I made an appt for rotation & balance. Joshua assisted me on this visit. I can't say enough good things about these guys....about 35/40 mins later I was done. As busy as it gets the customer svc is always 5 star. read more

It is insane how long it takes them to check and adjust your tire pressure. I have never waited so long for such a simple thing.

This is a great location! I've been here twice now and both times they have been super professional. They will answer all your questions and help you out! read more

Okay.... I was in a pinch and needed 2 new tires but I needed it done and to be on my way to a meeting in less than an hour. Alex answered the phone and he found solutions for all my problems. I told him I was in a time crunch and he said "if you can get here asap, I got you. I'll get you in and out within your time frame". I pulled up, parked the car, got out and BOOM, there Alex was literally waiting for me to take the car into the shop! I went inside and I talked to Jared about higher grade tire options and he was very knowledgeable. I ended up going with the higher grade tires. Alex walked in at this point then rushed back out to tell the team about the new tires. I grabbed a complimentary water, sat down in a chair, talked on the phone for a couple minutes and then here walks in, Katelyn. She says "Riley!" You car is ready. I got up, but then quickly sat back down because it couldn't be me. I literally just dropped the car off. She's staring at me and says "Riley!". I hesitate... look out front and voila, there was my car waiting for me with 2 new tires. I was in disbelief! And I still am writing this. You guys have an F1 pit crew. That was truly AMAZING. This is yet another reason why I ALWAYS come to discount for service. Mind blown. If I could franchise the business and start my own, I would. And I would poach this entire team. read more

Staff were absolutely wonderful. They walked me through ratings and different price points to help me settle upon tires for my 2 back tires. I'll be back soon to get my front tires replaced, and maybe some new rims. Coffee wasn't half bad either, which I was happily surprised by. read more

Awesome customer service by TY! Very kind, patient, professional, and attentive! Took the time to listen and not be pushy with a sale! read more

Online appointments are available but walk-ins are fine too. Wait time at the location completely depends on the number of vehicles ahead of you. They definitely prioritize service for customers buying tires from them. Staff rating is a 5/5. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. They are not pushy to upsell but they do try to look at available opportunities. They have got to stay in business right? You get to watch the crew working on vehicles while waiting. Speedy, efficient and reliable service for sure. The overall wait time is a killer. Once the car enters the bay, the service is real fast. It's best to drop off the vehicle and come back to pick it up. They offer online tracking of the service. They don't charge to fix flats, which is amazing. Overall value if you buy tires from here is amazing. Their guarantee is valid across the country. Shoutout to the staff : Gamboa, Jose, Andrew and Max. Highly recommend Discount Tires. read more

Friendly, fast service! Had a tire delivered. They called to let us know it was in, we drove over and they had it on the car within 45 mins

My rental car's low pressure light came on. They said my options were to take it back to the airport and swap it out or take it to a place and get the air filled so I picked the getting the air pressure checked. There was a line of cars on Saturday getting the same service as I was, but they were fast and efficient as well as super friendly. read more

Go here if you want to be one of the first people to arrive when they open and still wait over an hour for a simple patch

Replaced two tires on my son's car, and the service was done so quickly! I've always used Discount Tire, but this shop is definitely a notch above the others. read more

I had an experience at this Discount Tire (MacArthur & 635) that left me feeling pressured and confused. The first tech, Maxwell, calmly told me the tire could be repaired, no problem. Then another guy, TY, stepped in and said it couldn't be fixed at all. Finally, Chris came in and said, "It's not cheap either," and added, "You don't want to drive on it like that and have a flat in 10 minutes." At that point, the energy shifted from helping to creating uncertainty. It felt like a process of confusion: First calm assurance, Then sudden rejection of the simple fix, Then fear layered in to push me toward a $303 replacement tire. I decided to leave, and another tire shop fixed the issue for $20. No pressure, no fear. This isn't about the money, it's about honesty and clarity. If you go here, I suggest trusting your gut and getting a second opinion before agreeing to anything. read more

Amazing service, especially from Martin, great guy. Got me a good price for some tires for a road trip since mine were trashed.

Ordered new tires online and made an appointment for 8:30 am the next day. Dropped off my truck at 8:30 and got a text at 9:15 that it was ready. Awesome service and super knowledgeable and friendly staff. read more

Discount Tire has some rather archaic policies that are sometimes annoying. If you know them ahead of time it can save you frustration (and money). They don't like repairing tires unless they're relatively new and unworn, and if there is a nail involved make cure it's near the center of the tire; otherwise you might be wasting your time. The main reason for my positive review is a gentleman named MATTHEW H R, who was very patient and understanding. We ran into some issues with Continental, but he managed to persevere and get me what I needed. The company as an organization can be somewhat stingy when it comes to mileage credits, especially if the tires aren't perfectly worn (try to rotate every 6,000 miles if you can). I find that to be a nuisance because whatever your drivetrain is coupled to at the moment will be slightly more worn, even on vehicles with AWD. In any case they always have many tires in stock, a variety of different brands, and a plethora off offers at any given time. They also do price match usually, so check Tire Rack, or even the nearby Sam's Club to make certain you're getting the best value. Like most tire shops they have a tendency to lose valve stem caps, so if you have specialty caps or ones that you're sentimentally attached to, make sure to take them off before handing your vehicle over. While Karenesque of me I wouldn't mind seeing them add Nitrogen as a refilling option, Costco does it and I find that it does in fact make some difference. read more

