally I had my car towed here for repair after getting into a wreck. I don't know anything about cars, but this place was recommended to me by my insurance. I would agree that they aren't the best at keeping in touch with you over-the-phone, but I think the less time spent on talking was spent on working. They did a fantastic job on my car, repairing, cleaning, getting it to run smoothly again. Overall great service! EDIT: I'm bumping up a star for the sake of giving them at least 3 stars, because some reviews incorrectly address the Dealership part of the business rather than the Collision Center.

I chose a dealership because I had two recalls on my car that I wanted done at the same time. They told me they would handle it and drive it to the dealership after the collision work was completed. Long story short, when I got my car back I was told they didn't do the recalls because they had to order parts for the recall. Well they had more than a week's notice to do that. I have an after market camera they disconnected and left it that way, along with my back camera was left hanging and disconnected as well. Had to order two lauded tape, and do that myself. My car had just been realigned and even after the wreck was still in alignment. It's horribly out of alignment now and when I called to ask them about it. My service manager said, "we didn't touch the front" Well it happened while you had my car! They replaced my truck cover on backwards. No attention to detail. I'll never bring my car back there. I have to now rent a car myself to get the warranty work done. And be inconvenienced when that was the whole reason I chose their dealership to begin with. And I made that clear when I made the appointment. And reiterated that fact to the service manager when I dropped it off, as well.
