We let him know that our son has celiac disease and it turned out that Nathan also has celiac disease. Because of this he was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful in helping us navigate the menu and choose safe options for our son. Even better our son was able to connect with Nathan and swap stories about living gluten free which meant so much to us as parents. That personal connection truly made the experience special.