I went to get a replacement tire since I paid for the warranty. The person who was "helping me" lied and said that I didn't get my tires here. After I left I found my receipt and found that I did in fact buy my tires there the guy just wanted to make a sell. Never buying my tires at discount again read more

They found the nail on my tire that the idiots at another Discount Tire told me wasn't there. Appreciate Chuck. While inspecting my car he asked me how's my family. As we were walking back to the store he saw the line getting longer, got on the radio, & asked for more staffers to man the counters. read more

Every time that I have been here, I've been greeted with great service and kind faces. Matthew B has been nothing but helpful and provided me with exceptional service. I would travel out of my way to specifically come to this location of discount tires. They were able to fit me in and help me quickly when I was in a pinch. I have nothing but great things to say about this location. The value of service that you will receive here makes it worth coming to. Thank you! read more

Well, here I am trying to get my rear wheel off to change my break pads, only to be pleasantly surprised by a cross threaded lug nut. Was nice to know one of my lug nuts was barely on the wheel stud for the past year, and now both it and the lug nut are ruined. Extremely disappointed about the time and effort this is gonna cost be all because someone couldn't be bothered to start it with their hands before fire walling it with an impact driver. At least they were friendly I guess but yeah... read more

Tagged along with my husband on his work trip so we rented a car from Turo for me to be able to drive around during the day. Two days in a row I went out to the car to have low PSI on a tire- once on the left and once on the right. I was alone in a city I was unfamiliar with but decided to go to Discount Tire because that's who we go to back home. Basically- both tires were in bad shape, but they were able to patch one and ended up putting the lovely spare on for the other one because it was not able to be patched. Charles (Chuck) was so helpful and even remembered my name the second day when I walked back in. They took care of me and got me back on the road safely. While it was not a fun experience due to the terrible condition of the tires, Discount Tire did a great job taking care of me. Thank you! read more

Rep told me they had all 4 tires available and got my car in, replaced two front tires just to tell me that they only had those 2 in stock, problem was a bad rear tire brought me in. So I get to waste rest of the day going to another location clear across town to wait for them to put on the other two tires. Got tired of rep's excuses- how about not misleading your customers from the beginning since I just sat here almost 3 hours already just to find out I have to go somewhere else and wait even longer! Not impressed with them- very disappointed customer- thanks for wasting my only day off!!!! read more

Discount Tire (or America's Tire) is consistent in terms of their great service and professionalism, whether in CA or in TX....the company culture attracts a certain type of individual that is consistent from store to store and state to state. That said, I can't say enough about the folks that work here as they are easy to talk to, knowledgeable, thoughtful, well-mannered and respectful (to customers and each other). I wanted to showcase and give thanks to James and Matt (store manager) for taking care of my tire/wheel needs with my Mini. Long story short, I wasn't pleased with the product (to no fault of their own), but they showed extraordinary care and service to ensure that things were made right to keep the customer happy and satisfied. I was so pleased with their "Nordstrom's" service, that I brought my BMW in later in the week for new tires as well. 5 stars easily for the utmost professionalism, outstanding customer service, competitive pricing, and wonderful demeanor. read more

Went here today for a tire balance and rotation and got great service. It was super easy to make an appointment online and to call and confirm. Unfortunately when I arrived they could not find my appointment in the system, but they still saw me anyway. The service only took about 30 minutes despite the number of people in the shop. I did not realize that any tires, whether you buy them at Discount Tire or not, can be balanced and rotated for free! So awesome!!! The guy who helped me was super nice and honest as well. He told me that the tread was looking good on my tires and I was good to go once they were done. He did not try to sell anything to me and was so helpful. It is difficult to find that at many car service shops, so I will be back to Discount when I need new tires! Discount just got a new customer! read more

This location has turned itself around after having it run into the ground by a bunch of idiots. I had been coming on and off to this located for almost 10 years before I moved out of state. Having recently returned, some of my cars needed their tires serviced so I brought them here. Professional, down to earth and good to joke around with. I have even been here just to get air in my tires. Excellent service. They don't have every tire in stock so if you want something, definitely ask them to order it. Otherwise they usually have a handful of equivalents on hand. I like this location a lot. They are dependable and treat all the customers well! read more

Service was quick they had the tires in stock which was great. I only had one problems 1) my set of new wheels for my Audi A5 had White group dripping off of them, I started to ask for a rag because I didn't want that slinging everywhere he noticed me going to every wheel and offered to wipe it of as he reminded another Technicial to always wipe it off. read more

We had a tire that looked low on pressure so took it in to have it checked out. We even called before we went. The man came out and looked at it visually to tell us that the tire is more than 10 years old, it doesn't have a flat, and they can't do anything including check a tire pressure for a tire that is greater than 10 years old. Interestingly, all of my tires were purchased in 2017 and that particular tire was again replaced in 2019. (I even called my original tire shop to confirm the dates I purchased). So he refused to help and didn't give us any solution-not even to purchase a new tire! Don't go here! Horrible horrible service. Even if they had said something like we can't do this right now because we plan on closing soon and you can come in the next day for it then I wouldn't be leaving this review. Go to Firestone instead-they took us in right away and were very friendly. read more
