Went in to buy a tire. After disappointment from Pepboys lying to me. Telling me new tires would be better in the back. And sending me to another store that didnt have it. With Walmart you need to make an appointment. Pepboys they told us its 1 1/2 wait. Well, with Nico's - this is our second visit. First visit we bought a good thread used tire. Its still doing good. But we are looking to buy all new tires. So far two. Nico's had a new goodyear tire. Installed and rotated my other tires withing 15 minutes. No wait time, no lies. He told me unless I am carrying weight in the back of the truck, yeah new tires on back. But since we are not - we just use it to go to work so makes sense to put new tires in front as that's where the weight of the motor is. I appreciate Nico's good fast service. They will charge you more than it's supposed to and will try to get money out of you DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I was getting my tire changed I brought my own charged $30 to change on top of that will ask that it's an additional fee for them to keep the tire and that will be another $40 they have lost their minds basically paying $70 to change my tire with out being balanced or nothing kinda ridiculous the guy that runs it take advantage don't recommend him at all read more

Finding the right tire was easier said than done. These guys made the process so easy by having multiple ways to find the right tire. Driving an Avalanche makes the right tires important for all the adventures ahead. They had new and slightly used but refurbed tires in stock. I came here about 3 weeks ago and bought 4 used tires. They charged me about $46 per tire. The first time I came they only charged $35 per tire. When I asked why the price was different nobody could explain. Anyways they did the same thing and begged us to pay cash, however we used our debit card. Now today I'm driving to work and have a blow out!!!! I called to see if anyone could help and of course they said no and obviously no warranty. I will never come back here again!! read more

Went in to get some tires replaced and issue with the steering. They have some odd tires for their used tires, like $36 for used tires and $41 for slightly used tires (just seems kinda odd). But yeah anyway they did a suspension check and came back with a quote for over $1200. So before spending that kind of money its always wise to get a 2nd opinion. Today I called your store for pricing for four new tires. Pablo answered the phone and gave me the information. I asked him how soon could I come in and he said now. I got to the store ten minutes later and was assisted immediately. Pablo was working with another customer but took time to tell the sales person assisting me which tires I would be getting . I've always recommended these guys to people in my neighborhood. They seem friendly and appreciate your business. After they put on 2 tires today the guy asked me "did he give you a price"? I told him the price and then he told me to pay cash and he wouldn't charge me tax. I told him I had no cash and I wanted to pay with my debit card. He kept acting like they would only take cash. I walked down the street and got some cash from an ATM. I gave him $180 for a bill of 170. He counted the money, smiled at me and said 180 and just walked off and disappeared behind a car. He didn't say I'm going to get change. I had no idea what he was doing. I found him and he finally let me know he was getting my change. After some back and forth I extended my hand to him and said, sorry misunderstanding. He refused my hand and I was surrounded by 4 of the workers just staring at me. At that point, I just walked away. I don't know if if this place has changed hands.but they seem shady af now. read more

Every time I have an issue with a tire I always come here. The guys are quick to get the job done and always very helpful.

they suck and are very rude I went to get some used good condition tires then he out a bad one and once I left their not to long ago my steering wheel starting shaking. then I went back then fixed it and once I went then their was a loud noise once I left the shop a screeching noise I went back then they said that's something with your breaks we can't help you here. all the problems happen when I left the place then I went to my personal mechanic and he fixed the problem quick they had pushed something against it to make the loud noise. don't go here they will rip you off and destroy your car read more

I bought a brand new pair of wheels for my vehicle and i went to Houston for a two day trip as soon as I came back to Dallas not too long my rear wheel popped and it was brand new wheels I came back to the store to speak to the manager to talk if their was warranty and the store manager told me the wheel was my problem that it was not replaceable after a while. They were quick to take care of me when I first came in and my mind was set for a Michelin tire for my car and they pushed me to get this off brand tire I never had ever owning a car so since I needed 2 front brand new tires I went with it they told me how I was fully covered full warranty for 35,000 miles what not I bought these tires in MARCH 7th 2019 and last night just a full month my tire popped from the side I brought it back thinking it was covered and the brother of the owner with an attitude and body language he carried towards me I knew everything would go down hill he said sorry but can't replace it looks like you could've punctured a hole your self NOW WHY IN THE HELL WOULD I DO THAT !!! Single mother of 2 I have no time for these type of problems. After arguing back and forth that they false advertised me I asked for corporate number he said follow me I'll give it to you he gives me the business card of the tire shop saying they don't have corporate he ignored me afterwards didn't even help me putting the tire they took out my car back.. This place was a saving grace on a Sunday evening when majority of tire places are closed. They were busy but had plenty of workers and fixed my busted tired very quickly. I'm not sure if any of the employees speak much English, my husband was the one who interacted with the employees but all in all we are happy to get it fixed without having to wait until Monday. read more
